Den här essän handlar om hur jag under min erfarenhetsbaserade förskollärarutbildning blivit alltmer tvivlande och kritisk till hur jag och mina kollegor konkretiserar demokratiuppdraget i förskolans läroplan. Essäns kärna finns i relationen mellan barns tankar och idéer här och nu och pedagogers fasta och styrande ram för hur dagarna ska se ut. Syftet med denna essä är att nyansera fler sätt att se på situationer där vuxna ser det som självklart att barn äger delaktighet och inflytande för att relativisera vår kunskap kring begreppens innehåll. Jag undersöker vilken kunskap pedagoger behöver utveckla för att ge både barnen och sig själva makt att arbeta mer demokratiskt. Essän bygger på en berättelse med två situationer från min förskolas verksamhet.

Det går att se på en systemutvecklingsmetod på olika sätt. Dels kan man studera den utifrån dess beståndsdelar, och dels kan man studera de processer i utvecklingsarbetet som leder fram till slutresultatet. I detta examensarbete diskuteras en del av de kognitiva krav som ställs vid inlärning av en systemutvecklingsmetod.Inom ramen för en litteraturstudie diskuteras vad som är viktigt att lyfta fram när en systemutvecklingsmetod ska presenteras och vilka inlärningsproblem som finns i samband med detta.Rapporten innehåller även en fallstudie där en systemutvecklingsmetod (Enterprise Knowledge Development) presenteras i HTML-format i en så kallad Electronic Guide Book. As trucks are getting more and more advanced, information about their weight has become a key factor for controlling them in a more fuel efficient and safe manner. Knowing the mass of a heavy duty vehicle in real time has been a difficult challenge for the truck manufacturers. With the processing power for electronic control units in trucks steadily increasing, more advanced algorithms for calculating the mass has been developed, but at the moment there still is a wish for better performance.Since there is a lack of good information regarding the external forces acting on the vehicle, forces that depends on the slope of the road, foundation of the road and the wind, the methods have to be able to disregard these. Such an approach, based on an indirect least square solution, has been evaluated in this thesis. BakgrundInkludering och begreppet "en skola för alla" har länge varit uttryck för en officiell policy i svensk skola, men uppfattningarna om vad som egentligen kännetecknar en inkluderande skola och "en skola för alla" varierar kraftigt.SyfteSyftet med undersökningen var att synliggöra och beskriva rektorers uppfattningar och attityder till inkludering och begreppet "en skola för alla". Utifrån syftet var frågeställningarna: Vilka personliga synsätt och värderingar kan urskiljas i rektorernas resonemang kring en inkluderande skola? Hur resonerar rektorerna kring möjligheter, mål och strategier för att realisera "en skola för alla"? Vad kännetecknar, ur ett ledningsperspektiv, en inkluderande skola?UrvalFem rektorer, verksamma inom grundskolan i en medelstor svensk stad, valdes ut efter att ha svarat positivt på en skriftlig förfrågan. Urvalsgruppen bestod av tre män och två kvinnor. En av rektorerna var även ansvarig för särskolan.

This essay describes some factors that may effect small business survival in relation to becoming a supplier for bigger companies that may implement the use of EDI for electronic invoicing.The purpose of this study is to analyse and evaluate what impact may occur during the introduction of EDI between small and big business.Following on from the introduction of methods used in this study there will be a complete analysis made detailing results.From our research we have found that most small business have developed a professional working relationship between themselves and their clients.The adoption of EDI by big business has revolutionised the day to day dealings between both supplier and consumer in that EDI has empowered both chains to collaborate data in real time.In conclusion our research illustrates that in order for small business to survive the must implement EDI. A Swedish electronics company wants to make the cooling of one of their electronic components more efficient. They propose that a retrofit liquid cooler is the way to achieve this goal. The current air cooling has high energy cost due to the high amount of power needed to power fans and heat exchangers. Using high volumes of air for cooling also leads to noise pollution. The conversion from air to liquid cooling would possibly make the operation of the electronics more cost efficient and less noisy.The purpose of this project is to theoretically evaluate different concepts of drawing the heat generated by the electronic component in to a fluid, using numerical calculations in Matlab and FEM simulations in ANSYS.

Syfte: Syftet med denna uppsats är att illustrera vilka faktorer som påverkar kundrelationer och hur ett företag bör gå tillväga för att förbättra dessa samt för att bevara sina kunder. Vi vill ge en illustration på hur en välorganiserad kundrelation kan framkallas. Uppsatsen är även en undersökning som kommer att framhäva Länsförsäkringarnas varianter av strategier och metoder inom kundrelation, detta kommer även att baseras ur kundens perspektiv. Det vitalaste kommer att handla om hur Länsförsäkringarna kan förbättra och utveckla detta. Metod: Vi valde att använda oss av primärdata för att öka trovärdigheten genom enkätundersökning och intervjuer, våra sekundärdata användes för att ge stöd till den primäradatan med författares och forskares teorier. Sedan jämförde vi resultatet från intervjuerna och enkätundersökningen med vad teoretikerna anser för att se om det överensstämmer med resultatet. Resultat & slutsats: Vi tycker att det har varit ett intresseväckande arbete att följa Länsförsäkringarnas tillvägagånssätt om hur de bemöter kunderna och relationen till dem.

This report is the result of a master thesis at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Division of Industrial and Economical Development, at Linköping University of Technology. The project was carried out on behalf of Fanerami AB, Mjölby and includes 20 weeks of full time schedule work.Cabinets with vertical mounted roller shutters all share the same problem, namely weight balancing. A roller shutter has an equilibrium area where the sum of the different forces acting on the shutter equals zero. As the shutter leaves that area it will pick up speed as it falls towards the bottom. When the shutter hits the bottom of the cabinet there is a potential risk of getting fingers caught and in this project a solution to prevent this from happening was to be presented.In this project, three concepts have been generated with the following different purposes:?In concept 1 the risk of getting any fingers caught when the shutter closes was to be eliminated in an efficient and inexpensive way.?In concept 2 the roller shutter had to be balanced at all time providing the possibility to keep the cabinet open in any position.?The last and most challenging task was to create a remote controlled TV cabinet.

The focus of this thesis is primarily in electronic construction and describes the design process for a microcontroller circuit board from concept development to prototyping. The client develops test fixtures for automated testing of products within the electronics industry and needs a new controller circuit for the test fixtures that can handle controls and basic testing. An investigation into the needs of such a system is conducted and a prototype printed circuit board assembly is manufactured.The prototype is developed with focus on protection against electrostatic discharges and overvoltage. Among the functions that are included are voltage measurements, communication interfaces and control of input and output currents. Firmware for the prototype is developed and configured to communicate with a PC through USB interface for control and collecting of measurements..

Detta är en rapport över mitt examensarbete som utfördes för Motion Control AB i Västerås.Uppgiften bestod i att ta fram en prototyp för en handhållen ljudlokalisator för döva. Projektet harinneburit arbete med allt från marknadsundersökningar till lödning. Projektet innehåller såvälanalog elektronik som programmering.Mycket tid gick åt till själva förarbetet, kanske lite väl mycket då det kändes som halva tiden gick åtinnan jag kunde komma igång och arbeta. Jag lyckades få fram en prototyp där allt fungeradeförutom mikrofonerna, de visade sig vara för känsliga för att löda för hand. Dock så har projektetvarit mycket lärorikt och intressant..

Quadrotor UAVs are self-stabilizing, autonomous flying machines that has recently become more popular than ever. Unmanned Aerial Vehicles have their roots in the military, where they were developed for use in reconnaissance and combat. During the last few years, advances in the fields of electronic sensors, electric motors and microcontrollers have enabled smaller designs and autonomic flight control even for private use. The quadrotor, which is the particular kind of UAV we are looking closer at in this paper, has 4 rotors in an X-like formation. This configuration has many advantages such as good lift capacity, non-complex mechanical structure and serviceability.In this project we aquired a current overview of the domain and determine whether it is possible to construct a quadrotor UAV designed for use in a WISENET sensor network on a low budget and short time schedule.Based on existing community project AeroQuad, a quadrotor is constructed with a budget of about 500 euro.

In the electronic industrials, power control of AC motors is commonly used. For example power control of a washing machine motor, a vacuum cleaner motor or a coffee machine motor. The company Rejlers Ingenjörer AB has many projects where power control of AC motors is included. A prototype card for this task can save time and money for the company in the future and this is the reason for this thesis.The motors are power controlled by a TRIAC and control of the trigging pulses to the TRIAC. This master thesis explores the nature of public participation as a central and most current subject in the field of urban planning. A first impression exposes a seemingly unanalyzed consensus on the values and benefits which public participation provides the process of urban planning. The city may be a concern to all its inhabitants; hence knowledge and opinions of the local public are of great importance for the urban development. But is there really something new to these assumptions, and are the advantages of increased public participation in urban planning always obvious?  By using action research as a main method, I have put myself into the context of the Swedish municipality of Nacka and their projects dealing with the development of public participation.

With the development of the Internet, illegal copying of electronic documents has become a growing problem. There is an increasing need of prevention in the field of pirate copying. One method is to mark the document by changing some of the words to synonyms. In this way it is possible to construct legal copies which do not differ in content but still are unique. Since the copies of the documents are unique, it is possible to trace the owner of a document and accordingly call him or her to account for pirate copying if several exactly similar copies are reaching the market.
