This essay describes coordination of the work environment on construction sites where many entrepreneurs share workplace. As employer, the entrepreneur has main responsibility for the workers safety on the construction site, the project supervisor is responsible for the work environment, and to coordinate the work environment a coordinator of the construction work environment is appointed. The purpose of this study was to look into how learners of Swedish as a second language and some teachers of the subject think and reason about the choice between Swedish or Swedish as a Second Language and literature in Swedish at upper secondary schools. Similar studies have earlier been carried out at upper secondary schools in areas dominated by immigrants while the present study has been accomplished in a small municipality with comparatively few immigrants. The study is based upon qualitative interviews which have been analysed through the socio-cultural theory regarding those artifacts, communication and that mediating second learners of Swedish and their teachers and schools are using in their choices between Swedish or Swedish as a Second Language as well as selection of literature in literature teaching.  The study also shows how learners of Swedish as a second language perceive the choice between the two options of Swedish courses at advanced upper secondary school and how their teachers look upon their choice and the information given. Furthermore we will also get to know the learners of Swedish as a second language and their teachers? view on teaching Swedish literature at advanced upper secondary B-level in Swedish.

This paper examines how notifies security looks for private employed workers in jobs founded by the public. The aim is to clarify the legal situation surrounding notifies law, and to analyze possible shortcomings in the law with a focus on the future.Notifies law is based on five cornerstones. Where freedom of information, a right to provide information to the media for publication, ?acquires the right? and protection to be anonymous when talking to the press goes to all workers. The Employment Protection Act (1982:80) provides provisions regarding priority of re-employment. A few cases where these provisions have been subject to examination, have been discussed thoroughly in SOU 2014:55. In these cases the Labour Court has identified the question whether the provisions regarding priority of re-employment can be subject to circumvention in an illegal manner. The Labour Court has stated that it would be incompatible with the sense of justice if the provisions could be circumvented to the detriment of employees entitled to priority of re-employment. However, the Labour Court stated that certain conditions have to be imposed for the assessment.After analysis of the conditions, it is established that they are deemed to cause major difficulties for employees, why it is held that the purpose and the function of the conditions are not achieved. The purpose of the essay is therefore to investigate whether the application of the conditions imposed by the Labour Court, need to undergo modifications to meet the underlying purpose of the creation of the conditions.By reason of the difficulty with the conditions, the essay provides three different amendments in which two of the amendments are ascertained to not contribute to such an improvement that they should actually be applied.

Vi har genom kvalitativa studier av partiprogrammen från 1987, 1996 och 2004 försökt att finna orsaker till denna framgång. Vid vår undersökning har vi fokuserat på vad i dessa partiprogram som kan sägas vara förenligt med rational choice teorin respektive marxism- leninism.

The aim of this study was to investigate how four families in the Stockholm area reason, what kind of preconception they have and what their horizon of expectations is when they make the choice between sending their children to the profile class of municipal/free schools and sending them to the general classes in those schools. The main research questions asked were:What kind of preconception do the parents have about profile classes?What reasons do the interviewed parents have to send their children to a profile class?What are the interviewed parent?s expectations of the profile class choice?The study is built on qualitative interviews with the parents of the families. The empirical data has been analyzed using a framework of theories drawing on the theory of reproduction, the forms of social capital, the ideas created from the word profile and elite and the horizon of expectations. The results show that the parents of the families have a similar degree of preconception about profile classes.

The overarching purpose is to describe how elite soccer clubs choose to structure their sport oriented organization. This purpose leads us to questions and areas involving sport managers, casting, operational directions, education and goal setting in sport.The results in this thesis are based upon a qualitative investigation of sport managers in Swedish elite soccer clubs. To strengthen the reliability in our choice of method we will fortify it with theories that reflect methodical choice.Our conclusions in this thesis is that one can see a clear difference in how the clubs choose to structure the casting and operational directions within their organization. We have also noted that there is a clear distinguish between the levels of education amongst sport managers in Swedish elite soccer clubs..

 To enjoy work, and be satisfied in the work you do, is important to most people. Work scientific research shows that dissatisfaction with physical or the psychosocial work environment often gives negative effects on the performed work. The purpose of our study is to chart the experience in work satisfaction and psychosocial work environment amongst nurses within psychiatric care. It is an empiric cross section study. The participants in the study contains nurses who are either employed on a conditional tenure or have a temporary post (>3 months) in policlinics and wards in general adult psychiatric care (n=126).

Följande uppsats baseras på en fallstudie av Göteborgs Spårvägar, GS, som syftar till att utvärdera organisationens arbetsgivarvarumärke genom att jämföra ledningens uppfattning om organisationens attraktivitet som arbetsgivare med medarbetarnas upplevelse av sin ar-betssituation samt att identifiera områden för utveckling. För att uppfylla syftet har utgångs-punkt tagits i tre forskningsfrågor; Hur uppfattar ledningen GS som arbetsgivare? Hur upple-ver medarbetarna sin arbetssituation och hur ser de på GS som arbetsgivare? Och hur sam-stämmiga är ledningens och medarbetarnas uppfattningar om GS som arbetsgivare?Uppsatsens teoretiska referensram består av teorier och tidigare forskning med anknytning till, det för uppsatsen, centrala begreppet employer branding vilket handlar om arbetsgivares förmåga att attrahera rätt medarbetare. Många faktorer inverkar på en organisations employer brand, arbetsgivarvarumärke, studien har dock avgränsats till följande: Rykte, Psykologiska kontrakt, Ledarskap, Mångfald, Kommunikation och Kompetensutveckling.Fallstudien bygger på kvalitativa, semistrukturerade intervjuer med fem personer i GS kon-cernledning samt en befintlig medarbetarenkät som genomförts inom organisationen år 2009. Intervjuguiden utarbetades med utgångspunkt i de frågeområden som medarbetarenkäten in-nehåller, i syfte att kunna göra jämförelser mellan ledningens och medarbetarnas uppfattning-ar om GS som organisation och arbetsgivare.

The overriding purpose of this graduate thesis is to evaluate if municipalities and county councils can deviate from the legislation of public procurement during procurement of customer choice agreements within the health and social care area. The intention of this Quasi-market is to provide the users with competition in terms of quality rather then the general principal rule of economic value.My conclusion results in a legal situation without rules of general procedure. So far the authorities make their own regulation in the field of customer choice agreements. The problem lies within the authorization of new contractors and their right to make an appeal against resolutions made by the authorities social care divisions.One solution is to legislate within the present law of public procurement. Another way to solve the problem is to create a lex specialis apart from the present public procurement regulation..

Syftet med den här essän är att synliggöra svårigheter i förskolans värld. I förskolan är man omgiven av människor med olika bakgrunder, kunskaper och erfarenheter. Jag som pedagog, ska kunna förhålla mig professionellt till medarbetare, föräldrar och ledning. Men när man uppfattar brister i barnsäkerheten uppstår flera svårigheter.
