Customer service has traditionally consisted of telephone, mail, and later on chat.But the entry of social media has changed the way companies exercise customerservice. Companies should ask themselves whether the same type of traditionalcommunication may or may not function in a new channel and thus whether itcan be applied to social media.The purpose of this study is to describe the companies? use of customer servicein social media and how the communication differentiates from thecommunication in traditional customer service, and also to define the effect onthe customers? relationship to the company. To reach our conclusions we havecombined theoretical references with qualitative interviews.By our analysis, we found that the communication in social media expandsthe possibilities. By entering an unfamiliar channel, customer service has hadto adapt themselves and their language.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out the possibilities for librarians and book bloggers to collaborate. We find this relevant because of blogs being a new medium that could be useful for librarians to embrace. Book blogs are often networks of blogs connected to each other through their common interest in literature and we have examined how this could be of use for librarians.The method we have used is semi-structured interviews, which gave us the possibility to adjust our questions based on the informants? answers, when necessary. Our informants have been both librarians and book bloggers; we have met some of them and interviewed the others by E-mail.

Private religion is a faith that isn?t practiced in an organised religious community. Many people do not want to accept a religious concept that is already defined. To choose a conception of faith based upon personal preferences fits some modern man better. The purpose of this thesis is to examine if it?s possible to create a personal religion and how such a process looks.

Detta är en studie om coopetition inom destinationsnätverk, det vill säga när aktörer på en turistdestination ingår i ett nätverk där samarbete och konkurrens sker samtidigt. Studien är gjord på Visit Gellivare Lapland (VGL), ett destinationsnätverk i Gällivare i norra Lappland som består av ett destinationsbolag, turistbyrån samt ca 55 stycken medlemmar som verkar inom besöksnäringen. Coopetition är en sammansättning av engelskans cooperation och competition och är ett fenomen som uppkommit i och med att konkurrerande organisationer går samman för att nå konkurrensfördelar. Det teoretiska syftet med denna studie är utveckla en förståelse för hur kommunikation och motivation hindrar respektive möjliggör coopetition inom ett destinationsnätverk och det praktiska syftet är att utveckla Visit Gellivare Lapland som destinationsnätverk genom att ge destinationsbolaget och dess medlemmar en förståelse för hur kommunikation och motivation påverkar samarbetet inom nätverket. I och med att vi i studien vill nå en förståelse för begreppet coopetition inom destinationsnätverk har vi antagit en hermeneutisk kunskapssyn och eftersom syftet är att se hur de på förhand bestämda faktorerna kommunikation och motivation påverkar coopetition så antar studien ett deduktivt angreppssätt.

The purpose of this investigation is to see if there is any difference in how long pupils are staying in the activity of the music- and culture schools in the country. I have compared this with how large the teachers engagements are in average at each school, how many teachers each school holds and if one teacher is teaching within different areas, e.g. on different instruments. Thru mail contact with the headmasters at the music- and culture schools I have gathered data concerning the length of which the pupils are staying at the schools, the number of teachers at each school, the size of the teachers services and in how many different areas each teacher is teaching.It has been hard to get to any results in the investigation since the music- and culture schools don?t compile statistics on how long their pupils are staying at their schools.

The aim of this Bachelor?s thesis is to obtain understanding and knowledge about how literary scholars collaborate regarding information. Seven scholars have been studied in the aim to find out social and cultural elements which create particular prerequisites for their practice, with focus on information sharing. The method used has consisted of semi-structured interviews. The informants have been studied from a socio cultural and domain analysis starting point, which means that they are studied in the light of being members in their practice.

Undersökning: Undersökning av de tjugo största svenska bolagen (sett till börsvärde) på Large cap.Nyckelord: Goodwill, nedskrivningstest, antaganden.Syfte: Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka hur de största svenska bolagen på Large cap organiserar sina nedskrivningstester och vilka effekter de nya goodwillreglerna har på resultatet och utdelningarna.Metod: Vi har genomfört intervjuer via E-mail med representanter från de största svenska bolagen. Sedan har vi analyserat svaren med den teoretiska referensramen som grund.Slutsatser: Sex av sju företag organiserar sina nedskrivningstester internt efter en, för varje företag, specifik mall. Antagandena som görs i samband med nedskrivningstesterna ger upphov till olika mallar i respektive företag vilket försvårar jämförbarheten företagen emellan. Nästan alla företag identifierar en positiv resultateffekt av de nya reglerna men eftersom inga nedskrivningar har genomförts så är det oklart om den positiva resultateffekten erhålls i ett längre perspektiv. Inget av företagen identifierar några utdelningseffekter av de nya redovisningsreglerna..

Syftet med arbetet var att analysera på vilket sätt företag kommunicerar gentemot bloggare i marknadsföringssyfte, i de fall där kommunikationen misslyckats eller uppfattats som negativ av bloggarna. Genom att med hjälp av metoder för brukstextanalys titta på retoriken och argumentationen i åtta mail som skickats från företag till bloggare, drogs slutsatsen att många av mailen saknade tyngd, både retoriskt och argumentatoriskt. Många av mailen saknade tematisk koppling till den adresserade bloggens nisch och i vissa fall stred även meddelandet mot marknadsföringslagen.Fyra bloggare har varit med och bidragit med material, och dessa har även fått fylla i ett frågeformulär, för att ge sin subjektiva åsikt kring mailen de mottagit. Bloggbyrån, en PR-byrå specialiserad på kommunikation företag och bloggare emellan, utgör också en del av arbetet i form av en intervju med byråns VD (Mats Lindborg), som berättar om Bloggbyråns arbetssätt och hur de anser att kommunikationen bör se ut när företag ska kontakta och samarbeta med bloggare i ett marknadsföringssyfte..

We want to search knowledge in how teachers with a focus on after-school recreation centre estimate how their own competence is used in after- school recreation center and school and what expectations/apprehensions they have on their profession in the future. In our study we have asked teachers with a focus on after-school recreation center how they estimate that their competence has been used in after-school recreation center during the last three years. The method we have used to illustrate this is the Delphi method Nordänger (2009), where we interviewed eight respondents by E-mail. From the responses, we have found that teachers with a focus on after-school recreation center experience that their skills should get more attention in the school. They want to combine care and pedagogy that supports students' physical, intellectual, social and emotional development.

The aim of this study was to examine musculoskeletal disorders among dental hygienists inrelation to work postures (sitting, standing, and altering) and to study differences in thegroups regarding numbers of disorders, locations and degrees. A mail questionnaire wasdistributed among 200 dental hygienists in the region of Skåne. The response rate was 79 %.The majority of the dental hygienists were working in a sitting position. Only43 dental hygienists were altering their working position and two were working in a standingposition. The results showed that 85 % of the dental hygienists have experiencedmusculoskeletal disorders in the last 12 months.

AimThe aim of this essay is to investigate the possibility to exercise climbing within the framework of the physical education in the obligatory school. We investigated how physical education teachers think about exercising climbing in school and how the Swedish Climbing Association is working to reach out to schools.MethodA questionnaire was sent out to 81 schools (Idrottshögskolans partner schools) in suburban Stockholm, which corresponds to 10% of the total amount of schools in that area. A mail interview was also made with a representative for the Swedish Climbing Association who also represented a local climbing association, to collect information about how they worked with schools and youth.ResultsWe have not found anything in the steering documents against exercising climbing during physical education. There are obstacles for exercising climbing during physical education, a wall for climbing is very expensive and the schools have a lack of space for this wall. The results from the questionnaire showed that 76% of all the schools that did not have a wall for climbing wanted to have one.

The purpose with my degree project is to investigate the use of computers within the daily activity in three preschools and one preschool class. I have designed a survey that I distributed to the staff. The purpose of my work is to investigate how a number of preschool teachers and children in a few preschools and one preschool class in a medium-sized Swedish town are using the computer in their activities.My study shows that the computer is frequently used, both of the children and teachers, but also together. The children in my study are using the computer to play games, listen to music, and go into the websitewww.youtube.com, but also in order to write and count.  The teachers primarily use the computer to document, check their E-mail and listen to music.

The purpose of this thesis was to increase our understanding of how the social service in Sweden deals with reported incidents of addiction to medicines. Another purpose was to point out the different opinions concerning addiction to medicines amongst actors as well as possible ways to handle the problem.We have conducted a quantitative and qualitative E-mail survey targeting all communities in Sweden, with the ambition of gaining further knowledge about the role and responsibility of the social service concerning reports of addiction to medicines. Two quantitative questions were one asked about how many clients requested/were reported for needing help with their drug abuse alone, and the second question about how many clients needing help for drug abuse as a part of a wider addiction.The survey revealed that the social services judge their role/responsibility differently; some take the main responsibility while others think that drug abuse is created by the general health care and should be handled by this organization as well. In relation to the estimated amount of drug addicts in Sweden only a small part are in contact with the social service..

I denna uppsats undersöks engelska lånord som har samma uttal på engelska och svenska, men som skiljer sig åt i stavningen. Det ena stavningssättet är det ursprungliga, engelska och det andra det försvenskade. Båda används av språkbrukare i Sverige i dag.Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka om det finns skillnader i användandet av dessa lånord mellan könen och mellan olika åldersgrupper. För att erhålla svar på denna fråga sammanställde jag elva meningar innehållande sexton av den omtalade gruppens lånord som undersökningens deltagare skrev ner efter att jag hade läst dem.Resultaten som jag fick visar att män och unga människor oftare tenderar att använda den engelska stavningen än kvinnor. Även frekvensen av det engelska stavningssättet hos de enskilda orden liksom hos fyra ordpar, bestående av substantiv och tillhörande verbet, har undersökts.

The main purpose of this thesis is to contribute to the understanding of information needs of eight vocational studies teachers at the Handicraft Programme at a senior high school. I have analyzed the teachers? needs of information and the empirical material has been collected through interviews with eight vocational studies teachers. To analyze the interviews I have used Lars Höglund and Olle Persson?s model for information needs and a model for information sources.
