This exam is about student?s perception of food and dietary advice. I illustrate food and eating from the youth's own perspective. The aim is to investigate how students perceive as "good" diet. It also reveals that students at the surveyed schools have poor knowledge of what is plate model.

Bröstcancer är den vanligaste cancerformen bland kvinnor, cirka 6 300 kvinnor i Sverige drabbas varje år. Ett cancerbesked innebär ett förändrat livsperspektiv för patienten. Syftet med denna kvalitativa litteraturstudie var att beskriva hur bröstcancerdrabbade kvinnor upplevde sjuksköterskans stöd. Litteraturstudien planerades och genomfördes enligt Polit & Hunglers (1999) arbetsgång. Resultatet delas in i tre olika kategorier: Emotionellt stöd, informativt stöd och instrumentellt stöd.

Syftet med denna studie är att ta reda på hur de privata och offentliga vårdcentralerna i Hallands län hanterar sina varumärken. Genom denna studie kan vi se hur vårdcentralerna utmärker sig från varandra i vårdmarknaden samt vilka likheter och skillnader som finns mellan de två olika verksamhetsformernas, de privata och de offentliga, hantering av varumärke.Studien är baserad på en kvalitativ metod och det empiriska materialet har inhämtats genom semistrukturerade intervjuer. Sex vårdcentraler, varav tre offentliga och tre privata, från Hallands län har deltagit i undersökningen. Resultatet har sedan analyserats med hjälp av tidigare forskning och relevanta begrepp inom områdena varumärkesuppbyggnad och varumärkeskommunikation.Resultatet visar att varumärkesarbete är något som både de offentliga och de privata vårdcentralerna, medvetet och omedvetet, arbetar med. Vissa vårdcentraler anser att varumärkesarbete är något som är viktigt för deras verksamhet medan andra vårdcentraler ser det som mindre viktigt.

Bakgrund: Prostatektomi är en av de vanligaste behandlingar mot prostatacancer. En av biverkningarna som majoriteten av de män som går igenom ingreppet är urininkontinens. Syfte: Att belysa hur det är att leva med urininkontinens efter en prostatektomi på grund av prostatacancer. Metod: Det är en kvalitativ litteraturstudie baserad på nio artiklar som analyserades utifrån Graneheim och Lundmans modell. Resultat: Män med urininkontinens upplever sitt tillstånd ovärdigt och skäms över att läcka urin.

Due to a globalised world business travel is flourishing. This paper examines how middle level executives, travelling a lot in their work at a multi-national company, feel about their travel. It looks for links between business travel and work satisfaction among them. A short presentation of the patterns of business travel and relevant motivational and stress theories is given. Data for the paper is collected using a survey (78 participants) and interviews.

To investigate if the student?s school centeent, and that planning of the school lunch is done from a health perspective. Qualitative research approach was used, including both interviews and observations, to view the purpose. Evidence was collected using a participating observer, semi constructed questions and structured observation. To focus on specific parts in the material, a directed content analysis was used. One large and one smaller school participated in the study.

Social media is used widely around the world by millions of people every day. In this report an analysis has been made of how organisations that are directed towards marginalized adolescents and young adults, are using social media in their working processes. The data has been gathered through qualitative interviews and case studies of three organisations, which are in different stages in their use of social media. Based on documentation obtained through interviews a demo system was created based on Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) communication between an embedded system and an Android device.This report intends to describe the tools and methods used in the design of the demo system and the result of an analysis of the BLE communication.Bluetooth Low Energy is an exciting protocol with wide applicability within the industrial field. Background: Hypochondriasis is associated with marked impairments in physical and psychological functioning, work performance and increased health care utilization. The prevalence among medical outpatients is estimated to be between 4,2 % and 6,3 %. Notwithstanding there is deficient research in this area. Until recently no specific treatment has been clearly demonstrated to be effective. Objective: The aim was to investigate experiences of what it is like to live with hypochondriasis, but also to examine different treatment options.

Syftet med studien var att belysa bröstcancersjuka kvinnors uppfattning av ömsesidig förståelse i det vårdande mötet med vårdgivaren vid cytostatikabehandlingen. Studien baserades på tre självbiografiska skönlitterära böcker och materialet bearbetades genom en innehållsanalys. Resultaten visade en majoritet av uppfattningar som bekräftade den ömsesidiga förståelsen i mötet. Denna bekräftelse framtonas av en situation som skapar trygghet.

Dampness in the indoor environment have been a major issue of discussion the last decades since more and more people complain about their indoor environment. In the present situation there are difficulties to find what causes people?s discomfort in a damp environment even though there is a strong connection between dampness and human health.The aim of the thesis was to contribute to the work done today to achieve a better indoor environment in damp buildings. The purpose of the work was to evaluate whether the measures issued for dampness in the indoor environment contributes to the improvement of health and environment for those who are living or working in that space. Through a literature review, interview and survey the following three questions were answered to achieve the aim and purpose:How are people affected by the indoor environment in damp buildings?Which are the measures issued to prevent dampness in the indoor environment?Do these interventions contribute to a better indoor environment?How people are affected by the indoor environment in damp buildings and how these problems are prevented were the foundation for the continued work with the survey.

Uppsatsen är en statistisk bearbetning av material från studien Health Hunters som genomfördes i Göteborg på unga kvinnor som befann sig i en högriskgrupp för att utveckla övervikt eller fetma. Barn till överviktiga har en ökad risk för att utveckla övervikt därför är det viktigt att arbeta preventivt då behandlingsresultaten vid fetma ofta är otillräckliga. Det är viktigt att förebygga övervikt och fetma då detta kan resultera i bland annat typ II-diabetes och hjärtkärlsjukdomar samt så ger behandling av fetma och dess följdsjukdomar höga sjukvård- och samhällskostnader. Health Hunters har visat att preventivt arbete mot viktuppgång kan ge resultat. Information kring deltagarna har vi fått via Health Hunters där de fick ge information om sina vanor och genomgå mätningar.

This thesis aims to show the positive effects of marketing by studying whether the regulation on direct marketing to consumers of prescription drugs today prevents to consumers accurate information and better health, and how consumers relate to the possible legalization of increased marketing through controlled and information audited webpages. Methods used in this research are qualitative method, quantitative method, documents and websites studies. The thesis fulfills the purpose as it shows the potential positive effects of an expanded marketing through pre-approved websites. It also shows a demand from the consumers' side and a need for increased awareness for more empowerment over their own health.

Diesel electric propulsion is in many ways a good alternative to conventional shaft propulsion, both economically and environmentally. There are also many other good side effects which need to be considered, i.e. better manoeuvrability, more efficient use of space and less noise on board. However, there are applications where diesel electric propulsion is not profitable. Large ocean going ships? profitability is much depending on fuel costs and the diesel electric alternative cannot compete on long journeys with large low speed engines.This thesis will treat the aspects of choosing between a diesel electric system and a classic mechanical propulsion system.
