Syftet med studien är att undersöka vilka effekter kontakten med sällskapsdjur har för äldre personers hälsa och välbefinnande. Metoden var en litteraturstudie där tio artiklar granskades. Studien visar att djurs närvaro har ett flertal positiva effekter framförallt i vården av äldre med Alzheimers sjukdom. Dessa uppvisade en högre grad av socialisering och en lägre grad av beteendestörningar i närvaron av djur. Även friska äldre påverkades positivt av relationen med djur då det gällde sociala kontakter och graden av fysisk aktivitet.

Since the early 1940s in Sweden, subsidies have been a recurring feature in housing politics.Throughout history, these have been used as a management measure to control theconstruction of housing and to promote the Swedish welfare state. There are about 3 500 churches protected under the Heritage Conservation Act in Sweden today. These churches still belong to living congregations that want to be able to adapt them to the needs of today, just like people have done throughout history. But since the churches are protected, the congregations have to apply for a permit and that is not always given. This can lead to frustration, and you can sometimes hear representatives of the church express the view that antiquarian authorities are enemies that oppose the church. Studien ämnar undersöka om människor med ADHD uppvisar en högre prevalens av otrygg anknytning (enligt testet ASQ) än normalbefolkningen. Metoden som har använts för att mäta detta är en internetbaserad självskattningsenkät; Attachment Style Questionnaire, ASQ, som är ett test som mäter olika kateogier av relationella mönster baserade på anknytningsteori. Testresultatet indikerar en hög förekomst av otrygg anknytning (95 %) i den undersökta gruppen. Med tanke på begränsningar I validiteten främst på grund av endast användningen av enbart ett test för mätning och på grund av att ASQ mäter relationella aspekter i en individ så undersöker studien först och främst resultatet av relationella mönster i gruppen ADHD..

BAKGRUND:   En   av   de   vanligaste   orsakerna   till   akut   sjukhusvård   i   Sverige   är kranskärlssjukdomar.  Cirka  90%  av  denna  patientgrupp  behandlas  med  en  PCI  (Percutan Coronar  Intervention).  Mycket  få  studier  visar  patienternas  upplevelser  av  denna  sjukdom. SYFTE: Syftet med denna litteraturbaserade studie är att beskriva patienters upplevelser av hjärtinfarkt behandlad med PCI. METOD: En litteraturbaserad studie enligt Fribergs (2006) modell  med  11  stycken  kvalitativa  artiklar.  RESULTAT:  I  studien  framkom  tre  olika huvudkategorier:  Kommunikationsbehovet,  Lidande  och  Hälsokonsekvenser.  Resultatet  i denna  studie  visar  att  i  samband  med  en  hjärtinfarkt  upplever  patienterna  mycket  oro  och ångest. De upplever att en god kommunikation före, under och efter sjukdomsförloppet med vårdpersonalen som viktig för en ökad förståelse och en fortsatt lyckad rehabilitering..

This is a qualitative study based on interviews with professionals who are cooperating at a children advocacy center, in swedish called ?Barnahus?. The center, Barnahus, pulls together law enforcement, criminal justice, child protective service, medical and mental health workers in to one coordinated team. Children suspected to be victims of any kind of violence or sexual abuse shall, at Barnahus, be offered coordinated efforts and support all the way from suspicion to possible intervention. The aim of the study is to examine how the participants involved relate to collaboration in Barnahus. The study will also present the success factors and barriers to collaboration that identifies by the participating actors, who are mentioned above.The study will provide insight and understanding of how collaboration can be represented in multiprofessional activities in practice..

My thesis is a combination of theory and practice, where theory is meant to create a context and a background for my interpretation proposal. I wanted to ?access? the ideas that are always in the background of the reasoning which underlies both planning in a larger scale, and the design of a place. I wanted to make a ?work of ideas.? It is a well known archaeological concern that the remains of human bones left from the bronze age and early iron age Scandinavia are not nearly enough to represent the estimated population of the time. Furthermore the bones of each find rarely represent a whole individual. The majority of the bones must have been disposed of somewhere else, possibly scattered in running waters or in the fields, where they have evaporated or are securely hidden from archaeological excavations.This thesis deals with the grave concept and the problem in using a word that is so very clouded by its modern, western meaning. It also offers an alternative explanation to why the bones are handled the way they are and why they are found in such awkward contexts..

The aim with the literature study is to inform about the risks that exists in large dairy farms(with focus on mastitis and hoof health) and to inform about the milk industry in Sweden.Personal comments from two study visits (Nötcenter Viken and Vadsbo Mjölk AB) arelinked together with the literature and forms into a discussion regarding sustainableagriculture versus the milk cow's welfare.The profitability for Sweden's milk farmers have decreased because of the decreased milkprice and current inflation. This leads to an increase in herdsize in order to make a profit.The milk cow herds in Sweden becomes fewer year by year and the herdsize increases. Theincreased herdsize can cause a decrease in the time the farmer spends per animal. This canaffect early disease detection and prolong the animals suffering.Swedish Board of Agriculture published (2008) statistics showing that today's milk cow ismedicated primarily because of two reasons; mastitis or hoof problems. Mastitis is thereason to two thirds of all treatments that are carried out.

Den här uppsatsen vill exemplifiera och beskriva hur interaktionen mellan människor och djur kan användas i socialt arbete. Genom kvalitativa intervjuer med professionella som använder djur i vardagen. Allt från vårdhundar hos dementa på äldreboende till ridhästar för att hjälpa unga med självdestruktivt beteende, har vi funnit gemensamma effekter som djuret bidrar med i inter-aktionen. Genom att applicera teorier som social pedagogik, makt och symbolisk interaktionism försöker vi tydliggöra interaktionen och vad som sker utifrån olika teoretiska perspektiv. Ur resultatet kommer vi presentera djurets olika funktioner och roller som icebreaker, motivations verktyg, skapare av sammanhang och signifikant andre.

This thesis is a chronological survey over the hut and house remains from the Stone Age to the Early Middle Ages in Eastern Central Sweden. The thesis also contains a test which I have conducted to see which investigation method had the best results in identifying house remains at an archaeological site. I subsequently discuss the result of this test, what it represents and also what may be done differently in order to get other types of results..

The aim of this study was to design short interventions based on the literature study, which will change the pupils? posture on mathematics and connections between problem-solving in mathematics and everyday life. An experimental group of 17 pupils in fifth grade participated in the study and were educated in everyday mathematics 20 minutes a day during four weeks. The intervention was measured in a pre- and after questionnaire, in order to control the design and discover possible changes in the pupils? posture on mathematics and connections between problems and everyday life.

When planning new wind farms, the cost for the internal electrical grid is estimated to account for 8-9 % of the total investment cost. On top of that, the cost for accumulated reduced income over several years (due to electrical losses), has to be added. The economic lifespan is relatively long (about 20 years) which means that an error in the loss calculation could lead to a bad decision basis. The accumulated reduced incomes due to electrical losses can be higher than the initial investment cost for the internal electrical grid.Today, Statkraft Sweden is using a template number when estimating the electrical losses in a wind farm.
