Förändring i sikte  : En uppsats om marknadsföringens förändring i banksektorn ur ett tidsperspektiv

The purpose of this essay is to analyze marketing in the sector of banking. The following purpose is also to make an attempt to predict how marketing of banks will be structured in the future. Banks have a central role in today?s society which is constantly changing and that is why we are curious in how banks use different marketing channels today and how and if it will change in the future. The essay is based on a qualitative method.

The chief aim of this study is to investigate the impact of context on written peer response. A second aim is to explore students? attitudes towards peer response. The investigation has taken place at an upper secondary school in the south-east of Sweden, involving 20 students in grade 2 and 3 in the course Swedish C. The investigation is based on the students? comments on their peers? speech drafts and six qualitative interviews.

Internrekrytering och kvalifikationer - Inom Polismyndigheten

Denna studie undersöker vilka kvalifikationer som värderas vid internrekrytering hos polismyndigheten. Studien undersöker varför en viss kandidat rekryteras samt hur själva rekryteringsprocessen går till. En utvärdering av organisationskulturen får också stor plats i studien då det tidigare är känt att just polismyndigheten präglas av en stark kultur. Vi undersöker om och hur kulturella aspekter påverkar organisationen och också rekryteringen. För att genomföra denna undersökning har empiriskt material samlats in genom kvalitativa intervjuer.

Employer branding inom offentlig sektor och sjuksköterskestudenters syn på ett attraktivt arbete

Syftet med studien var att få en ökad förståelse för hur personer med psykisk ohälsa upplever bemötandet i arbetslivet. Bemötandet i studien kommer att förklaras utifrån ett stigmatiseringsperspektiv. Detta eftersom bemötandet i arbetslivet i tidigare forskning visar på en stigmatisering av personer med psykisk ohälsa. Studien presenteras utifrån hur stigmatiseringen tar sig i uttryck i arbetslivet samt om detta påverkar individens självbild. Hanteringen av den upplevda stigmatiseringen hos personer med psykisk ohälsa kommer även behandlas under studiens gång.

Subject which is discussions are scientist objectivity, sociologist dilemmas, and different roles of scientists. The paper also deals with the importance of different perspectives and how ours choice of perspective influences ours research. Ethical state of conditions in interview situations and how we can reflect and criticise our own part and attitudes as an interviewer are also discussed in this paper..

Vad styr sortimentet hos svenska perennaodlare? : en studie baserad på sju företag i Sydsverige

The purpose of this study is to clarify the most important factors that affect Swedish perennial growers when designing their assortment. The study describes how herbaceous perennials are produced in Sweden today and try to give an answer to the question how growing method and choice of assortment are affecting the possibilities of Swedish producers to compete on the market. Seven perennial growers in the southern and western parts of Sweden have been interviewed about their production methods and on what basis they design the assortment of perennials. During the interviews five factors seem to be the most important when the growers choose which species to grow ? profitability, the characteristics of the species, the sales channel/customer, the growing environment/growing facility and the grower?s interest and knowledge. It is often a combination of these five factors deciding if a cultivar will be grown or not. .

This report is focusing on problems with introducing standard enterprise resource planning systems (ERP) in businesses. A study has been carried out on a service and support department at a Swedish heat metering company, SVM North Node. The study aims to help the company become a better customer in choice and customization of a new ERP system. We make a description of the department studied and the work carried out there, on the basis of learning, knowledge and cooperation. As a final point we present some ideas on how computer systems could support their work, hoping that this will result in them making adequate demands on a new ERP system..

ADHD och arbete : Arbetsgivares uppfattningar om personer med diagnosen ADHD på arbetsplatsen

Studien analyserar vad arbetsgivare har för uppfattningar beträffande personer med ADHD på en arbetsplats. Semistrukturerade intervjuer har använts som datainsamlingsmetod. Urvalet består av sju arbetsgivare inom den privata sektorn. Studien har inspirerats av den fenomeno-grafiska ansatsen, där olika uppfattningar om ett fenomen står i centrum. Teoretiska analysbe-grepp för den här studien är social kategorisering och den medicinska och sociala modellen kopplat till funktionsnedsättningar.

Födoval hos juvenil piggvar (Psetta Maxima) : effekter av bytesstorlek

The effects of prey size on prey choice in different cohorts of juvenile turbot (Psetta maxima)were studied in three nursery areas at Gotland. Prey length measurements showed that gobies(Gobiidae) increased in average length during the season, while mysids (Mysidae) did not.Experiments on predation capacity of different size classes of turbot on different size classesof prey showed that juvenile turbot easily can eat gobies that are up to two thirds of their ownbody length, while the body size of turbot does not have any effect on the predation capacityon mysids. Stomach content of 217 turbots, less or equal 35 mm, was analysed to see if therewas any change in diet during the season, but there was no significant change in diet. Theoverall conclusion was that early settlers most likely have an advantage due to greater accessof alternative prey..

HAVS ombord - en studie av hand- och armvibrationssyndrom och dess förebyggande åtgärder

On board ships different type of maintenance activities take place. Some of those require working with vibrating handheld tools. Traditionally there is a high awareness of the risks with different type of duties such as protecting the skin from oil or other chemicals, the eyes from splashes and hearing from high noise levels. The experience we have from our time as on-board cadets are that there is less information about vibration hazards available compared to the information concerning other hazards on board.There are threshold values that workers, by law, are not allowed to exceed when working with handheld vibrating tools. The purpose of this study is to investigate how common the use of this type of equipment that can cause damage by vibrations, to the hands and arm amongst the deck crew, and if the crew informed about the risks involved.

The theories could not concretely describe how organizations should handle crisis in Social Media. Therefore, this study focuses on if and how organizations can use the traditional theories when working with crisis management in social media. Through a qualitative method the study has examined and tested the model on three crises, and subsequently improved the model based on the empirical material and  the analysis that was made. Conclusion: The conclusion found that organizations need to adjust their crisis management after following guidelines for it to work on social media:-    Strategies should be limited to only one, and be either a rebuilding strategy or a bolstering strategy.-    The focus should be on emotional communication, and regarding the rational aspects the focus should be on actual actions and plans for the future.-    Clear guidelines for what type of questions and critics that should be answered should be set.

Det är jobbigt att inte ha eget boende, men ännu jobbigare om man skulle blivit tvingad?Nyanlända flyktingars val att bosätta sig i Göteborg och deras boendesituation

Syftet med studien har varit att undersöka varför nyanlända flyktingar tackar nej till ett Migrationsverkets kommunplaceringserbjudande och väljer att bosätta sig i Göteborg, samt hur inneboendesituationen påverkar deras tillvaro. Våra huvudfrågeställningar är ? Hur beskriver flyktingar anledningar till att de tackar nej till kommunplacering?? Vilken roll spelar informationen om kommunplacering från Migrationsverket inför beslut om bosättning i Göteborg?? Hur upplever de sin nuvarande inneboendesituation och dess inverkan på deras tillvaro?För att nå syftet har vi använt oss av en kvalitativ forskningsmetod som består av intervjuer med fem nyanlända flyktingar. Studien har en fenomenologisk ansats, det vill säga beskrivande utifrån individernas personliga berättelser samt analys och tolkning av dessa berättelser. Resultatet av intervjumaterialet har analyserats utifrån teoretiserade begrepp så som rational choice, socialt nätverk och hem.

In the European Union and in Swedish labor law, permanent employment is the main goal for employment of workers. An exception to that rule is temporary employment. The Swedish rules relating to temporary employment have undergone several changes since the Employment Protection Act was implemented in 1974. The last reform in 2007 has received criticism by respondents for not following the Union directive on fixed-term work, which went into effect in 2001. In 2010 the European Commission opened an infringement case against Sweden, after a complaint from a Swedish employees? organization.
