Denna studie syftar till att undersöka förberedelseklassen som instrument för språkinlärning i det svenska språket samt integrering i samhället för nyanlända elever. Studien syftar till att undersöka detta utifrån lärarnas perspektiv samt nationella styrdokument för att möjliggöra en jämförelse i deras syn på utbildning för nyanlända elever. Utifrån detta formulerades fyra frågeställningar som berörde utformning av undervisning, styrdokumentens samt lärarnas syn på språkinlärning och integrering, kunskapsbedömning samt samhällsnormers implikationer på utbildningen för nyanlända elever. För att besvara studiens syfte har vi valt en kvalitativ metodansats samt genomfört en textanalys på regeringens Proposition Utbildning för nyanlända elever- mottagande och skolgång samt Läroplanen för grundskolan, förskoleklassen och fritidshemmet 2011. Vi valde att intervjua två lärare i en större kommun i Mellansverige som arbetar i samma förberedelseklass.

The purpose of this study was to examine if women's career was affected by becoming a mother after 35 years old. It was also our intention to discover if it was an intentional or an unintentional choice to postpone giving birth just for the sake of the career. We have read articles that are implying that women´s career possibilities, combined with children, is difficult and of current interest in today's society. Science has shown that it no longer appears to be women's main life objective to give birth but they now also wants a career. We wanted to shed some light on the subject from two different angles, so we looked both from the women's perspective and from the employer's perspective.

The quality of health and care of our animals in the veterinary clinic is dependent on the veterinary nurse. Therefore it is important that the nurse has a good mental health and can provide this. Research shows that veterinarians are exposed to an elevated risk of suicide, moral stress, depression and anxiety. One of the factors contributing is believed to be exposure to euthanasia. The impact of euthanasia to veterinary nurses is yet unclear, as research focuses on veterinarians.

The project was conducted during a period from November 2014 to January 2015 at the company Westermo Teleindustri AB (WTE). The subject of the project was to make an inventory more efficient. The inventory was located at WTE, but was owned by the subsidiary Westermo Sverige (WSE).The inventory had a high amount of tied up capital. This was due to products that hadn?t been sold.

Intresset för den mänskliga utvecklingen och gränsövergripande samarbeten har mer eller mindre, funnits genom alla epoker i vår historia. Det har nu tagit en ny vändning i och med Bolognaprocessen. Dess övergripande syfte är att stärka Europa ? som utbildningskontinent ? men även att öka mobiliteten och underlätta för lärare och studenter.Vårt arbete inriktar sig på lärare vid Högskolan i Halmstad och deras uppfattningar av processen samt hur den har anammats av lärarna. Vi ger en bakgrund till Bolognaprocessen och de mål Regeringen satt upp i Ny värld ? ny högskola (2004/05:162).

Women?s strive to reach higher leading positions and build a career that's combinable with child birth and private life, is an on-going debate among academics in the fields of leadership, management and organization. This bachelor level thesis is written at the section of Management & Organization at School of Business, Economics and Law in Gothenburg, Sweden, spring semester 2015. In our research methodwe have used source triangulation with a qualitative approach to the subject of egg-freezing in favour forcareer with a focus on Swedish workplaces. The purpose has been to illuminate, map out and further problematize how the introduction of the employee benefit in November 2014 can be seen to relate to social sustainability.A lot of the management research that discusses social sustainability tends to focus on how women (and men!) try to balance family life and career and how to combine (or to not combine) them.

The purpose of this study is to survey which competences and personal qualities the labour market, for students with examination from the Coaching and Sport management education at Vaxjo University, require. Furthermore I want to find out if the employees, videlicet the ex students, consider that their competences differentiate in relation to other employees in the organization which not have this education.In the study a qualitative investigation method has been used where ten interviews have been implemented. The interviews have been carried out within five conceivable work areas to a student with examination from the Coaching and Sport management education at Vaxjo University. The work areas are sports association, sports union, municipal activity with sport and leisure time connection, company with health care connection and company without any kind of sport connection. Five of the persons being interviewed are ex students that now are employees within any of the elected work areas.

Abstract År 1998 antog Riksdagen Regeringens proposition om Kvinnofrid, vilket var ett åtgärdsprogram för att bekämpa våldet mot kvinnor. Det ledde till att länsstyrelserna fick fördela pengar i kommunerna för samverkan i förebyggande insatser mellan olika aktörer i samhället och myndigheter. Landskrona Stad hade inte haft en kvinnojour på många år och en revisionsrapport visade på brister i kvinnofridsarbetet i Landskrona Stad. ISIS, en nybildad ideell kvinnojour i Landskrona och Röda Korset, som är en humanitär hjälporganisation, ville också bidra till att främja våldsutsatta kvinnors situation och således ingick dessa tre aktörer samverkan i ett tvåårigt samverkansprojekt, finansierat av Länsstyrelsen i Skåne län. Jag intervjuade nio personer som företrädde de tre samverkansaktörerna och jag ville få veta hur dessa företrädare hade uppfattat samverkansprojektet, om de hade upplevt positiva och negativa aspekter av projektet och om de hade idéer på utvecklingsmöjligheter när de såg tillbaka på det avslutade samverkansprojektet. Jag använde mig av teorier om samverkan och begrepp inom institutionell teori när jag kopplade min empiri till teori.

Denna uppsats handlar om hur privata företag och offentliga organisationer arbetar för att vara attraktiva arbetsgivare. Syftet är att undersöka hur de arbetar internt och externt för att se om det finns några skillnader eller likheter. Den teoretiska referensramen är uppbyggd i följande tre delar. Första delen redogör kort om privata och offentliga organisationer för att få en överblick över dess skillnader i rekrytering. Andra delen redogör för ämnet attraktiva arbetsgivare och hur organisationer internt arbetar för att vara attraktiva arbetsgivare.

In Sweden there is no legal regulation for the obligations and responsibilities between the contracting parties within the construction, civil engineering and installation sector. To clarify uncertainties regarding the liability, actors from theses sectors have agreed upon a voluntary regulation, called the General Conditions of Contract.When insurance companies want to enter the Swedish construction insurance market, they face a regulatory framework that not only regulates the construction market, it also imposes requirements on terms and conditions that must be included in the construction insurance. These terms are perceived as ambiguities and create difficulties and inhibit the ability for these insurance companies to offer competitive insurances. One of the terms that create these difficulties is the guarantee period, which is period of time starting from handing over the construction project to the employer, during this period the contractor still has the responsibility for the construction project. The guarantee period regulated by the General Condition of Contracts differs from the international use of the term both in length and in content.

The Swedish population has the world?s largest percentage of shareholders either by direct or indirect owning. Due to the increasing interest of equity capital markets, private as well as institutional investors rely on forecasts from financial analysts. The reason for this is due to the lack of expertise among investors in this area. Due to the fact that analysts influence the Swedish stock market immensely, it?s of great interest to explore whether an analyst can be seen as a rational participant.

BakgrundRegeringen ansåg trots införandet av 1994 års Skuldsaneringslag (1994:334) att man behövde en lösning på problemet att enskilda näringsidkare varken kunde bli beviljade skuldsanering eller företagsrekonstruktion för att på så sätt ha möjlighet att fortsätta bedriva sin verksamhet om de hamnat i ekonomiskt obestånd. 2007 tillsattes därför en särskild utredare som skulle utreda och lämna förslag om skuldnedsättning för enskilda näringsidkare. The topic of this master thesis in legal science is state law and constitutional law, or more specific judicalization, with the division of power and thus increased individual legal rights in various forms. Sweden has traditionally had a weak constitutional protection for the individual?s legal rights. The public power has been concentrated to the government and the courts have only played a marginal role. Since the implementation of the European convention of legal rights and with the ever-increasing importance of the legal system of the European Union, the Swedish legal system gone through changes of historical dimensions.This master thesis is based on the legal dogmatic method where laws, preparatory work, case law and doctrines have been systemized.

Servitut som inte uppfyller något ändamål eller inte använts under väldigt lång tid kallas onyttiga servitut. Ett onyttigt servitut försvinner inte automatiskt från Fastighetsregistret utan kvarstår och skapar en onödig belastning. Syftet med examensarbetet är att utreda hur hanteringen av servitut kan förbättras för att minska antalet onyttiga servitut i Fastighetsregistret.De metoder som används är en litteraturstudie och en intervjustudie. I litteraturstudien undersöks svensk lagstiftning och juridisk litteratur. Utdrag ur Fastighetsregistret och förrättningsakt visas för att ge praktiska exempel.

On the 13th of June 2005 the Minister of Defence, Leni Björklund, was subjected to a formal complaint addressed to the Committee on the Constitution concerning her handling of a specific co-operation project with France. The project concerned the development of a technology demonstrator for an UCAV called Neuron. The reason for the complaint was that the Minister of Defence had failed to present the project to the parliament and thus bypassed a parliamentary decision. Such negligence might be considered unlawful under the Swedish Constitution. The issue became public during an unscheduled meeting with the Committee on Defence, a meeting that was arranged at the request of the Minister of Defence.
