Konsultchefers upplevelser i yrkesrollen : En kvalitativ studie om konsultchefers rollhantering, känsloarbete och ledarskap på bemanningsföretag.

Vi har undersökt konsultchefer på ett bemanningsföretag. Syftet med studien har varit att ta reda på hur de upplever sina olika roller, vilket känsloarbete de utför i dessa roller, samt hur ledarskapet ser ut i chefsrollen. Vi har utgått från ett individperspektiv och med kvalitativ ansats intervjuat sex konsultchefer på ett bemanningsföretag, för att ta reda på vår frågeställning: Hur upplever konsultcheferna sina olika roller (som chef och säljare) och vilket känsloarbete utför de i rollerna mot konsulter och kunder? Denna har vi besvarat med hjälp av tre huvudsakliga teoretiska ramar: Goffmans (2009) dramaturgiska teori, Hochschilds (2003)teorier om emotionellt arbete och slutligen Sandahl et al.s (2010) teorier om chefens roll i organisationen. Undersökningen visade att konsultcheferna upplever det vara viktigare att ?hålla rollen? som säljare mot kunder, än rollen som chef mot konsulter.

The purpose of this master?s thesis is to study attitudes and standpoints among a few librarians towards literature with state supported distribution provided by the Swedish Arts Council. By qualitative interviews with librarians at five different public libraries, the thesis examines which attitudes that flourish concerning the titles, how the circular of books is treated, where the titles belong on the literature map and if the system is producing a standardisation of this literature and if the conception of quality is relevant. We also study how the librarians relate to intentions of the Swedish Art Council with the distributed titles and how they regard their availability. Our theoretical framework is based on Hans Hertel?s model of five literary circulations and Theodor W.

Background: According to the Swedish Social Board induced abortions are increasing in the modern day society. Nurses who work with in the gynecological department can come across patients seeking care for an induced abortion.Theoretical framework: The findings of the study will be discussed in relation to Peplau's nursing theory, ethical concepts and nursing concepts.Aim: The aim of the literature review was to illuminate the experiences of nurses working with induced abortion.Method: A systematic literature review with an inductive approach was chosen. The findings are based on seven qualitative and two quantitative studies. The articles were assessed through two different modified templates based on qualitative or quantitative design.Findings: Nurses and midwives experienced their work with induced abortions as emotionally stressful. However, it was highlighted that all women have the right whether to choose abortion or to proceed with the pregnancy.

The author of the study provides Wallyfy with thoughts and ideas about the website content and functionality. The main problem of the study was to explore what makes good content in social media for the potential users of Wallyfy, also using this insight to provide Wallyfy with directions for making decisions regarding both functionality and content. The theory of the study is being used as a starting point for understanding the phenomenom social media and to easier grasp the problem. The method of the study is based on user- centered thinking in design, where the author seeks to understand the participant?s Emotions, values and dreams.

Socialsekreterare och stolt? : En kvalitativ studie om socialsekreterares yrkesstolthet

The aim of this thesis is to study whether social welfare secretaries experience occupational pride and what affects this feeling. Previously made research indicate that occupational pride is essential for performance and work-related health. Research has also shown that social welfare secretaries often experience unhealthiness due to working conditions and a lack of professional self-esteem.This thesis is based on four qualitative interviews which have focused especially on critical incidents, according to the critical incident technique. This study has a hermeneutic, interpretative approach. As a theoretical framework, Pierre Bourdieu? s theory on social space and positions aswell as Aaron Antonovsky´s theory on Sence of coherence have been used. The result shows that the interviewed social welfare secretaries do experience occupational pride.

Background:When the patient is critically ill the family is in a vulnerable position. The nurse's role is to support and help the family to find meaning in the difficult situation and to provide realistic hope. Balancing between the patient's and the family's needs is difficult. Knowledge about how nurses experience difficulties in the interaction with family is required in order to grant good care too critically ill patients and their family-members.Aim:To describe nurses' perceived difficulties in the interaction with family-members of critically ill patients.Method:The study is a qualitative literature-based study based on qualitative research. Results: The analysis resulted in four main themes; difficult disunion, environmental constraints, interpersonal difficulties and communicative difficulties.

Att vara anhörigvårdare till en lungcancersjuk patient

Syftet med denna systematiska litteraturstudie är att undersöka upplevelser hos anhörigvårdare till lungcancerpatienter. Artikelsökningar har skett i Cinahl och Pubmed. Tiden för anhörigvårdaren kan se olika ut, kort och intensiv eller lång och utmattande. Upplevelser så som skräck är vanligt förekommande direkt efter lungcancerdiagnosen både för patient och vårdare. Detta för att de anhöriga ställs inför ett klart hot om en kommande förlust samt skrämmande tankar kring döden.

Abstract Integrated mental training is a method that entails a systematic and long-term training of mental processes (thoughts, images, Emotions) that aims to enhance performance as well as gratify feelings and improve thought processes. This training develops an alternative system of control by using substitute state of consciousness and self-hypnosis. The method is concerned with both mindfulness and performance approaches, which is crucial in order to feel and function better. The intent of this study is to highlight the experience of the different steps of integrated mental training to gain an understanding of how, where, and when changes occur. To achieve the objective of this study, a qualitative empirical method was used.

This thesis is about cover illustrations of DVD movies as examples of visual communication. I have studied the cover illustrations of the three movies Gran Torino, Secret Window and As White As Snow. My research assignment has been to find out how the cover illustrations of DVD movies communicate in relation to the story. I have also been looking for what makes a cover illustration interesting and if the interest in itself is individually considered or if there are certain general rules regardless of the observer.To reach a conclusion I have been studying components in advertising pictures, visual communication and how the commercial producers use advertising to communicate with the observer. Semiotics, advertising and comparisons between the cover illustrations have been my method for analyze.I have come to the conclusion that cover illustrations are meticulously produced, and that every single part of them is important for the observers? over all impression and interpretation of the cover illustration.
