This thesis analyses the 2005 UK presidency of the Council, and more particularly the negotiations on the future financing of the European Union. The purpose of the study is to discuss whether the holding of the presidency implies political influence for the member state. To analyse the power of the country holding the chair the thesis focuses on the presidency functions of brokering and leadership. The theory suggests that the influence of the presidency is derived from informational and procedural power resources, as well as some leadership resources, such as coercion and reward. A case study was used to analyse whether these power resources were used by the British presidency.

The Disney princess line includes nine films, in our study we have extended this line to include the latest three films from Walt Disney Pictures that follow the same pattern. These films are Tangled (2010), Brave (2012) and Frozen (2013). We have conducted our study using the same method used by England, Descartes and Collier-Meeks (2011) in their study of the first nine films, starting with Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs produced in 1937 to Princess and the Frog from 2009. By rationalize the activity and by the same time decrease the emission of greenhouse gases the company can both save money and reduce negative environmental impact. For the Swedish industries the electricity price have traditional been relative low, which has resulted in a considerable larger usage than other European countries. By a deregulation of the European electricity market the electricity price will level off between the countries, which will cause a higher electricity price in Sweden than we are use to. To prevent that the Swedish industry don?t lose competitiveness against the other European countries, it will require energy efficiency activities in all different forms.ABB Sweden has decided to decrease their total energy usage with five percent in two years.

The purpose of this thesis has been todesign an electric circuit that measurestemperature in three different ways. Asoftware was also designed to record andanalyse the measurments. The result of thecircuit was a PCB with inputs for 42sensors of both surface and non-surfacemeasurments. These all have a maximumerror of ±3°C..

Möjligheten att koppla om vindkraftparken till järnvägens hjälpkraftnät, som bland annat förser växelvärmare och signalsystem med effekt, har också undersökts. Eftersom kontaktledningsnätet och hjälpkraftnätet arbetar med olika frekvenser och spänningar, 16? Hz och 15 kV respektive 50 Hz och 22 kV, måste därför en komplett krets för frekvensomvandling, spänningsomvandling och omkoppling tas fram. Projektet har begränsats till en del av Botniabanan, sträckan Örnsköldsvik-Nordmaling.I denna rapport har trafikfrekvensen på den valda sträckan på Botniabanan undersökts för att bestämma en genererad effekt till inkopplingspunkten, samt för att undersöka när det kan vara lämpligt att koppla om till hjälpkraftnätet.
