Från information till interaktion : En studie om hur en visualiserad digital patientjournal kan påverka patientkonsultationen.
Swedish healthcare are in need of radical changes to meet the requirements from both the government and the patients to create organisational working methods that better support the patients through their healthcare processes. Digitalization of patient data has been going on for decades in order to increase participation and understanding among patients in their care processes. However, availability of information does not ensure understanding. Therefore, resources should be devoted to create conditions to enable participation. The purpose of this study is to explore how visualization of patient data in the patient?s journal can affect the consultation in the Encounter between the doctor and the patient.
Revisorernas dilemma - tala eller tiga?
Since 1999 auditors have an obligation, according to 42-44 §§ aktiebolagslagen (2005:551), to report suspicions of crime. The obligation to report means that the auditor is legally obliged to report any suspicious economical crime potentially committed by the executive director or a member of the board to a district attorney. Prior to the enactment it was almost impossible for the auditor to report any criminal suspicion due to the professional confidentiality. According to Ekobrottsmyndigheten the number of crime suspicion reports filed by auditors has reduced by 50 percent in the Stockholm-region between 2006 and 2010. However, after the enactment crime suspicion reports increased successively each year.
Närståendes upplevelser utav bemötandet med sjuksköterskor vid akut omhändertagande
BAKGRUND: Det är lätt att glömma bort närstående när en situation kräver akut omhändertagande, då det är patienten som drabbats som är i fokus. Att låta närstående vara delaktiga i omvårdnaden och att sjuksköterskan tar sig tid att skapa en delaktighet och involvera den närstående i vården. SYFTE: Syftet var att beskriva närståendes upplevelser av sjuksköterskans bemötande vid ett akut omhändertagande. METOD: Studien utfördes som en allmän litteraturöversikt där tio vetenskapliga artiklar, med relevant innehåll valdes ut. De analyserades och skapade ett resultat. RESULTAT: Resultatet baseras på nio artiklar där fyra huvudkategorier presenteras och under varje huvudkategori finns upp till sex subkategorier.
Att undervisa elever med en religiös tro : En intervjustudie med gymnasielärare i den sekulära och mångkulturella skolan
The Swedish state and educational system are secular, so to say they do not depend on the former protestant state church anymore. Many people in Sweden are also secular. Even so, in school teachers meet students with a religious faith. The purpose of this study is to examine how teachers without a religious belonging experience the Encounter with religious students. The method used was semistructured interviews with five teachers in a upper secondary school in a multicultural suburb of Stockholm.

With 25 countries being members of the European Union, travelling and working in other countries has become significantly easier. But what happens when one culture meets another one in a work situation? More specifically, what happens when French and Swedish cultures meet? Would a Swedish manager lead his team in the same way as a French one would?My question is: What is management philosophy like in Sweden and France? Do the two philosophies resemble? And if not, in what ways do they differ?The purpose of this essay is to find out, by looking at the material used at management courses, what the Swedish management philosophy really is. And then look at whether there are any similarities between this philosophy and the French one. The idea is to examine how management is being taught in both countries, by looking at what management litterature is used at some of the highest ranked management schools in Sweden and France.There have been numerous ethnological studies concerning nationality and cultural behaviour, one of the most important ones is the study done by Hofstede.

AimThe purpose of this study is to, from a perspective of a PE teacher, look at how teachers of physical education in elementary school designs and assesses the teaching of swimming. The issues underlying the study are as follows:Which elements are included in the swimming education and how do teachers work with these operations?What does the PE teachers classify as swimming ability and what do teachers experience as obstacles for the students development of swimming ability?How do the PE teachers interpret the knowledge requirement in Lgr 11?MethodThe study is based on six interviews of qualitative nature, with PE teachers from various municipalities in the region of Mälardalen.ResultsThe result yielded by the study is that the swimming classes can take different forms depending on whom the teacher is. Common to all the teachers in the study is that they teach emergency management and lifesaving. When it later comes to teaching how to swim and practice, the teachers who teach in the younger age groups work more concentrated and continuously with swimming, while the teachers who work with the older age groups just checks whether students can swim or not.

This study uses qualitative research consisting of six semi-structural interviews of treatment workers who, in various capacities, have worked with men who use violence against their female partners. The purpose has been to show what the treatment counselor understand to be the reasons behind the men?s violence, what kind of backgrounds and problems they believe these abusers have and, lastly, how they view the male abusers as clients. The empirical data was analyzed through four perspectives and explanatory models derived from the past thirty years of Scandinavian research on the reasons behind men?s violence against women.

A wider purpose is to lift the question about the waiting room as a significant part of peoples Encounter with the social services.? To be able to achieve this purpose, we have used two questions: What does the physical waiting room environment look like in social services in Stockholms län? How can we understand and problematize the physical environment factors impact on people who visits these environments? We have observed and photographed ten waiting rooms in ten different social services in Stockholms län.

Individual adaption to the student´s needs is a recurring main theme in the new Swedish curriculum (Lgr11). The purpose of this qualitative study is to examine how teachers work with individual adjustment for students with reading and writing difficulties. Patientens upplevelse av mötet med sjuksköterskan på akutmottagningen : En litteraturstudie
Bakgrund: Till akutmottagningen kommer alla typer av patienter av olika etniciteter, åldrar och kön, med olika skador och sjukdomar och med olika tidigare erfarenheter av hälso- och sjukvården. Patienten har mycket kontakt med sjuksköterskan på akutmottagningen, och därför är det viktigt att mötet mellan sjuksköterskan och patienten uppfattas som positivt. Forskning tyder dock på att detta inte alltid är fallet.Syfte: Att beskriva hur patienten upplever mötet med sjuksköterskan på en akutmottagning.Metod: En litteraturstudie av mixad metod med konvergent design baserad på fem kvalitativa och fem kvantitativa studier.Resultat: Fyra teman framkom: Brist på information och kommunikation; Patienten vill inte vara till besvär; Ointresse och dåligt bemötande samt Bra vård och ett gott bemötande.Slutsats: Mötet mellan sjuksköterskan och patienten på akutmottagningen blev ofta lidande på grund av bristande information, ointresse och dåligt bemötande från sjuksköterskan. Mötet var mer positivt på akutmottagningar på landsbyggden, med anledning av att stressen och arbetsbördan där var lägre.Klinisk betydelse: Genom att öka medvetenheten om problemen som belyses i denna studie och genom att implementera resultatet till akutmottagningar, ges möjligheten att förbättra vården och öka välbefinnandet för patienterna på akutmottagningen..
Den planerade undervisningen om det finska kriget : En studie av hur gymnasielärare i Västerbotten och Österbotten planerar att undervisa om det finska kriget 1808-09
This study examines how upper secondary school teachers in Västerbotten and Österbotten plan to teach about the Finnish War 1808-09. The study includes written interviews with nine teachers in Västerbotten and eight teachers in Österbotten, who have answered questions concerning school policy documents, content and didactic methods. The purpose has been to examine whether there is a difference in historical culture in how the war is treated in the two regions. Historical culture is here meant within the prospective history lesson, where the pupils Encounter history within certain boundaries.The result of the interview study shows that there are differences in structure concerning the school policy documents, but that these differences on the whole are compensated by the widespread interest in the Finnish War by the teachers in both regions. The differences in historical culture can be found within the construction of the content when it comes to the aftermaths of the war as well as the purpose of the teaching.

Bakgrund: När en person söker vård för sin diabetes typ II sker ett möte med sjuksköterskan. Mötet mellan patient och sjuksköterska utgör grunden för att en patient ska kunna skapa tillit och känna trygghet i samvaro med sjuksköterskan. Syfte: Syftet var att beskriva hur patienter med diabetes typ II upplever mötet med sjuksköterskan. Metod: En litteraturstudie som bygger på tio kvalitativa artiklar. Resultat: Genom analys hittades fem huvudkategorier: Att ta emot och förstå information, att ta emot stöd och bli motiverad, att våga känna tillit till sjuksköterskan, att vara delaktig i sin vård och att genom kommunikation skapa en relation med sjuksköterskan.
