Due to this, the interaction between the company and its consumers is gaining importance as companies find the need to increase their knowledge about the market. Out of this need social media has emerged as a tool forcompanies to improve their communication with customers. The popularity of social media isincreasing at a rapid rate and sites such as Facebook now has around 500 million usersworldwide.

Det här är en studie av mikro- och småföretag inom Uppsala län som syftar att bidra till bättre kunskap och ökad förståelse för hur dessa bolag hanterar sin löpande bokföring. Den kvantitativa enkätundersökning som ligger till grund för studien omfattar 163 bolag. De ombads svara på frågor angående hur de hanterar sin löpande bokföring, om de använder bokföringssystem samt vilken av parametrarna kotroll, kostnad och kunskap som var viktigast i beslutet om hanteringen av den löpande bokföringen. Samtliga bolag hade mellan 0-49 anställda och delades in i tre kategorier A, B och C, beroende på antalet anställda. Detta för att kunna se skillnader och göra jämförelser mellan bolag i olika storlek.

The development of pig housing systems has resulted in a decreased use of bedding. It seems hard to find the optimal floor in farrowing pens, as it must suit both the sow and piglets. För att tillfredsställa kundkraven så har leverantörsbedömning med utgångspunkt i diverse kriterier blivit viktigare för att företag ska kunna avgöra på vilket sätt en leverantör kan bidra till företagets konkurrenskraft på marknaden. Då Östeuropeiska länder har en stark tillväxt, har uppmärksamhet riktats åt denna region. Bedömning av leverantörer från Östeuropas lågkostnadsländer har således blivit ett vanligare inslag i företags leverantörvalsprocess.Syfte: Studien syftar till att redogöra vilka kriterier som tas i beaktning vid bedömning av en ny leverantör och att ta reda på vilka kriterier som företag prioriterar.

För att en insourcingprocess ska lyckas och för att den ska bidra till att företaget ökar sin konkurrenskraft gäller det för företaget att ha bra kännedom om det nätverk i vilket det är en del av. Det är också viktigt att företaget har en klar bild av sin kärnkompetens och av karaktären på den aktivitet som eventuellt ska insourcas.Syftet med denna är att undersöka vilka orsaker som kan ligga bakom ett insourcingbeslut samt att studera effekter som kan uppstå i samband med insourcing. Både Sandvik AB Mining and Constructions och Atlas Copco AB Construction Mining Technique har valt att koncentrera produktion från utlandet till Sverige och det är deras insourcingprojekt som analyseras i uppsatsen. Båda företagen räknas som världsledande aktörer på marknaden för maskiner och komponenter till gruvindustrin.

Bakgrund: Forskningen kring projekt har under senare år ökat i omfattning. En anledning är att projektorganiseringen utgör ett sätt att samla ett antal specialister för att få dem att samverka mot ett gemensamt mål. Utöver de interna relationer som uppstår i projekt förekommer det även involvering av interorganisatoriska partners i samarbetet vilket är speciellt vanligt i byggprojekt som karaktäriseras av en hög grad av interorganisatorisk specialisering. Problemformuleringar: Den utpräglade specialiseringen inom byggprojekt fordrar som all annan typ av specialisering, samordning och koordinering av resurser med den skillnaden att det här handlar om samordning över de organisatoriska gränserna. Det som denna studie behandlar är därför de relationer byggföretag har till sina underentreprenörer i samband medbyggprojekt.

Valet att hyra eller äga lokaler för att tillfredställa sin verksamhets lokalbehov beskrivs som ett av de svåraste beslut att fatta i modern ekonomi. I offentlig sektor har inställningen tidigare varit att de ska äga de lokaler där de bedriver verksamhet och att inhyrda lokaler endast skulle användas som tillfälliga lösningar. På senare år har dock inställningen ändrats och inhyrning har börjat användas som ett permanent sätt att tillfredsställa sitt lokalbehov. Antalet tillfällen där den offentliga sektorn sålt en fastighet för att sedan hyra tillbaka samma fastighet har ökat. Många menar att detta sker utan rationella grunder för beslutet.

Concrete floors have traditionally had no problems with annoying vibrations. However with the demand for larger spans the floors need to be made more slender with a higher degree of utilization and lower mass. Therefore new floors may have problems with vibration serviceability. This thesis studies the vibration characteristics of hollow core slabs. The analysis was made in the finite element program Ansys. The hollow core slab was subjected to a varying force simulating one person walking across the slab.

This essay revolves around the reformation and sectorization of Swedish psychiatry starting in the 1970?s. Psychiatry was to change from being based in closed asylums to being an institution in the middle of society, finding social solutions to mental illness and working through a dynamic network of various care givers, such as welfare officers, nurses and psychiatrists. This new kind of psychiatry was first tested in Nacka, where psychiatric reformers Johan Cullberg and Bengt Berggren were the heads of a six-year long pioneer project of sectorized psychiatric care. My specific purpose is to analyze the new ideas of mental illness and of psychiatry?s role in society which were introduced in this project and how they were expressed in the official reports presenting it.The reformation was preceded by a public debate concerning psychiatry, which had intensified a few years around 1970.
