Autonomous cars or robot cars havebeen on the agenda ever sinceHollywood started with their Sci-Figenre, maybe even before that. A lotof things have happened since then andnow the self-driving vehicle is notfar away. In this project, theAutonomous car with microcontrollerand ultrasonic sensors, we are lookingat a way of making a small, regular RCcar autonomous with relatively simplemeans and investigate how the bigcompanies does it to learn more aboutthe development of the autonomous carsand their technology.We used an Arduino Uno R3 supplementedwith an Arduino Motor Shield R3 as ourmicrocontroller board and three HCSR04ultrasonic sensors. By removingalmost all of the old parts of the RCcar,except the two DC motors, andreplacing them with these new parts wemanaged to make a vehicle that drovearound in a room without crashing intoanything. We could have used entirelydifferent sensors, or supplemented theexisting setup with other sensors tomake it even more accurate andobstacle avoiding.

This account deals with my degree in furniture design. The project was done in collaboration with the architect firm Byggnadskonst AB in a quest for the cafe chain "Vivels"Byggnadskonst AB?s mission was to make the interior of the cafe that Vivels is building in Larsberg Center on Lidingö. My assignment was to design chairs for the café. In the beginning I had even thought about designing a table, but as time past I focussed more and more on the chairs.

I got interested in this subject when I came in contact with Västtrafiks new paymentsystem myself during my visits in Gothenburg. I suspected problems with the informationmaterial regarding it and others seemed to share my opinion that the payment system wasdiffcult to understand. When I contacted Västtrafik and asked them about the paymentsystem they confirmed that some understanding diffculties had occurred. With thatconfirmation I decided to make it my project to look in to the matter.Some methods were used to identify the problems. The methods could again confirm thatthere were some problems with the payment system and that the information material wasa vital reason.

Trots denna positiva förändring innefattar livet dock fortsatta fysiska och psykologiska utmaningar. Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att beskriva individers erfarenheter av att leva med ett nytt hjärta efter genomgången transplantation med utgångspunkt från tre frågeställningar; Vilka känslor och attityder kan uppkomma rörande donatorn och dennes efterlevande? Hur kan förhållandet och anpassningen till det nya hjärtat yttra sig samt i vilken utsträckning anser de transplanterade att personligheten skulle kunna förändras? Litteratursökningen genomfördes med hjälp av de sju stegen i Goodmans modell.

How do you present your message? Is there any technique that is better than others? How do you make a presentation understandable for everybody, not only architects? We have tried to answer these and other questions in this thesis. Our focus has been how to use pictures and texts in presentations. How to put them together and make a good looking presentation, which is understandable and attractive. The work is directed to students working with presentations, using both pictures and texts..

The purpose of this paper has been to shed light on the ways the history represented at the City Museum of Stockholm can be used in education at the Gymnasia level. I have made use of the following set of questions to attain this purpose: 1) How is the City Museum's activity vis-á-vis the gymnasia organized and what is the purpose of this activity? 2) What positive results do the interviewees see in the collaboration between the schools and the Museum? 3) Why did the teachers represented in this paper choose to make use of the Museum in their education? The bulk of the study is based upon three interviews with the First Curator at the City Museum of Stockholm and two teachers, from Viola Gymnasiet and Skogsgårds Gymnasiet respectively. My method is qualitative and interpretative with hermeneutic features.In my interpretation of the source material I have made use of historian Klas-Göran Karlsson's classifications regarding the needs for various forms of history, use of history, users and functions of results. In this way I have been able to establish how the Museum and the teachers represented in the study make use of the history that is represented at the Museum.

Bakgrund: En av sjuksköterskans uppgifter är att visa de efterlevande hänsyn och omtanke när någon avlider. Vårdutbildningar är till stor del somatiskt inriktade och ute i den kliniska verksamheten ges mycket knapphändig information kring hur dödsbesked ska levereras. Ett bristfälligt bemötande från sjuksköterskans sida kan leda till att närståendes sorgearbete kompliceras. Syfte: Syftet var att undersöka närståendes situation i samband med ett plötsligt dödsfall samt beskriva relevanta omvårdnadsåtgärder i detta skede. Metod: En litteraturstudie som bygger på fem kvalitativa och fem kvantitativa vetenskapliga artiklar.

SAMMANFATTNINGBakgrundAlzheimers sjukdom är en av de stora folksjukdomarna och är den fjärde vanligaste dödsorsaken i Sverige. Alzheimers kan kallas för anhörigsjukdom, då det är vanligt att anhöriga vårdar sin familjemedlem under sjukdomens förlopp. Alzheimers är en sjukdom som på många sätt försämrar tillståndet hos den sjuka, vilket medför en stor belastning både fysiskt och psykiskt för de anhöriga som vårdar.SyfteSyftet är att undersöka anhörigas erfarenheter av att vårda sin make/maka med Alzheimers sjukdom i hemmet.MetodArbetet är en systematisk litteraturstudie och både kvalitativa och kvantitativa studier används för att få en helhetsbild av anhörigas erfarenheter av att vårda sin make/maka med Alzheimers. Tio artiklar utgör grunden för examensarbetets resultat.ResultatResultatet består av tre kategorier: Anhörigas tankar om första tiden efter beskedet om diagnosen, anhörigas livskvalitet och sjukdomens påverkan på relationen. I resultatet framgick det att de anhörigas erfarenheter av att vårda sin make/maka skiljde sig mycket åt.

I have chosen to work with drag hose system and try to find an alternative to spread manure with a usually tank system, see if you can make a profit and what advantage and disadvantage the system has. The purpose whith the project has been to try to make a system that can spread manure at better occasions than farmers do today and above everything make a financial addition. Today it is just a heavy work and takes a lot of time. I have counted on investment costs and carefully examined what equipment you need. I have not the technical details in my project, I have just tried to understand how it is to spread manure with drag hose system today. What is drag hose system? You put a hose in your manuretank, connect it to a pump that is driven by a traktor or stationary engine. You place a hose that reach the field were you are going to spread.

The aim of this qualitative study was to examine bereaved individuals? experiences of support from their social networks and participation in support groups. The theoretical framework is based on theories about social support and parts of the attachment theory. Data were collected from four interviews and analysed by the study?s theoretical framework.

This paper is an attempt to re-read Walter Benjamin?s essay ?critique of violence? by separating what we here presume being its three-part core or axis, namely Right (rätt, as in Law), Justice (rättvisa) and Violence (våld), and then make an inquiry into the relationship between them, or, to what extent these three parts relate to each other. The method for doing so is at first a close-up reading of Benjamin?s text, where the core parts are being mentioned. Thereafter we will take a look at some of the most prominent attempts to read Benjamin to see to what extent their interpretation is compatible to ours.

The goal with the project was to make the graphic for Djungeltrumman.se´s upcomingwebb-TV. Djungeltrumman.se is a clubguide on the internet and as a magazine.Their target group is people in the age between 18-34 with an interest for culture and nightlife that lives in a city where Djungeltrumman.se is active. The purpose of the project was to make a graphical frame that had the feelling ofDjungeltrumman.se. The feeling should capture the interest of the target group and make them care more for Djungeltrumman.se.The graphics will contain an intro, information frames and presentations for the different parts in the program. In this project I focused on making the intro for the program.

Bakgrund: När ett barn drabbas av en livshotande sjukdom innebär det en stor påfrestning för familjen som påverkas på många olika sätt. Ett barns död innebär en speciell sorg, en livslång förlust för de efterlevande familjemedlemmarna. Syfte: Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att beskriva föräldrars upplevelser och erfarenheter med att ha barn som vårdas palliativt. Metod: Metoden som användes var en systematisk litteraturstudie där artiklarna söktes i databaserna Pubmed och Cinahl. Artiklarnas resultat som svarade mot syftet sammanställdes och analyserades med innehållsanalys.
