F?r att minska risken f?r best?ende skador orsakade av urinretention postpartum kr?vs riktlinjer som ?r grundade i aktuell vetenskaplig evidens. I denna studie avser begreppet postpartum tiden upp till en vecka efter f?rlossning. Syfte: Syftet med studien ?r att systematisk bed?ma kvaliteten p? Sveriges f?rlossningsklinikers riktlinjer g?llande urinretention postpartum. Metod: Riktlinjer erh?lls fr?n totalt 36 av Sveriges 44 f?rlossningskliniker, totalt erh?lls 19 riktlinjer, d? vissa enheter anv?nde samma.

Statens FolkhÀlsoinstituts folkhÀlsorapport visar att hÀlsolÀget hos homo- bi- och transsexuella (hbt-personer) i samhÀllet Àr sÀmre Àn hos övriga befolkningen. Framför allt Àr den psykiska hÀlsan sÀmre och inom hbt-gruppen Àr det framförallt transpersoner som mÄr dÄligt. Syftet med vÄr litteraturstudie var att fÄ en inblick i hur hbt-gruppen upplever vÄrden och hur de upplever bemötandet, samt att fÄ en uppfattning om var bristerna i bemötandet ligger och vad vi som blivande sjuksköterskor kan göra för att förbÀttra vÄrden för dessa mÀnniskor.Vi fann tio artiklar genom att söka i olika databaser; CINAHL, PubMed och Blackwell Synergy. Dessutom har vi genom manuell sökning och mailkontakt med författaren fÄtt tillgÄng till en artikel med relevans för vÄr uppsats. Vi har arbetat utifrÄn en induktiv ansats och efter genomlÀsning av artiklarna fann vi att Erikssons lidandeteori och queerteorin hjÀlpte oss att tolka resultatet pÄ ett konstruktivt sÀtt.

In this essay I examine how in seven different congregations that belong to the Church of Sweden the preparatory office is formulated in ways that differ from the form that is prescribed in the current service-book of the Church of Sweden. My purpose is to examine how and why the congregations have chosen these alternative preparatory offices. This I have tried to find out by reading the written instructions and/or homepages of the congregations, studying their orders of service and interviewing one pastor in each congregation.Before describing, comparing and commenting on the different ways these congregations have chosen to formulate their preparatory offices, I give a historical background to the preparatory office itself and how it is formulated/designed in the current service book of the Church of Sweden. I also describe the history and the introduction of the Kyrie.I then describe each congregation, trying to point out the main characteristics of it, then concentrating on the process that lies behind the urge to formulate an alternative preparatory office, the reasons for it and the results.One of the conclusions I draw is that in the congregations I have examined there is an ongoing discussion about and reflection on the advantages of including the Kyrie in the preparatory office. I also found that in the congregations there are different opinions about the words following the prayer of penitence - should they be words of direct absolution or words that speak about the promise of God's forgiveness? This discussion is closely connected to a discussion about what is the connection between the preparatory office and the holy communion/Eucharist.

The overall purpose of the essay is to analyse what Dietrich Bonhoeffer meant by Religionless Christianity. For this I have chosen to use the substantial idea analysis.I first came across the concept of freedom of religion to Christianity and Religionless Christians, in the book Dietrich Bonhoeffer: Tankar om en 1900-talsmartyr by Martin Lind in which he discusses what Bonhoeffer might discuss with Religionless Christians. This book is therefore the origin of the selection of literature I have chosen to use in the essay. Bonhoeffer writes several letters from prison about the movement he sees towards a new phase in human history, in which man can no longer be religious. However, Bonhoeffer uses the word religion in such a way that its content cannot be clearly determined.

An issue of central interest today is the aspiration for wholeness, on the one hand referring to the concept of ?healing? (swed: helande), on the other hand to being ?whole? (swed: hel); body, mind, soul, spirit and relations. The need and desire to offer a more holistic experience is becoming prominent also within the Swedish Church. This paper addressed some events within the Swedish Church that cater to experiences of wholeness, with the aim of exploring how this is done in practise and how it?s rooted in Christian thought.

The focus of our dissertation is masculinity which is often a topic of debate in today?s society concerning areas such as violence, sport and paternal leave. Male studies are a relatively new field which means there is a lot remaining to be explored. We have chosen to explore how social class reflects on male identity. The reason we have chosen social class as a variable is due to a focus in the general debate of identity amongst the social sciences towards identities formed through consumption in the world of global mass-media.

Studien undersöker om Äterföring av nÀringsÀmnen, huvudsakligen makronÀringsÀmnena kvÀve och fosfor, frÄn humanavlopp i Norrköpings kommun kan komma att ske pÄ ett sÀtt som Àr i linje med naturvetenskapliga kretsloppsprinciper.FrÄgan om Äterföring av nÀringsÀmnen och dess problembild Àr av stor vikt dÄ dagens flöden leder till bÄde resursslöseri och miljöproblem som övergödning. Anledningen till att nÀringsÀmnen inte recirkuleras mÄste bero pÄ nÄgon form av oförmÄga hos aktörerna att ta i tu med problematiken.Studien analyserar olika aktörers perspektiv. Aktörerna beskrivs dels i ett nationellt perspektiv men den huvudsakliga fokuseringen ligger pÄ kommunal nivÄ. Detta pÄ grund av att kommuners roll inom omrÄdet innebÀr att de Àr ytterst ansvariga för utformningen av avloppssystem. Aktörer som agerar i förhÄllande till kommunen har dÀrför undersökts nÀrmare genom intervjuer med olika representanter för aktörerna.

NÀr Darwin lade fram sin teori 1859 mötte den mycket motstÄnd. Han hade vÀnt upp och ned pÄ den tidigare uppfattningen om att mÀnniskan hade skapats, liksom hela universum. Det naturliga urvalet, som var den frÀmsta förklaringen till mÀnniskans och djurens ursprung, försökte bortförklaras. PÄ samma sÀtt har DarwinanhÀngare förkastat tanken om att Gud skulle ha skapat allt. Det naturliga urvalet lÀmnar helt enkelt ingen plats Ät en skapande kraft ? den behövs inte eftersom naturen klarar det sjÀlv om den bara fÄr nÄgra försök pÄ sig och tillrÀckligt lÄng tid.Finns det dÄ nÄgon möjlighet för dessa tvÄ att samexistera? I detta arbete har de bÄda jÀmförts och olika forskares resultat har tagits i beaktande för att slutligen komma fram till ett svar.

The main discussion in this essay concern what the Emerging Church is, its sociological and theological context, their main critique of modernism and the consequences in theology and praxis. EC is not a new church but wants to be a new way of being church. In England much of the discussion concerning EC has found a context within the report Mission-Shaped Church (MSC). EC differs from Emergent Village which is a continuing discussion from a postmodern philosophical view.EC is born in an evangelical context with the tensions in the postmodern context, the liminal situation with among other items the disussion about a liquid culture and liquid church. Other backgroundfactors are the ChurchGrowth-movement, Willow Creek and the Gospel and Our Culture.EC critisizes its evangelical background and moves the center from justification to incarnation, from propostionalism, individualism, mission and activism to a theology of incarnational community life.Four different proponents are considered; Brian Mclaren, Dan Kimball, Karen Ward and Ben Edson.

Detta Àr dock inteett praktiskt tillÀmpbart villkor, dÄ ingen acceptabel risk har satts upp.VÀrldshÀlsoorganisationen (WHO) och det amerikanska naturvÄrdsverket (US EPA) hardÀremot satt upp grÀnser för vad som Àr en acceptabel sjukdomsrisk respektiveinfektionsrisk för dricksvatten.Denna studie syftade till att bedöma om reningen vid Hyndevads vattenverks, medavseende pÄ mikroorganismer, möjliggör att en acceptabel risknivÄ uppnÄs. Detta hargenomförts med hjÀlp av metoderna Optimal desinfektionspraxis (ODP) ochMikrobiologisk riskanalys (MRA).

Bakgrund Vistelsetiden pÄ akutmottagningen pÄ Centralsjukhuset i Kristianstad har studerats och en skillnad identifierades dÀr mÀn i större utstrÀckning Àn kvinnor hade en vistelsetid kortare Àn fyra timmar. Ingen direkt orsak till skillnaden i vistelsetid kunde urskiljas. Det identifierade fenomenet valdes att bearbetas med genus som begrepp.SyfteSyftet med studien var att undersöka orsaken till varför det Àr en skillnad i vistelsetid mellan mÀn och kvinnor pÄ akutmottagningen.Metod Metod för datainsamling var kvalitativ intervju. Informanter valdes strategiskt utifrÄn kriteriet att de arbetade pÄ en akutmottagning, och bestod av olika yrkesprofessioner, kön samt yrkeserfarenhet. TvÄ olika sjukhus i södra Sverige deltog i studien.

This Master?s Thesis aims to investigate and assess the methods used to decrease the discharge ofmetals, primarily copper, from the water purification plant at Assa Industries plating factory inEskilstuna.Literature studies of the purification methods precipitation, ion exchange, evaporation, reverseosmosis and electrolysis has been done to appraise the adequacy of the technique. Thesetechniques are commonly used for purification of industrial waste water.Assa has four plating lines: the Trumline, the big Zinkline, the new Zinkline and the Decorativeline. The new Zinkline is the most modern of the four lines and purification is done byrecirculation over an ion exchange unit. The demand for fresh water is thereby heavily reduced.The Trumline, the big Zinkline and the Decorative line all use older techniques.

This study aims to analyse how sex and sexuality are presented in the Buddhism and Hinduism chapters of religious studies textbooks for upper secondary school. The chosen textbooks are all linked to the new curriculum Lgr 11 which was implemented in the Swedish school system in the spring of 2012. The textbooks were analysed by using two methods; content analysis and discourse analysis. Content analysis was used to examine with which frequency sexes and sexualities appear in the textbooks, while discourse analysis was used to find what discourses surround the two concepts. The discourse analysis used two theories in order to contextualize the several discourses about sex and sexuality.
