Den övergripande problematiken vi identifierat är relationen mellan starka varumärkenoch kundlojalitet i företag med flera olika produktvarumärken. Syftet med denna uppsats är att förstå om och hur företag med paraplyvarumärkesstrategier kan skapa och bibehålla lojala kunder. Vi vill överföra det övergripande teoretiska resonemanget inom varumärkesstrategi och inom lojalitetsstrategi på företag med paraplyvarumärkesstrategier. Varumärket Axfood är ett exempel på ett företag som har flera olika produktvarumärken (Hemköp, Willy:s, Willy:s hemma med flera). Vi har vid genomförandet av studien valt att använda oss av Axfood som studieobjekt.

Tail-biting in pigs is an animal welfare issue and in Sweden during 2002 the producers lost tree million Swedish crowns because of tail biting. This economic loss depends on the pigs which are discarded at slaughter because of tail biting. Tail biting can be separated into two stages, "pre-injury" and "injury". The aim of this study is to investigate if tail biting depends on environment or genetic background.A lot of research on the environments effects on the behaviour of pigs but not so much on the genetic effects has been performed. The frequency of tail biting in pig farms influence among others of environment enrichment, ventilation, gender and breed of the pig.

Relationen mellan sexualitet och andlighet har länge varit ett tabubelagt ämne inom såväl psykologin som i samhället i stort. Enligt aktuell forskning finns det dock anledning att trotsa denna motvilja. Syftet med studien var att undersöka om oandliga och andliga individer samt män och kvinnor skiljer sig åt vad gäller sexuell tillfredsställelse och sexuella behov samt effekten av mindfulness. Studien utfördes genom en delvis egenkonstruerad webbenkät för att mäta sexuell tillfredsställelse, andlighet och sexuella behov. Studien omfattade 213 deltagare varav 105 andliga, 76 män och 117 utövare av mindfulnessbaserade aktiviteter.

Leadership in organizations plays a crucial role in promoting employee motivation. Different leadership styles have been shown to affect motivation in various ways. The purpose of this report is to establish a deeper understanding of the relationship between different leadership styles and motivation according to Self-Determination Theory. The report also aims to highlight potential similarities and differences in the perceptions of leaders and employees in various industries, regarding motivation as defined by Self-Determination Theory. Based on a case study, it includes interviews with eight leaders and eight employees.

It is important to keep a high standard of service and customer care to be able to keep your position on the market. The focus of the paper is to study how a store manager can influence their employees to perform better on the job, in terms of service to customers and increased sales. The aim is to analyze the different tools store managers use to motivate their employees with the goal of improving service to the customer and to increase sales.

ABSTRACTAim: The aim of this study is to chart the experiences of Swedish general psychiatric care on a Swedish University hospital from a relative?s point of view. The study focus on how they are meet, satisfaction with and participation in the care. The study is done as an improvement project.Methods: The study was conducted by performing semi-structured interviews with eight close relatives to patients on a general psychiatric ward. The interviews lasted for 20-40 minutes.Results: The result shows that relatives are satisfied with the way they are meet by the staff on the ward, that they appreciate staff that are open, down to earth and are inviting to form a good relationship.

Syftet med studien var att undersöka (1) relationen mellan chefers upplevda stress och kontroll och medarbetares arbetstillfredsställelse med chefen, (2) relationen mellan chefers upplevda stress och kontroll samt, (3) medarbetares arbetstillfredsställelse med chefen relaterat till angivna demografiska parametrar. 25 chefer besvarade en webbenkät om arbetsrelaterad stress och kontroll och 206 av deras medarbetare besvarade en webbenkät om arbetstillfredsställelse med sin chef. Resultaten visade ett samband mellan medarbetarnas arbetstillfredsställelse med chefen och chefens yrkesroll (delmått i stressinstrumentet) samt att medarbetarnas arbetstillfredsställelse påverkades av deras anställningstid och utbildningsnivå. Vidare visade resultaten att cheferna upplevde en högre grad av arbetsrelaterad stress än kontroll. Dessa resultat indikerar att chefer med en tydligt definierad yrkesroll har mer arbetstillfredställda medarbetare samt, och i linje med tidigare forskning, att medarbetarnas anställningstid och utbildningsnivå har betydelse för arbetstillfredsställelsen med chefen. .

The aim of this thesis was to study elderly people?s experiences of and approach to their usage of home care services with tax deduction. The aim was also to describe how elderly people reason about their underlying motives of using home care service with tax deduction. The study is based on six qualitative interviews with people between the ages of 65 and 80, living in Nacka, Sweden. This thesis is a collaboration with Stiftelsen Stockholms la?ns A?ldrecentrum/ Stockholm Gerontology Center and part of their follow up study concerning simplified administration for elderly people applying for home care services in Nacka.

Especially data from the criminal records registry are now being used as a normal step in the employment process among a vastly growing spectrum of enterprises and businesses all over the country. This thesis aims to illuminate the subject by grasp to what extent the described behaviour can be considered legally accepted according to the law or if these actions are inflicting with the foundational juridical principles that has to be ensured by the Swedish government due to our constitutional law.A strict jurisprudential method has been applied throughout the entire thesis to ensure the reliability of the results. In nature settings people often experience positive emotions. Litterature and theories about the positive effect of nature on humans are largely based upon visual impressions and aesthetic preference. The purpose of the present study is to examine how visually impaired individuals that lack visual impressions experience nature. The background is about what it means to be visually impaired and what it is like to be visually impaired in a nature setting, followed by a presentation of the five human senses and about stimulation of senses in healing gardens. That is followed by theories about the health promoting effect of nature, about why nature and therapeutic gardens make people feel good. After that theories about experiences and relations with settings are presented.

Abstrakt Arbetstillfredsställelse är ett väl studerat område inom arbetspsykologin. Syftet med föreliggande studie var att undersöka skillnader i upplevd arbetstillfredsställelse mellan anställningsgraderna heltidsanställning och deltidsanställning samt mellan frivillig-, ofrivillig deltidsanställning och heltidsanställning. Studien syftade även till att undersöka olika bakgrundsfaktorers relation till arbetstillfredsställelse. Studien genomfördes bland gymnasielärare i Bergs- och Östersunds kommun i Jämtlands län, med hjälp av en enkätundersökning. Totalt deltog 91 lärare, varav 42 män och 49 kvinnor.

Values, where an organization describes the attitude its members should have towards their work, are being used to a larger extent than before. The neoinstitutional theory describes organizations? attempts to create legitimacy through activities that are not really connected to their core activities. On the basis of the aforementioned theory this study examines to what extent employees and store managers at Clas Ohlson use and relate to the values of the organization in their everyday work. The study covers these individuals awareness of the impact of values in their work as well as the way they relate to values.

The information flow is a very important process in an organization. It affects in a decisive manner the effectiveness of a task. It also has a major impact on the quality of the product or service for which the organization delivers to its customers. Lack of information may cause that important aspects are not given the required attention or even forgotten and can in turn lead to criticism from certification officials and lower customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to study how the information flow in Norrskog?s field organization is handled and how this affected the quality of the work performed and the feedback given to the contractors, The study is based on qualitative interviews with contractors, production inspectors and forest inspectors on all Norrskogs districts.
