An increasing global tourism offers great opportunities for Sweden as a tourist destination. However, an attractive destination requires competitive destination marketing strategies. Tourist destinations often include a complex network of stakeholders of small and large en-terprises that represent both the public and private sector. One condition for successful des-tination marketing is that all of these stakeholders collaborate in their marketing to create an integrated and powerful image. Another important aspect in terms of increasing the des-tinations competitiveness is that the local tourist companies are "export-oriented", in order to ensure that international tourists are looked after appropriately.This study has focused on the destination marketing of Stockholm.

After been told that an ordinary winter service for our combine should cost more than 20000 SEK, not included spare parts, I decided to write this paper about today?s requirement of the workshop on a farm. I think that the lack of proper premises is the reason way not more of the ordinary machinery maintenance or upkeep is performed on the farm. When I did my literature survey I found that the Swedish environmental code, set by the Swedish law regulate how drain or sewer should be built. The environmental code however leaves a lot for your own interpretation. It might not be so bad but it must be very hard for the local environmental office to interpretation the regulations, since they are the ones that gives permission for the sewer in your workshop.

Syfte: Vårt syfte är att analysera hur inre- och yttre motivation (Self-Determination Theory) och användning av tidsplaneringsverktyg (Time Management) interagerar inom Svensk Fastighetsförmedling. Vidare syftar studien till att analysera de eventuella kopplingar mellan Self-Determination Theory och Time Management som studien frambringar.Metod: Studien är av kvantitativ art och med grund i tidigare forskning utformades en enkät med totalt 38 frågor. Enkäten har konstruerats i Google Drive och distribuerats till respondenterna via e-post genom vår kontaktperson på Svensk Fastighetsförmedling. Totalt erhölls 303 enkätsvar, vilket innebar en svarsfrekvens på 38 %. Enkätsvaren har analyserats med hjälp av en korrelationsanalys och en faktoranalys.

SammanfattningSyfte Syftet med denna studie har varit att undersöka om och hur gymnasielärare i kursen idrott och hälsa A använder läroböcker i sin undervisning samt hur läroböcker inom kursen följer styrdokumentens intentioner. MetodMetoden som valdes var en digital enkätundersökning som riktades till 45 slumpmässigt utvalda gymnasieskolor och till de lärare i idrott och hälsa som arbetade på dessa skolor. 63 av totalt 111 lärare besvarade enkäten (57% svarsfrekvens). Därtill har vi genomfört en textanalys av de, enligt enkätsvaren mest frekvent använda läroböckerna i kursen idrott och hälsa A. Textanalysen bestod av en kvantitativ innehållsanalys av läroböckernas innehåll satt i relation till uppnåendemålen för idrott & hälsa A.

An interview study of horsemanship has been conducted in the community of Ängelholm. The study is part of a larger project, where a further four students who are writing their thesis? have conducted interviews in Lerum, Hässleholm, Nyköping and Enköping, a total of 52 horse holders in 5 different communities. The collective results are summarised in "Hur hålls hästarna i Sverige och vilka är motiven" by Catharina Svala. The purpose of this larger report has been to examine why Swedish horsemanship is the way it is today through communication with the various horse holders.

Durban, South Africa?s third-largest city is a socially segregated post apartheid society, struggling with high unemployment and AIDS. The city becomes even more complex with a changing climate, creating an influx of people to the city, putting scarce resources under further stress. Warwick Junction, an important transport hub in the centre of Durban, holds a large site of informal trading alongside the formal markets. This informal sector generates large financial flows and provides for a rapidly growing population. The aim of this thesis is to develop an approach that is realistic and relevant to planning and design of an urban context in South Africa.

A district heating plant has the advantage that it can take advantage of the waste heat from industries and use of cheap fuels to produce heat. But for the long term is competitive requires that energy is also saved in district heating plants. One way to save energy in a district heating system is to increasing cooling to the return temperature. This leads to less power needed to drive the distribution pumps,  and that more energy could be extracted from the same amount of fuel by an improved flue gas condensation.In Karlskoga the return temperature into the district heating plant is high. They would therefore reduce the return temperature in order to extract more energy from the flue gases.

Factors such as time directive, poor diet and shift work characterize the profession and puts drivers' health at risk. Current research shows that the vast majority of lorry drivers are overweight, suffer from high stress related to work and have on average a very low consumption of fruits and vegetables.

Abstract PurposeThis thesis aims to focus on how master students administer scholarly articles after they have found them. The purpose of the study is to detect how and to what extent people administer their articles from a personal information management-perspective (PIM).MethodTo answer the research questions, a web-based questionnaire survey was distributed which was announced to around 2,000 master students from different universities in Sweden. Most of the items in the survey focused on individual storage methods. The respondents were asked to rate the frequency of their different information administration behaviors on a seven level Likert-type-scale. Subsequently, items concerning specific information administration behaviors were posed, followed by questions on the respondent's sociodemographic status.

Idag väljer allt fler butiker att starta en webbshop och på så vis nå ut till fler kunder samt marknadsföra sig på ett enkelt vis. Eftersom konsumenter söker och jämför produkter via Internet är det viktigt att företag och deras erbjudande är tillgängliga även där och inte försvinner i det brus som uppstår på marknaden på grund av exempelvis konkurrenter. Syftet med vårt arbete är att undersöka, analysera samt diskutera hur en mindre klädbutik påverkas av att både driva en butik och en webbshop samt även vilka fördelar som kan utnyttjas. Vi har intervjuat tre företag som har fått svara på ett antal frågor om hur det är att driva en webbshop. Vi valde att intervjua mindre butiker som använder sig av webbshop som ett komplement, för att se hur det påverkar företaget.

Sammanfattning:Studiens syfte var att hitta framgångsfaktorer för att motivera pojkar i högstadiet att läsa skönlitteratur. För att uppnå syftet har vi undersökt vilken inställning pojkar i årskurs 7-9 har till läsning av skönlitteratur. Vi har även undersökt hur lärare i svenska på högstadiet arbetar med skönlitteratur samt hur de motiverar pojkar att läsa.Vår undersökning vilar på de didaktiska grundfrågorna. Den forskning som har varit mest relevant för vår studie härrör från Molloy, Brodow och Rininsland samt Chambers. Vi har även haft stor nytta av läsundersökningar och Läroplan för grundskolan 2011.En kvalitativ metod i form av halvstrukturerade intervjuer användes och vi intervjuade 30 pojkar i årskurs 7-9 och 10 lärare i svenska, på tre kommunala skolor.

Higher demands of competitiveness and efficiency have led to increasing sizes of farms, with more land, more capital and more comprehensive logistics. The mouse (Mus musculus) is the most commonly used mammal in biomedical research and can easily be restrained by both hand and by a device. Restraining animals causes stress that not only decreases the animal?s wellbeing, but may also influence the research results. The first aim of this study was to train mice to voluntarily stand still using positive reinforcement training. Another benefit of teaching a mouse to stand still is that you can avoid anaesthesia for some procedures.

To support uniform and fair assessment of Swedish students? English language competences, mandatory National tests are provided both for secondary and upper secondary education. The current thesis may be seen as a contribution to the further development and validation of these tests, with regard to the likely introduction of computerized testing methods. The aim is to gain further knowledge from current research in the field, to study and elucidate international experiences of implementation, and to gather and analyze feedback from students and teachers. Based on my findings, some tentative conclusions will be drawn, and recommendations made concerning future developments.

To achieve the goal of fossil independency in the Swedish vehicle fleet in 2030, it would be important to substantially increase the proportion of electric vehicles, both BEV:s (Battery Electric Vehicles) and PHEV:s (Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles). The Swedish Energy Agency has funded numerous research and development projects about electric vehicles in recent years. An important task for the Swedish Energy Agency is to allocate state funds to those projects with the greatest potential to contribute to increased establishment of electric vehicles in society. The purpose of this work is mainly to understand the efforts and measures that can make the market for electric vehicles to grow. The report can contribute to a better understanding of how far the research on electric vehicles has come and what has to be done in the future to promote the establishment of electric vehicles. Another aim for this report is that it should serve as a basis for future decisions by the Swedish Energy Agency on which projects that will be funded with state funds.
