Problemdiskussion: En undersökning som har gjorts av SKI (Svenskt kvalitetsindex) visar att nöjdheten bland kunderna inte uppfylls på pakettjänster och att kundernas förväntningar inte blir tillfredsställda. Detta kan bero på att olika faktorer som paketskador, leveransförseningar eller dålig kundservice leder till att kundernas missnöje på kvaliteten och de utförda tjänsterna går ned. För att skapa en positiv utveckling i branschen måste transportörerna förstå, uppfylla och överträffa kundernas behov så att de blir nöjda med kvaliteten. Genom god kvalitet vinner transportörerna nöjda och trogna kunder som återkommer.Syfte: Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka varför kundnöjdheten på pakettjänster minskar.Frågeställning: Vilka faktorer påverkar kundnöjdhet på pakettjänster? I vilken utsträckning är transportköparnas behov tillfredställda?Metod: Undersökningen är baserad på en kvantitativ metod.

De flesta organisationer är idag målstyrda där måluppföljning sker genom resultatbaserade styrsystem. Utvecklingen av styrsätt och styrsystem har gått från regelstyrning till fokus på prestationer. Tidigare studier visar att inre motivation skapar bättre attityder till arbetet. Det leder till bättre prestationer om medarbetaren känner delaktighet och får regelbunden återkoppling. I uppsatsen undersöktes hur medarbetare upplever att mål- och resultatstyrning påverkar motivationen och arbetsutförandet i en bankverksamhet, samt hur detta tar sig i uttryck i handling.

Samhället vi lever i idag blir alltmer modernt och utvecklingen av olika tekniker går fort framåt. Några exempel är möjligheten att via internet utföra bankärenden och lämna in deklaration. Dessa ärenden är känsliga och personliga men genom att nya tekniker har utvecklats har det blivit möjligt. Nästa steg skulle kunna bli att rösta elektroniskt. Det är även detta som är uppsatsens huvudsyfte, att utreda möjligheten till ett elektroniskt röstningsförfarande och om det är i enlighet med regleringen om de fria, hemliga och direkta valen som stadgas i grundlagen.

The purpose with this essay is to describe how the principal, social worker and the teacher work to prevent bullying at school. The following questions have been discussed:Does the school have an action plan for bullying, and if so, what does it say? Who has the practical responsibility for making sure that the plan is followed, and how does that responsibility work? How is the responsibility divided between the different professions? Are the children in any way active in the planning of the work against bullying? What does the children think about who has the main responsibility for stopping bullying?The method I have used in the essay is individual interviews with principals, welfare officers and teachers from two schools.My results show that the schools have different ways of handling bullying, and different forms of cooperation within the staff. One school have active students in the work against bullying in the form of classmate support (kamratstödjare). The social worker is used in different ways in the work against bullying.

The purpose of this study is to better understand patients suffering from psychotic illness along with their family members, and to identify treatment factors that have been helpful for these patients and their families by investigating how their relationships have been affected by treatment. In this way, treatment methods can be put in a theoretical context, treatment efforts can be clearer, and the therapist can develop professionally.The research method used is a semistruktureted interview conducted with tree patients and their families. One conclusion one can draw in the successful treatment with psychotic patients is strongly based on the therapist?s ability to build a safe and secure treatment alliance with both the patient and his family members. Meeting with patients in situations outside of the therapy room have been of great importance for the therapeutic process.Important themes for recovery that come forth during the interviews with the patients are the quality of the therapy session as healing factor.

In the year 2007 the Swedish National Heritage Board released directions for how the contractarchaeology in Sweden should carry out their work. These directions stressed that a differentapproach to the archaeological finds should be used ? that would lead to a higher degree ofselection than before. The purpose of this essay is to find the reason why this change indirections occurred, and this is done by a study of the history of the rescue archaeology inSweden. The other purpose of this essay is to examine if the excavation strategies inarchaeological excavation reports from different times, correlates with the general guidingprinciples for the contract archaeology in Sweden of that time.There are several reasons why the change in directions occurred, but it seems as the mainreasons are practical.

An analysis of a specific application of anaerobic wastewater treatment at a pulp and board mill, Stora Enso Skoghall, was carried out. A literature study was done and effluent wastewater from CTMP pulp production was analyzed. The analysis consisted of a broad constituent analysis and an anaerobic treatment trial. Results from these test where used to calculate the treatment effectiveness and resulting energy potential at the mill.The literature study and constituent analysis showed that toxicity of the water to be treated, due to wood extractives and sulphur content, was of concern. Detoxification chemicals targeting these constituents where used in the anaerobic treatment trial.

Chalmers University of Technology today have numerous computers which are never powereddown, at the same time there is a need for more computation power for researchers.Hence, we have investigated the possibility to use the computers for computing power andsecondly, if there is no work to be done, to put them into power saving mode.We have made a thorough study where we compared different distributing systems andin the end HTCondor was chosen as the best to implement. HTCondor is an excellent systemfor opportunistic use of computing power, i.e. make use of computers that no one elseis currently using. The system is used at several universities around the world with goodresults and would be excellent at Chalmers, where there is a need for such a system.Our implementation shows that HTCondor is well capable of handling unused computingpower. HTCondor can handle most file types that may be run on the system.

Syftet med studien var att undersöka huruvida det fanns en relation mellan kvalitetsredovisningarnas resultat och rektors pedagogiska ledarskap. Jag använde mig av kvalitativa intervjuer som metod och analyserade intervjuerna i tre steg genom att använda en modell "Lärstegen" som raster för att söka finna vilken nivå rektor låg i sin reflektion över kvalitetsredovisningar och det pedagogiska ledarskapet. Därefter sökte jag i min analys relationer mellan kvalitetsredovisningarna och det pedagogiska ledarskapet genom att använda en ledarskapsmodell över pedagogiskt ledarskap, för att sedan, som sista steg, tolka resultatet utifrån de utsagor rektor lämnat och söka efter utsagor som påvisar att rektors reflektion över det egna ledarskapet har lett till någon form av handling i, eller efter, kvalitetsredovisningarna. Mitt resultat visar att det finns en relation mellan kvalitetsredovisningarna och det pedagogiska ledarskapet hos de rektorer som ligger på den femte och högsta av de nivåer som finns i " Lärstegen", samt att relationen saknas på de två lägre förekommande nivåerna..

Executive SummaryThis final thesis has examined the effects of an increased centralization and better coord­in­ation of the distribution logistics at ABB in Västerås. The company is today strongly decent­ralized and there is a minimum of collaboration between the 20 business units. This is why the questions were raised; how could the business units coordinate outbound logistic activities and what effects would that provide. The obj­ect­ive of this final thesis is to provide basic data for a future decision-making which desc­r­ibe these effects.The report has mapped out the factors that are important to ABB in an evaluation of their logistic activities and how the outbound logistics work today. The four factors are cost efficiency, delivery service, environmental impact and logistics capability.

Genom de omarbetade direktiven, 2004/18/EG (klassiska direktivet) och 2004/17/EG (försörjningsdirektivet), har det tillkommit nya regleringar beträffande offentlig upphandling. De nya direktiven har till syfte att förbättra regelsystemet för att bättre uppnå syftet med lagstiftningen om offentlig upphandling. I båda direktiven har det tillkommit bestämmelser om användningen av ramavtal samt bestämmelser om de båda nya tilldelningsförfarandena elektronisk auktion och dynamiska inköpssystem. I det klassiska direktivet har det tillkommit ett nytt upphandlingsförfarande, konkurrenspräglad dialog. I dessa nya bestämmelser i de konsoliderade direktiven om offentlig upphandling kommer regleringar som bl a innehåller skrivningen att de upphandlande enheterna inte får använda det aktuella förfarandet på ett sätt som hindrar, begränsar eller snedvrider konkurrensen.Denna skrivning tycks vara hämtad från konkurrensbegränsningsreglerna i artikel 81 och 82 i EG-fördraget.

The purpose of this thesis was to investigate how an industrial company can increase customer value by offering added services to their core products. Theses added services can be categorized into the three different parts of the buying process. The company that was investigated is Smurfit Kappa Kraftliner in Piteå, a large international industrial company active on a business to business market. We have conducted a case study and made interviews with three respondents within the company. The result of the study show that the company offers value added services in each stage of the buying process.

Syftet med den här studien är att förstå och beskriva hur läsning och skrivning framträder för barn. Vi vill veta vad läsning och skrivning är, sett ur barnets perspektiv. Vår studie tar sin utgångspunkt ur fenomenologisk ansats. Genom att närma oss barns perspektiv, har vi försökt beskriva fenomen så som de framträder för barnet. För att få svar på vår frågeställning har vi valt att intervjua femåriga barn.
