Political economy-analysen undersöker i vilken utsträckning systemets utformning möjliggör politiskt motiverad taktisk omfördelning. Av denna analys framgår att det rådande statsbidrags- och utjämningssystemet ger ett mycket begränsat utrymme för diskretionära bidrag. Den övergripande slutsatsen av political economy-analysen är att det finns en påtaglig kontrast mellan ansatserna i de akademiska studierna och de offentliga utredningarna. Analysen ur tillväxtperspektiv granskar vilka effekter långtgående kommunutjämning kan tänkas ha på arbetskraftsrörligheten, samt vilka konsekvenser detta kan tänkas ha för den långsiktiga ekonomiska tillväxten.

The object of investigation in this essay is the epic novel sequence Jernbanan written by Sara Lidman. More specifically the investigation takes on the idea of a ?sam-vett? as it is formulated in Jernbanan. The ?sam-vett? is an idea about the undivided unity of man, nature and animal, and with a kind of primitive trait.

An important step towards this vision is more efficient usage of produced heat, something which could be achieved through integration of a seasonal heat storage in the energy system.

My ambition with his exam is to study how young girls are being depicted in swedish novels of 2010. I have analyzed how the identity and the search for identity are produced in these books. To be able to make my analysis of these books I have used Maria Nikolajeva?s book Barnbokens byggklossar. From wich I have worked out a few questions that I have used my analysis in the portrayal of these girls.

Uppsatsen undersöker alkoholens pris- och inkomstelasticiteter i Sverige, för att på så vis undersöka om det svenska alkoholmonopolet genom Systembolaget ger den eftersökta effekt på alkoholkonsumtionen i landet, dvs konsumtionsminskning genom prisreglering. För att renodla elasticiteterna så mycket som möjligt studeras i första hand Jämtlands, Västerbottens och Västernorrlands län, detta då Systembolagets ställning på marknaden är som starkast där då inga andra förskaffningsmöjligheter som t ex egenimport eller köp av smuggelsprit existerar i någon större utsträckning i de länen. De resultaten kompareras sedan med en nationell skattning för att se hur det ter sig på nationell nivå. Resultaten visade att det föreligger en negativ priselasticitet på alkohol på den regionala analysnivån såväl som på den nationella. Elasticiteterna på nationell nivå är dock avsevärt starkare.

Skälby park is situated approximately 2,5 km northwest of the central parts of Kalmar and is one of fi ve town part parks. Originally Skälby consisted of a village of four farms. In 1965 the municipality in Kalmar bought Skälby and the agriculture ceased to appear. The land was parcelled out into plots and new roads. Only the area surrounding the old buildings remained, turned to a park.

I denna C-uppsats i historisk arkeologi har jag valt att behandla ämnet reformationen och dess påverkan på kyrkans interiör. Jag har begränsat mig till två kyrkor i Helsingborgstrakten, Mariakyrkan som ligger mitt i Helsingborg och Raus kyrka som ligger strax utanför. Genom att titta på allmänna förändringar har jag sedan jämfört dessa med förändringarna i Mariakyrkan och Raus kyrka. De första och största förändringarna var predikstolens installation, de medeltida katolska kalkmålningarnas överkalkning och de fasta bänkarna. Dessa förändringar har också skett i mina två valda kyrkor men har dröjt en aning i Raus.

This essay deals with classification of images using the subject classification system Outline. This classification system is used in regional museums and they do often have large collections of pictures. The regional museums have their main focus of culture history. The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the democratization process in Kurdistan on the basis of consolidation democracy with focus on arenas defined by Linz and Stepan (1997), namely economic, political, legal, civil society and arenas of state bureaucracy. Furthermore, I intend to explain Kurdistan?s road toward democratization in Kurdistan from 1991 until today, with a focus on the years 2003-2012. The main results are that Kurdistan has developed conditions that support a future consolidation of democracy. However, there are weaknesses in the economic situation, rule of law and the arena of bureaucracy.
