Denna rapport behandlar en prisjĂ€mförelse mellan fyra olika elsystem i fyra valda referensmiljöer. Uppdragsgivaren till detta projekt Ă€r företaget Arexor som har utvecklat en ellist som de ska slĂ€ppa pĂ„ marknaden under hösten och dĂ€rför vill ha en prisbild pĂ„ marknaden idag. De olika systemen Ă€r i huvuddel Thorsmans TEK-123, KB-systems DWP, Eubiqs PTS samt det traditionella sĂ€ttet med kablar och VP-rör infĂ€llda i vĂ€ggen. Även en presentation av projektets uppdragsgivare Arexor och deras ETS finns att lĂ€sa om. För att kunna utgĂ„ frĂ„n en realistisk bakgrund Ă€r referensmiljöerna valda sĂ„ att en standard kan sĂ€ttas för utformningen.

Ett företag kan göra sina för- och efterkalkyler i MPS-systemet eller i ekonomisystemet. Hur den ekonomiska uppföljningen Àr fördelad mellan de olika systemen Àr helt upp till företaget med avseende pÄ företagets olika behov och krav.Den centrala delen av detta examensarbete Àr de besöksintervjuer som genomförts pÄ fyra utvalda företag. Dessa intervjuer ligger till grund för mitt resultat och analys. UtifrÄn det insamlade materialet har jag besvarat den frÄgestÀllning jag hade: Hur hantering med för- och efterkalkyler sköts samt hur ekonomisk uppföljning Àr fördelad mellan MPS-system och ekonomisystem.Det resultat och slutsatser som jag kommit fram till finns presenterat i denna rapport. Det visade sig att de undersökta företagen sköter arbetet med förkalkyler noggrant.

Arbetet Àr ett examensarbete i högskoleingenjörsutbildningen, inriktning datateknik, pÄ Linnéuniversitet. Arcoma AB Àr ett företag i VÀxjö som utvecklar och tillverkar kompletta röntgensystem. Företaget har som mÄl att förbÀttra anvÀndarvÀnligheten av systemet med hjÀlp av en LED-display. De kan förbÀttra systemet genom att byta ut en enhet som styr röntgengeneratorn mot LED-displayen. Detta leder till att anvÀndaren fÄr bÀttre kontroll och styrning av systemet, samtidigt som patienten behandlas.I rapporten beskrivs implementering av bÄde hÄrdvara och mjukvara till displayen, samt den tekniska bakgrunden som till exempel HDMI och LED-tekniken.

The thesis presented in this report has been made on behalf of Scania and their basic frame design department with the subject to solve an implementation of a weight sensing system in the chassis. The system is supposed to be implemented in the seat springs, and the reason for this is that all the force will have to go through the weight sensing transducers. With all the force going through the transducers the weight sensing system will not be sensitive for the differences in tolerances from manufacturing. The transducers could be pre-calibrated to avoid a calibration of the whole vehicle after it?s completed from the manufacturing line.Weight sensing systems is today a reality in trucks with air springs.

This master thesis is made of two parts. The first part concerns the method and results ofdesigning a motion control system for a piece of research-equipment called BIRGIT. Theequipment is made to be used for research on eyemovements. In the second part, a computermodel of a part of the balance organ in the inner-ear is developed. The work has been done atthe Bernadotte laboratory at S:t Erik Eye Hospital.The equipment the control system is made for is a so-called rotationchair.

The forestry companies? operational planning process is these days dependent on reliable, efficient and user-friendly computer-based support systems. This study is an evaluation of Holmen Skog's current computer-based systems. The aim of this study is to: ? investigate the work pattern of the production managers when using the information system to plan the harvesting operation; ? investigate the efficiency and user friendliness of the information system with the different work patterns and to find the strengths, weaknesses and bottlenecks in the current system; ? find out if the type of object, the volume, the area of the harvesting object affects the time and work pattern; ? examine how this type of study is met by the employees and what factors that is critical to avoid feelings of intrusion. The conclusions of the study were: ? there is a large variation between the work patterns of the production managers and the time spend to perform the operational planning; ? the mainframe computer system used by Holmen Skog is clear, has short response times, is robust and conveys relevant information; ? the computer systems are however divided in many subsystems.

WebGL is a standard for drawing graphics in a web browser. Currently it isn?t widely understood how consistently WebGL performs across a majority of the de- vices that support it. Determining if an image looks correct to a human observer is an interesting problem. The solution for this is useful when developing WebGL applications, since a developer could make better informed decisions during de- velopment.

The aim of this thesis is to study Viking Eggeling?s artwork Diagonal Symphony together with Eggeling?s own art theoretical writings. This method of reading Eggeling?s art theoretical writings with the aim to try and create a deeper understanding of his art and especially Diagonal Symphony is a new approach in Eggeling?s art historical discourse. The thesis starts with a description of how the field of art history has understood Eggeling and his art primarily through art historical research aimed at Hans Richter.

AbstractIn the fall of 2003 a project was started in the Swedish building sector that is called BASTA (the building sectors’ termination of especially harmful substances). The project is operated by the building companies NCC, Skanska, PEAB and JM, the Swedish Building Industry and the Swedish Environmental Institute IVL. The purpose of the project is to create a common environmental assessment system for the entire building industry and with the help of this system phase out the use of especially harmful properties from building products.In a large sense BASTA works like this; On the BASTA web site there is a database, to which a supplier can register the company and the company’s products. Only those products with a substance content that fulfil the demands of the BASTA system, is to be registered. As it is the supplier himself that carries out the registration of the company and the company’s products to the system, the BASTA-organisation annually controls that the companies that are registered in the database, fulfils BASTA’s demands.Since NCC is one of the companies that operates BASTA, BASTA is probably going to be the environmental assessment system that is recommended for the company in the future.

Den tekniska tjÀnsten Àr idag av stor betydelse för att Försvarsmakten skall fungera. Uppgifter inomden tekniska tjÀnsten Àr bland annat att hantera driftstörningar som intrÀffar pÄ materiel och hantera uppföljningar av dessa intrÀffade fel. Syftet med den hÀr uppsatsen Àr att undersöka tvÄ olika uppföljningssystem för driftstörningar, ett system frÄn armén och ett system frÄn flygvapnet. UtifrÄndetta diskuteras systemen ur olika synvinklar med fokus pÄ bland annat fördelar och nackdelar. Under bakgrundsbeskrivningen av de olika systemen visade det sig att ARGUS och DA-flyg följer upp i tvÄ olika riktningar vid driftstörningar.

Syftet med studien har varit att bidra med kunskap om hur IKT (informations- och kommunikationsteknologi) kan anvÀndas vid skolors studiebesök pÄ museer.Det teoretiska arbetet grundas i en sociokulturell teoritradition vilken har kompletterats med contextual model of learning, diskursanalys, multimodal diskursanalys, och multiliteracitet.Metoden ramas in av en etnografisk ansats, vilken inrymmer fÀltarbete, deltagandeobservationer, videodokumentation och fokusgruppsintervjuer, med metoden stimulated recall.Resultatet belyser hur elever har anvÀnt mobil teknik och multimodala sprÄkformer för att lösa uppgifter vid ett museibesök. I studien upplevde eleverna att de mobila resurserna var enkla att hantera. Samtidigt inverkade den digitala tekniken och sammanhanget pÄ hur eleverna kunde uttrycka sig. I situationen uppstod hierarkier kopplade till resurshanteringen, dÄ mobilen gav anvÀndarna förhandlings- och tolkningsfördelar. Ett angelÀget omrÄde för framtida forskning Àr att utveckla mer kunskap om hur etiska frÄgor bör hanteras i förhÄllande till de multisprÄk som utvecklas vid anvÀndning av IKT.

Denna uppsats handlar om formella metoder i samband med systemutveckling. Formella metoder anvÀnds frÀmst vid utveckling av kritiska system, men de kan Àven tillÀmpas i vanlig systemutveckling. Ny teknik utvecklas stÀndigt och system blir alltmer komplexa och detta medför i sin tur högre krav pÄ systemutvecklaren. MÄnga systemutvecklingsprojekt misslyckas och en bidragande orsak har varit bristfÀllig analys och framtagande av kravspecifikationer. Att tillÀmpa formella metoder i systemutveckling medför mÄnga fördelar.

This report will show the energy usage of Hotel Princess in Sandviken, Sweden. When the hotel changed owner an examination of the hotels heating, ventilation and sanitary systems were done. The report showed flaws in the ventilation system, and is why the new owner wanted a closer look at the energy use of the hotel. The original building was built in the 1930s and two major extensions have been built, one in the 1950s and the most recent in the 1980s. An assumption made is that the building parts were built to the restrictions during the time. Activities on the hotel include sleep over, conference, night club, massage and swimming in the hotels pool section.
