The purpose of this study has been to maintain a deeper understanding of how unestablished, professional musicians can get discovered by the music industry by communication, branding and positioning of their brand at social media.We found that fans have a greater impact on unestablished musicians than we previously thought. They have to create an identity for their brand, keep active on social media and engage their fans. Musical artists must maintain an ongoing dialogue to keep their fanbase, preferably with emotions involved. No fans equals minimum attention from the industry. Uniformity and professionalism is also important, because it evokes seriousness.

The purpose of this thesis was to examine the relationship between brands and music in TV-commercials. We investigated why companies use music in TV-commercials to affect their brands and how music affects the brand?s image. We also investigated how companies choose music genres for their TV- commercials. A case study based on interviews was conducted with four informants from SAAB, Lowe Brindfors, Riviera and Catt & Co.

Denna studie fokuserar på att öka akademiskstuderandes förståelse för arbetsgivares rekryteringsbeteende, detta för att underlätta dessa studerandes övergång mellan den akademiska världen till näringslivet.    Problemformuleringar: Vilka faktorer är prioriterade för att bli kallad till intervju i en rekryteringsprocess av nyexaminerade studenter?Hur värderar företag erfarenheten av ett studentrelevant arbete under studietiden vid en potentiell rekrytering? Hur stor påverkan har arbetsgivarens ?Employer Brand? vid en rekryteringsprocess?Syfte: Syftet är att öka förståelsen för hur företag värderar att studenter haft ett studie-relaterat arbete under universitetsstudietiden vid rekrytering av ny-examinering. Intern Employer Branding : att marknadsföra sig som arbetsgivare gentemot sina anställda

Syftet med denna studie är att beskriva och analysera hur ledningen i den aktuella organisationen arbetar för att marknadsföra sig gentemot sina medarbetare för att vara en attraktiv arbetsgivare. Vidare vill vi beskriva och analysera om medarbetarna uppfattar organisationen som en attraktiv arbetsgivare och vad som bidrar till deras uppfattning. Vi har också för avsikt att beskriva och analysera hur uppfattningarna mellan ledning och medarbetare stämmer överens.För att få svar på vårt syfte och våra frågeställningar genomfördes enintervjustudie med personer ur företagsledningen. Dessutom  genomfördes en enkätstudie bland medarbetarna på den största avdelningen på företaget.Resultaten visar att ledningen indirekt arbetar med intern Employer Branding på olika sätt för att vara en attraktiv arbetsgivare. Detta görs bland annat genom att försöka skapa en gemensam värdegrund, bra arbetsklimat och sociala förutsättningar på arbetsplatsen.

Psykosocial arbetsmiljö och ledarskap: en kvalitativ studie om anställdas upplevelser av den psykosociala arbetsmiljön med fokus på ledarskap

Previous research has shown that the psychosocial work environment and leadership have a significant influence on the employees work satisfaction. Still there is much to explore regarding the employees experiences about these two subjects. A qualitative approach was used in this study to increase the understanding of the employee´s experience of psychosocial work environment and leaders role affecting it. Eight semi structured interviews were carried out at two organizations with four interviews in each place. The data was transcribed and a meaning concentration analysis was conducted.

Skanska 21 is a student program for university students. The program runs for a year and a half parallel to university studies. It is aimed at those studying a few specific master engineering programs at Lund University, Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), Chalmers University of Technology or Luleå University of Technology. The program consists of a number of program meetings such as company presentations, a boarding school week, rhetoric training and project visits. The aim of the project is to evaluate the Skanska 21 student program.

Första avstampet för att konstruera en digital stadskarta för personer med nedsatt syn

The physical map that has been used until now can in the modern days be replaced with digital maps available in smart phones and tablets. One disadvantage of both is that the digital maps require the user to have a fully functional sight. Anställdas attityd till miljön och miljöledningssystemet: ALSTOM Power Sweden AB

Today environmental management systems (EMS) are common documents (more correctly, a combination of documents) that direct, steer and regulate environmental efforts within many companies. The intention of EMS is that its guidelines are reflected in how the employee carries out his everyday work tasks. This study aims to illuminate the attitudes that exist regarding the EMS at ALSTOM Power Sweden. By using questionnaires and interviews as a method to communicate with employees,a study of the existing attitudes regarding the EMS was carried out. The results were analyzed categorically and statistically and show that there are consistent attitudes among employees, but that there are also inconsistent attitudes.

Vi har även utgått ifrån kundens perspektiv för att undersöka hur de förhåller sig till företagens produkter och tjänster.
