Hur fungerar internrevisionen i aktiebolag noterade på Stockholmsbörsen för att förebygga ekonomisk brottslighet? Vilka skillnader finns mellan företag som enbart tillämpar Svensk kod för bolagsstyrning från de företag som också tillämpar Sarbanes-Oxley Act?Utifrån studiens frågeställning är huvudsyftet att beskriva hur internrevisionen motverkar ekonomisk brottslighet. Samt få en bild av internrevisionens variationer i de undersökta företagenStudien är utformad efter ett kvalitativt metod. Genom fyra intervjuer har ett empiriskt material samlats in. Det empiriska materialet tolkas senare i en analys och diskussion.

AbstraktWestin Mikael, Den industriella revolutionen i läroböckerna - En studie av tre läroböckers behandling av den industriella revolutionen, (The Industrial Revolution in the teaching books - A study of the industrial revolution in three teaching books). Individ och samhälle, Lärarutbildningen 60 poäng, Malmö Högskola, 2006.SyfteSyftet med följande arbete är att undersöka hur läroboken hanterar den industriella revolutionen samt även hur lärarna förhåller sig till läroboken. MetodArbetet utgår från Geoffrey Partingtons teori om historisk signifikans och testar den tillsammans med en klassisk bakgrund-händelse-förlopp modell på läroböckernas redogörelse för den industriella revolutionen. En kvantitativ enkätstudier bland gymnasielärare i historia A gjordes för att fånga deras bild av industriella revolutionen och läroböckernas behandling av den. ResultatDe tre undersökta böckerna uppvisar en splittrad behandling av den industriella revolutionen.

I denna studie har den offentliga sektorns påverkan på tillväxt i OECD-länderna undersökts. Studiens frågeställning är: Hur påverkar den offentliga sektorns storlek och struktur ekonomisk tillväxt i OECD-länder? Undersökningen är gjord för åren 2007-2010 i en så kallad paneldata-undersökning. För att undersöka strukturen har den offentliga sektorns utgifter delats upp i sex delar - utgifter för utbildning, försvar, sjukvård, varor och tjänster, sociala avgifter samt övriga utgifter.I undersökningen har sex modeller används för att få fram resultat. Undersökningen visade inget klart samband mellan storleken på den offentliga sektorn och ekonomisk tillväxt.

The purpose of this study is to examine immigrants' experiences of social services' treatmentand their expectations of social services. In this study we have used the following questions:how immigrants have experienced the treatment of the social service, the way in whichimmigrants would like to be treated by social services as well as what kind of beliefs andexpectations immigrants have concerning the social services' duties and powers. We haveused a qualitative method in the study that consists of ten semi-structured interviews. Thetheoretical concepts we have used are culture, ethnicity, cultural competence, professionalismand social psychology. The survey reveals a majority of negative experiences, such as afeeling of being ?tossed around?, suspicion and discrimination by the caseworkers due to theethnicity of the respondents.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate how social workers, working in a management position in the health care system, perceive the encounter of the medical and social perspective. With seven qualitative interviews, the study tries to conclude whether or not social workers are accepted at managerial positions within the health care sector. The social worker is, as a manager in health care, a leader but at the same time in a professional alienation from the medical caregivers. Organizations in the health care sector are often multi professional and have their own long standing tradition, history and culture. The results show that the conditions for social workers, working in a management position in health care appear to be agreeable.

2004, the SSR, Akademikerförbundet, made a study on the threats and violence as a social secretary in the municipal social services are exposed in their occupation of the "social secretary of threats and violence at work" (T-110192), conducted by Temo ab. We have chosen to use the study on a smaller scale and then made contact with five municipalities in the middle of Sweden to investigate social secretaries experiences of threats and violence. Using the cross-sectional design and a convenience sample, we have gained access to data from 56 people. From a sociological perspective, we have chosen to use Norbert Elias theory of universal configuration and interdependence, and Michel Foucault?s theories concerning power search explanation for the existence of threats and violent situations in the contact between social workers and their clients..

The aim of this study was to examine how clients who have or have previously had a drug- and/or alcohol addiction experienced interchanges with social workers. In this study, eight semi-structured interviews were made with respondents from an out-patient clinic in a small town in Sweden. Questions were asked regarding clients? experience of the social workers' attitudes during the initial meeting as well as all continuing meetings. Other possible variables that affected the interchanges, either positively or negatively, including how the clients wanted to be treated, were also explored.

The aim of this M.A.-thesis in social work is to problematize the assimilatoric concept of integration and its discourses in a postcolonial perspective in relation to social work in Denmark.As a support theory I use symbolic interactionism. By using these theories I show how the concept of integration and its discourses, when its aim is assimilatoric, can be understood and problematized with concepts as binary oppositions and hegemony.It is shown that the construction of the discoursive other is a useful term as an instrument of interpretation of power in general. The relevance to social work in relation to the social workers double powered positions, professional and cultural power to define 'the other', in social work with ethnic minorities is shown in relation to the post colonial perspective with support of symbolic interactionism. The white western world hegemony and the social workers power positions in relation to the clients fits to the theoretic frame chosen in the thesis.A second aim in this thesis is to point to new ways for social work and to the necessity to reflect over a globalized world characterized by international migration, ethnic relations and diversity..

The purpose with this examination essay was to find out if participation of children in social welfare investigations had increased since the social services had started to work with BBIC. I compared the participation of the child before BBIC, then when social service had started to work with BBIC and I tried to see if there were increased participation in the investigations. My theoretic starting-point was the symbolic interactionism and I used the qualitative method of investigation. In my investigation I found that there is not yet any increase in participation of the child in the investigations when social service work with BBIC. What I found was that the reason to start an investigation often was that the parents made the problem for the child and that conditions at home for the child influenced the possibility of the child to communi- cate with an adult that the child did not know.

Studien undersöker hur matematiska begrepp etableras i diskursen i klassrummet och hur lärare planerar för, iscensätter och bearbetar matematiska begrepp. Studiens syfte är att studera hur lärare hanterar matematiska begrepp i undervisningen ur ett specialpedagogiskt perspektiv. Utifrån studiens ansats väljs två kvalitativa datainsamlingsmetoder. Till detta infogas Selander & Kress (2010) formellt inramad lärsekvens och Hallidays (2004) tre metafunktioner och en ny metafunktion, den institutionell funktion (Boistrup- Björklund, 2010). Studien visar att procedurkunskap har en stor plats i undervisningen. Lärarna hanterar begrepp i förbifarten och funderar inte på vilken roll de språkliga uttrycken har.

We chose to study the groups for divorced children in Vellinge municipal because there was no evaluation made of these kinds of groups with the involved methods.Vellinge municipal has had groups for children to divorced parents since 2000. During this period of time the total numbers of children in these groups have expanded. As of now, there are two groups.Our goal with this study was to see which way the CAP, Children Are People, manual has been implemented in the every-day work in the group. Several studies have been made about CAP but not in the context of groups for divorced children. We have also examined results in other municipals that have implemented groups for divorced children into their social services.We have interviewed ten children and four social workers.

Den här rapporten om Ellinge slott är en produkt inom kursen ?Bevarande, vård och restaurering av historiska trädgårdsanläggningar?. Arbetet har skett i en grupp bestående av Karin Henriksson, Karin Ingemansson och Eva-Marie Samuelson.Syftet med rapporten är att teckna Ellinge slotts landskapliga omgivningar, trädgårdar och parks historia. Syftet har även varit att inventera dagsläget, samt föra en diskussion med utgångspunkt i detta om hur anläggningen långsiktigt kan vårdas, skötas och bevaras.Sökandet kring Ellinge slotts historia har skett främst genom arkivstudier, kontakter med en rad olika personer samt genom besök på platsen. Vi har även gjort en kortare kartläggning av Ellinges mer allmänna historia.

Syftet med mitt arbete är att undersöka på vilket sätt det är möjligt att arbeta över de gamla gränserna mellan teoretiska och praktiska ämnen. Jag har valt att inrikta mig på Historia och Hem- och konsumentkunskap. Frågeställningarna som ligger som grund för arbetet är: På vilka sätt är ett samarbete mellan historia och hemkunskap möjligt? Finns det stöd i kursplaner och läroböcker för ett sådant samarbete? Är det viktigt att samarbeta över gränserna på detta sätt? Om det är viktigt, varför i så fall? Har hem- och konsumentkunskap i sig ett historiskt perspektiv? För att uppnå mitt syfte har jag använt mig av intervjuer, skriftliga källor och analyser av kursplaner och läromedel. Mina teoretiska ramar handlar om ämnesövergripande arbetssätt och historiskt perspektiv.

Syfte: Studiens syfte är att bidra till forskningen kring ekonomistyrningens innehåll och utformning och mer specifikt att bidra till en ökad förståelse kring ekonomistyrningen i ideella föreningar. Metod: Studien har en kvalitativ ansats med en undersökningsmetod i form av intervjuer.Vår studie baseras på empiriskt material från strukturerade intervjuer med representanter från fyra olika ideella föreningar. Det teoretiska och empiriska materialet har sammanställts i respektive kapitel och därefter analyserats i förhållande till frågeställningen. Slutsatser: Resultatet visar att även om ekonomistyrning används i ideella föreningar utnyttjar man inte styrningens fulla potential. Avsaknaden av tydliga mål, verksamhetsplanering och strategisk planering försvårar styrandet i föreningarna. Budgeten används för att få överblick av föreningens finansiella position och ekonomisk uppföljning används för att kontrollera att budgeten följs..

This thesis examines the impact that the Euoropean Agricultural Policy has had on the tobacco regime during the years from the start of the Common Market Organization for Tobacco in 1970 til the days of today. The Truman method has been employed to estimate the degree of change of trade creation or trade diversion on the domestic market and also on the worldmarket. From these facts an analysis has been made to investigate how and if a new reform of the CMOT will affect the European tobacco market. Through the CMOT, the European Commission has tried to rise the quality level and the prices of raw tobacco growing in Europe. The european market value for tobacco has been rising and a marginal grade of of trade creation within the union and a grade of trade diversion to third countries has been shown since the implementation of the tobacco regime.
