Det är naturligt att det flera gånger under ett företags livstid sker generations- och ägarskiften. Genomförandet av ett sådant skifte är en stor och krävande procedur som kräver noggrann planering och god framförhållning. Det handlar om stora summor pengar och ibland ovärderlig kunskap som skall förvaltas vidare av en kommande generation. De bör tidigt sättas in i företagets verksamhet för att underlätta den dag då skiftet väl sker.Tyngdpunkten i denna uppsats har lagts på oplanerade generationsskiften och särskilt Efterlevande makes arvsrätt vad gäller arv av andelar i familjeföretag. Syftet är att visa på de fördelar och nackdelar denna metod har vid generationsskifte samt visa på svagheter i gällande lagstiftning.Ett planerat skifte under företagarens livstid är att föredra och det finns då ett antal olika metoder att tillämpa, som gåva och andelsbyte, intern aktieöverlåtelse, underprisförsäljning och testamente.

I Sverige dör årligen cirka 90 000 människor och kring varje avliden berörs ofta många människor. Att förlora någon man tycker om kan vara oerhört smärtsamt och anses vara en av de mest stressfyllda händelserna i en människas liv.I flera tidigare studier har det framkommit att de efterlevande gärna söker sig till begravningsplatsen och att besöket vid graven kan hjälpa dem att ta sig igenom sorgen. Men det är inte enbart besöket i sig som har stor betydelse, även begravningsplatsens utformning kan spela stor roll i sorgeprocessen. Landskapsarkitekten Inger Berglund menar att utformningen antingen kan försvåra eller underlätta för de efterlevande i sorgearbetet. När jag fick uppgiften att utforma en askgravlund för Flädie kyrkogård ville jag undersöka detta vidare.

As part of an Agile developing team I have in my role as interaction designer also tried to evaluate the ?iPhone Human Interface Guidelines?. With action research I have taken actions to change the workflow and to see what there can be done to make the guidelines more motivating to use. Action 1 tried to make the iPhone components more available and it suceeded, action 2 tried to make the guideline more available in whole and did not work as it was designed to do. The guidelines did not work as a source of inspiriation and I and my fellow designer distanciated us from it.

Suicid är idag en av de vanligaste dödsorsakerna för män och kvinnor i åldrarna 15-44 år i Sverige. Sedan ett antal år bedrivs omfattande forskning kring suicidprevention, vilken har bidragit till en minskning av suicid. Efterlevande anhörigas situation har dock hamnat mer i skymundan när det gäller forskning, och då i synnerhet unga människor som förlorat en förälder eller ett syskon. Då självmord är ett historiskt tabubelagt ämne kan stödet från vänner bli bristfälligt eller helt utebli, då omgivningen ofta har svårt att förhålla sig till den efterlevande och dennes sorg. Samhällets funktion som stödinstans blir här viktig.

Självmord är idag en vanlig dödsorsak bland människor runt om i världen. I den här uppsatsen har begreppet suicid valts istället för självmord då det inte är ett lika negativt laddat ord. Eftersom suicid är så vanligt förekommande är det viktigt att sjuksköterskor får kunskap och information om de efterlevandes sorg. Kunskapen behövs för att kunna lindra lidandet som uppstår efter dödsfallet. Syftet med den här studien är att studera familjens upplevelser när deras son, dotter eller syskon har begått suicid.

In almost every workplace today IT-systems have strong and significant roll in theeveryday work. It is therefore important that the systems have a good functionalityand that they work as an aid for the users. This thesis aims to study the systems atthe company Telge Nät and to analyse them from a usability perspective. By using thisperspective it has been obvious how difficult it is to make improvements on usability,once the system is in place. Even other larger improvements of the systems aredifficult to make at this stage and this is something that the users are aware of.

The mission from IKEA of Sweden was to make a further development of their existing trolley in the FRAKTA -serial. IKEA wants that the new product would make the opportunities better for people who don't have cars to carry their goods home easily on the bus, train or walk after their purchase.The report includes a suggestion for a new product that will fit into the existing FRAKTA -serial. The new development product will continue the same standard as the other products in the serial and it will also make it possible for customers to carry their goods home by public transportations..

In my degree project I have focused on how to make it easier for ambulance personnel to remove a motorcycle helmet after an accident. During my research I have interviewed ambulance personnel from different cities and a trauma surgeon to get a better understanding of how they work today and the problems they experience. Some of the problem areas are that you need a lot of force to remove the helmet, that the padding catches the ears and that the chin guard catches the face. Since ambulance personnel always assume that there is a neck injury after an accident, all these problems make it difficult to remove the helmet safely.The result is a motorcycle helmet with a focus on safe removal after an accident, to reduce the risk of worsening a neck injury. The solution suggested is that a small part of the back of the helmet is detachable, to make the opening larger.

The main reason for doing this kind ofproject was to find out if it was possible to make a relatively advanced application with user friendly tools. We tested the software MIT App Inventor, and the ability to create a useful application for people who wants to get an overview of their energy intake.During the process we found out that it was possible, but minor setbacks occurred. The main idea of our vision; to make a calculator and a registry with different kinds of food and their amount of calories, was completed quite easily. Later on, design alternatives and more advanced functions were not possible for us to make.This might have been because of the short amount of time the project was given, but also, and more likely, because the software did not contain that kind of advanced functions. Even if there were factors that held creativity back, the basic idea was possible to form..

The purpose of the project was to make a system that could extract data from a mobile eye tracker and make it comparable with data from visual stimuli. The produced system was programmed in Java and provided all the necessary parts that were required to achieve the purpose. In my project I worked with fluorescent color and fear as a theme together. It was based on my question for what happens when you take all the lights out and highlight a fear or phobia. I wanted to experiment and explore the course of event within the surface of a picture by using this kind of paint.I worked with illustration and pattern to bind the two pictures together. The aim was to investigate what is possible with the picture as a medium and work with contrast to make it as effective as possible. My goal was to make one poster of each fear and to make them work together as a series as it?s best.I asked myself many questions such as;? What happens to the surface, image and room when you use this color?? Will a new quality appear?? What happens when you mix two pictures together on a parallel level that only show in different kind of light?.
