I denna uppsats behandlas frågan om organisationsförändring, och ämnet är svenska musikfestivalers organisationsförändring och företagisering. Vi fokuserar på hur olika festivaler som driver sina verksamheter i olika organisationsformer fungerar och kommer att lyfta fram fördelar och nackdelar med organisationsformer som representeras i festivalbranschen. Vi kommer främst att diskutera kring företagsformerna ideell förening och aktiebolag. Hela uppsatsen kommer att genomsyras av sökandet av den ideala organisationsformen för festivalarrangemang. Vi kommer att ägna oss åt frågor som rör förändringsmotiv och förändringsdrivkrafter för festivaler.

 The english name of this essay is ?One man among many women?. This essay takes its starting point in the situation today with few male teachers in the earlier years of elementary school. I have decided to look at the small group of males that actually started the education to become teachers and why they did it when the profession as teacher today is low-paid, low status and is a profession with a large dominance of female teachers. I have chosen to write about this because of the importance for the children to meet both men and women as teachers in the early schoolyears.

The purpose of this thesis is to discuss education as a state tool in Sweden during the 17th and 18th century. The idea is to contrast the pragmatics of the Swedish education system with the theories of Rousseau and Comenius. The thesis is marked by the thought that theory and application diverse because of the subversive infusion in the ideas of the theoretic.The results shows that it is ultimately a question of public education and its potential. The state recognises the potential of public education but also its dangers and therefore becomes very active in forming not only the education system as a hole but also its pedagogic.

The study is of qualitative research method, where the interviews are the main material for the study. This study aims to analyze teachers and pupils perspectives on outdoor education in the early years of the elementary school. The main reason for this study is that all the literature in the area tends to lift up the positive aspects of the field. While the practice of education tends to go the other way, where the majority of our children?s classes takes place inside the classrooms.

Detta arbete är en undersökning av hur vi som musiker idag kan gynnas i vårt musicerande av att studera historiska instrument. Frågeställningarna är ?Kan jag som musiker idag dra nytta av att skaffa mig teoretiska och praktiska kunskaper om historiska instrument?? och ?Hur mycket hänsyn vill jag ta till hur verken ursprungligen kan ha låtit när jag spelar dem på ett modernt instrument??. Undersökningen utfördes från två olika håll, dels genom jämförande av inspelningar av samma verk på historiska och på moderna instrument och dels genom att själv genomföra en av skolans projektveckor på historiskt instrument, i mitt fall naturhorn. Resultatet blev att jag fick en djupare förståelse för hur den klassiska musiken lät när den skrevs och att jag fick ett bestämdare ideal för hur jag anser att den bör framföras idag.

Det här examensarbetet undersöker hur den engelska fotbollen påverkat den svenska fotbollen. Det utreds även om den svenska fotbollshistorien har skapat en diskurs som fortfarande lever kvar inom den svenska fotbollsjournalistiken. Fem avsnitt av det svenska TV-programmet Fotbollskanalen Europa har analyserats med hjälp av det teoretiska verktyget diskursanalys. Sammanfattningsvis visar forskningsresultaten att det råder en diskurs i Fotbollskanalen Europa. Diskursen har starka kopplingar till den engelska fotbollens påverkan på svensk fotboll.

Syfte: Syftet med detta arbete har varit att utveckla mig som interpret genom att skaffa mig en bredare kunskap om hur dubbelgrepp och ackord nyttjas inom olika epoker av klassisk konstmusik skriven för viola.Frågeställning: Kan kännedom om dubbelgreppens (inklusive ackordspelets)musikaliska funktion, kompositörernas syfte med dem och de olika epokernas ideal för dubbelgreppsspel, hjälpa mig i mitt eget utförande och interpretation av dubbelgrepp?Metod: Min metod har varit att först välja ut ett antal dubbelgreppspassager ifrån olika epoker inom klassisk konstmusik och sedan intervjua ett antal olika teoriprofessorer och musiker om hur dessa bör interpreteras. Slutligen har jag övat på passagerna och gjort inspelningar av mina egna interpretationer av dessa..

Management consulting firms are dependent on attracting and recruiting new talents since the human capital has a vital role in these types of organizations. In the following years a new generation, Generation Y, will to a large extent enter the labour market. According to several studies this generation has different characteristics than older generations.This thesis examines management consulting firms? views of Generation Y and which strategies they use to attract and retain the generation. The fact that the subjects are unexplored led the authors to conduct a qualitative study of seven management consulting firms through in-depth interviews.

The study aims to examine how the people who have received special needs education during their schooling have experienced it.Since I wanted to take advantage of people's experiences of special needs education, I chose to conduct qualitative research interviews. Five people in the ages of 21-26 years old participated in the study.A summary of the work says that special needs education creates mixed feelings, feelings of joy and alienation. The positive as described in the work is that the special education teaching has created a classroom that is aligned along the pupil's needs and circumstances. In this work we?ve been focusing on how to adjust educational computer games in order to make them suited for the educational context of upper secondary school. Our opinion and entrance to the study is that the related developers of the subject, in some ways, have failed to successfully combine and find the balance between the entertaining and pedagogical aspects in the games. Our main questions is which aspects in the games game developers need to take in consideration to satisfy the pupils, but also what qualities that is needed for them to function in their educational context. In order to do that we had to investigate the people of the target groups own perspective on what technological and social aspects in the computer games they assess as important.

In this essay I reflect on what makes a good preschool teacher today. I discuss the importance of education, the importance of experience and practical knowledge, but also the importance of capacity for self-reflection and listening. I bring up examples from my workplace, where some think more about their limitations than on what and how much they actually can. Others are more satisfied by what they can and see less of their limits. Some are also lack of the will to see differently and to do changes.

The Swedish curriculum says that the education will adapt and take notice of every child?s individual condition and needs. Every child has the right to development, to feel the happiness of growing and to experience satisfaction of making progress and overcome difficulties. In every class it is often children who need adapted physical education. The earlier these children can get support and practice, the bigger the chance is that they will catch up.

Vårt sätt att se på och uppfatta naturen har stor betydelse för hur vi kommer att värdera och använda den. Vilken naturuppfattning vi utvecklar beror på kulturella och samhälleliga ideal som återspeglas och formas genom media. En av de medieformer som bidrar till detta är reklamfilm. I den här studien utförde vi en semiotisk filmanalys där vi med hjälp av natursyner och ekofeminism synliggjorde och diskuterade hur naturen gestaltas i fem reklamfilmer. Vad som framkom var de tecken och symboler som fanns i reklamfilmerna, vilka ledde oss vidare mot natursyn och ekofeminism.

Background: Pedagogical documentation is currently used as a natural part of the educational activities under the revised curriculum for preschool.Aim: The purpose of this study is to see how preschool teachers perceive and define educational documentation in preschool. The aim is also to see what opportunities and obstacles that may arise over the pedagogical documentation.Method: The study was conducted along a qualitative approach with questionnaires in order to reach more preschool teachers and thus obtain a broader picture of the subject content. From a phenomenological approach I have taken account of the preschool teachers' experience and perception of educational documentation and designed it to my own interpretation.Results: The results show that pedagogical documentation is an important tool in preschool teachers work not only found to contain a product, but seems more like a collection of a lot of products to be brought together into a whole..
