Stress i hemtjänsten : En studie om enhetschefers hantering av stress hos vårdpersonalen

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how the unit managers, within care of elderly, in their role as manager and leader handle possible stress reactions among its nursing staff. Our purpose will generate the following issues; How does the Employer discover stress among the employees? In what way is the stress taken care of among the geriatric care staff?What opportunities are there to prevent stress?The study is based on a qualitative research method. As a data collection method we've used semi-structured interviews and we have implemented them in five female heads in a medium-sized municipality in Sweden.

The Swedish construction industry is dominated by men; however this is starting to change. The average age of Construction Engineers is high and approximately 40 per cent of the employees will retire by the year 2015. Currently, female engineers dominate the graduating classes of Swedish Universities but this is not reflected in the Swedish Construction industry.With so many female engineers available, why is this? Does it require a change in company culture and their condition of work to attract them? Is it the attitude towards women in the industry among the employees that has to be changed? Or is it a woman?s thoughts and prejudices of the industry that creates obstacles?The purpose of this final thesis is to describe how contracting firms in the construction industry can make themselves more attractive for female engineers. To reach the purpose, a study among salaried employees and craftsmen was conducted.

Det är idag vanligt förekommande att studera på högskola och en akademisk utbildning är ofta ett krav i en platsannons. Vi har valt att studera hur mycket vikt som läggs vid utbildning, kunskaper och egenskaper vid en rekrytering inom bankbranschen och även se till hur en rekryteringsprocess genomförs. Studiens fokus ligger således på hur rekryteringsarbetet sker. Rapporten utgår ifrån frågeställningen: Hur sker rekrytering i bankbranschen? Vilka kunskaper och erfarenheter värderas och varför är det så?För att undersöka huruvida den teoretiska referensramen inom ämnet stämmer överens med verkligheten har undersökningen genomförts med hjälp av en kvalitativ undersökningsmetod.

Handledning av lärarstudenter syftar till att låta lära, alltså att den handledde själv genom samtal kan dra slutsatser kring samtalets innehåll och sin lärandeprocess. Handledaren får rollen av medtänkare snarare än som hjälplärare eller modell att ta efter. I föreliggande studie undersöks fotoelicitering som metod för att låta den handledde leda handledningssamtalet. Fotoelicitering innebär att berätta med hjälp av bilder. I studien består bilderna av tre lärarstudenters fotografier, tagna under praktikperioden och i ett fall även under den teoretiska delen av lärarutbildningen.

The aim of our study is to explore the empowerment process among micro-business owners in Kayamandi, a black township of Stellenbosch in South Africa. What are the positive and negative implications for the empowerment process? Another aim is to find out the role of local and international support in this process. The theoretical framework of this study revolves around the concepts of gender, power and empowerment. Our methods are qualitative interviews and observations.
Haspelsystemet Camcoil 1500
Our Employer Camatec Industriteknik AB gave us the assignments to increase theirs range of versions on Camcoil that is their own patent product. Camcoil is a capstan system that is used when steel band fabricated. Exist for example in production lines their steel band should be annealed. Our goal with this work is to come up with a completed production basis on a Camcoil for heavy industry. The basis should contain calculations, 3D-constructions, drawings and cost proposal on manufacturing and detail purchase.Demands on this project:1.
Straffansvaret på svenska arbetsplatser : -en granskning av svensk reglering och domstolarnas bedömningsgrunder vid dödsolyckor
Syftet med den här uppsatsen har varit att ta reda på hur domstolarna resonerar i sina bedömningar kring straffansvaret i fall där en arbetstagare omkommit på arbetsplatsen. Jag har även undersökt hur långt arbetsgivarens ansvar sträcker sig vad gäller det förebyggande arbetet och skyldigheter som uppkommer i samband med dödsfallen. Jag har genomgående använt mig av en rättsdogmatisk metod och en stor del av uppsatsen är av deskriptiv karaktär för att läsaren ska få en bra överblick i det rådande rättsläget.Dödsfallen på arbetsplatserna i Sverige har under de senaste 50 åren minskat rejält men fortfarande omkommer varje år mellan 60-80 personer. I förhållande till övriga europeiska länder är det en relativt låg siffra men fortfarande rör det sig om många människor som förlorar livet endast på grund av att de utför sitt arbete.Största delen av regleringen kring arbetsgivarens ansvar finns i Arbetsmiljölagen, dess förordning och i Arbetsmiljöverkets föreskrifter. Regleringen är väldigt omfattande och klargör tydligt vilka skyldigheter arbetsgivaren har.För att kunna redogöra och förstå domstolarnas bedömningsgrunder är en del i uppsatsen vikt åt den svenska straffrättens uppbyggnad gällande vem eller vilka i ett företag som besitter straffansvaret.

The upper secondary school has not gotten the same attention.We have chosen to explore how social science teachers in upper secondary school treat the subject of gender and gender equality, what strategies they apply in the classroom and how their pupils respond to the subject.We wanted to get access to their classrooms so we could do an ethnographical study to find the answers to how their lessons were planned and executed, if different teachers made different didactic choices depending on the orientation of the class. As our work progressed we ran in to an interesting problem which ultimately made us rethink the purpose of this paper.In our pursuit of respondents we contacted many schools by e-mail and later visited the schools to find participants. This proved difficult as we were met with a wall of silence and lack of interest.

The thesis is an examination of the methods that are appropriate and long-term choice to obtain clamping force and secure screw joints in production. The Employer, Scania CV AB, transmission manufactures axle gears to all trucks produced in Södertälje. One of the most common assembly elements is screw joints, where the clamping force is essential to achieve a secure joint. Current methods to secure the joint is due much of the friction effect and is an indirect method to measure the clamping force. The clampforce accuracy becomes more widely with torque angle control.

HR-funktionens strategiska roll : En kvalitativ studie i uppfattningen om HR-funktionens värdeskapande
HR är ett ämnesområde som traditionellt fått mycket uppmärksamhet inom akademisk forskning där fokus varit på HR som stödjande funktion i form av personalförsörjning. I början av 1990-talet bildades en ny forskningsinriktning som berör HR som en strategiskt viktigt affärsenhet och i takt med den ökade konkurrensen på den Svenska arbetsmarknaden har HR blivit en mer prioriterad funktion för företag. Vi har valt att utifrån ett företagsekonomiskt perspektiv applicera teorier kring strategisk HR, arbetsgivarvarumärke samt talanghantering på svenska organisationer. Tidigare forskning har främst haft fokus på att enbart undersöka HR-avdelningen. Således har vi i den här studien försökt skapa en förståelse för om det finns en skillnad i uppfattningen av HR-funktionen som värdeskapande genom att intervjua specialister samt generalister.
Voluntary Redundancy - A tool for restructuring or a temporary pain reliever?
This thesis has two aims: The main purpose is to describe and illustrate how a large Ltd. company can use voluntary redundancy as a tool for restructuring. The additional purpose is to challenge the concept of voluntary redundancy trough outlining alternative ways of reaching the intended achievements of the voluntary redundancy programme. The theoretical framework that has been used primarily contains knowledge assets theories. The chosen theories are intellectual capital and knowledge management theory to approach and analyse the empirical findings.
Yrkesroll i förändring? : En studie av ett antal statsanställda arkivariers upplevelser av införandet av en verksamhetsbaserad arkivredovisning
The aim of this thesis is to examine the archivist's professional role in public authorities and discuss if, and in what way, the profession is effected by the new swedish process oriented archival description system. The study focuses on swedish authorities and does not make any international comparisons with other institutions. Neither does it investigate archivists workingin the private sector, but centers on public institutions.The survey is performed in five swedish public authorities, using interviews and observations. Grounded theory is used as a method initially in the purpose of keeping an open mark towards the object of study. The initial results led on to questions about how well the archivists perceived that communication within the authorities served, and how this in turn prepossessed their work situation and the professional roles in which they found themselves.
