Energieffektivisering av Sörbyskolans gymnastiksal

Enligt Sveriges miljökvalitetsmål och god byggd miljö måste alla byggnaders energianvändning sänkas med 50 % till år 2050. Därför behöver många byggnader speciellt de byggnader som är byggda under miljonprogrammet renoveras och energieffektiviseras. Vilket i detta arbete kommer en byggnad avsedd för gymnastik som finns i Sörbyskolan i Gävle att energieffektiviseras. Denna skola är nästan 50 år gammal och är i behov av renovering för att kunna stå kvar i cirka 50 år till. I detta examensarbete kommer det undersökas om det är lönsamt att renovera denna byggnad genom att sänka kostnader för uppvärmning av utrymmen och tappvarmvatten.

Public participation is a key aspect in the planning of Swedish municipalities. It is probably the most important tool of them all in the planning towards a sustainable future within the cities and the municipalities as a whole. Participation from the public can take on several different forms. In this paper I focus to research and discuss in and around the usage of a web-based 3D platform called City Planner. The tool allows the user (the public) to view the municipalities planning in a fairly new (but quickly growing) environment.

In a time of fierce global competition, where an immense amount of commercial messages reaches consumers around the clock and in every conceivable context, companies constantly seek to find new ways to reach out with their product. One way to do so, that has increased in popularity in recent years, is the use of gift bags. A gift bag may contain samples, miniature products and even products in full size, as a rule from several different brands, which the recipient receives free of charge. The gift bag is typically distributed at some form of event, such as store openings, fashion shows, theme parties and the like, and the receiver of the gift bag can then evaluate the content without any obligation to purchase. The ambition of the companies that choose to participate with their products in a gift bag is, of course, that the recipient will find their products satisfactory, and ideally, that he or she will continue to consume the brand in the future.There are numerous scientific research contributions related to the use of free samples, but very few that concern the gift bag, where a collection of samples from different sources and brands appear.

This study was done regarding whether sealing or ventilation is the best solution to prevent moisture on cold attics. The authors of this report addressed the problem with moisture in attics when they started their cooperation with Peab.The methods included interviews with people, database research, and calculations of a project in Akersberga north of Stockholm. The conclusion is based on interviews and other information as they are analyzed in relation to the house of reference. The focus of this report is on problems with moisture in the attics known as cold attics.The background of the problem with moisture is that today?s slabs are usually insulated to save energy and that the attics nearly gives the climate as the outdoor climate.

Why do people post pictures of their homes on Instagram? How is it performed and what boundaries are pushed in the process? These have been some of the main topics guiding this thesis.

BIM Building Information Model : Hinder & Drivkraft

The  construction  industry  is  a  costly  business  such  in  respect  of  capital  for  most construction defects which then require rework, tear down and rebuild again. This study is  meaningful  awareness  of  tools  that  can  reduce  this  best  through  communication  and information sharing between the parties.  The  construction  industry  is  known  as  temporary  projects  organizations,  where  the construction  project  consists  of  several  actors  who  have  to  communicate  and  share information  between  them  to  avoid  mistakes  later  in  the  build  time.  These  actors  are bounded together thus for the duration of the project, then broken when the project has reached its end. The challenge here is for these actors to apply a tool that can help and simplify communications, information sharing, and perhaps the most important aspect is to  create  a  routine  for  the  association  and  the  shattering  of  these  actors.  To  implement such  behavior  using  a  tool  such  as  BIM  in  the  industry  whose  size  perhaps  is indescribable may be a very hard task.  BIM (Building Information Model) could be seen as the solution to this problem because it  acts  as  a  portal  where  the  actors  involved  must  sign  in  and  communicate,  share information, and eventually create a behavior, a routine for this association and division of  the  actors  following  the  end  of  the  project.  The  technology  could  help  the  involved from  the  beginning  of  the  project,  already  in  the  model  stage,  break  down  and  prevent any construction barriers when the building has been placed in the works.

Montageplattform : För inredning av två vertikala ventilationsschakt i Garpenbergs gruva

The company Bergteamet, Boliden, Sweden, is installing ventilation shafts of the Garpenberg mine. For such work a platform is needed which you can stand on and work from. The Shaft Reinforcement Team at Bergteamet performs the installation work and is the sponsor of the platform. The project described in this report is performed at the department MEC, Mining Equipment Construction, which has been given the task to design and construct the platform, customized for the current shaft. After this the platform is manufactured and inspected at the workshop at Bergteamet.The design work was carried out as follows:- After an initial meeting a requirement specification was worked out, describing the problem and previous experiences of platforms and requirements for the design and equipment.- A concept sketch was developed with consideration of surrounding factors.- A constructed 3D model was presented along with the choice of materials.

Styrsystem : För en forskningsutrustning

The division of Engineering Materials at Linköping University, department of Management and Engineering, conducted a research project concerning Fatigue life of thermal barrier coatings during 2009. During this project equipment to provoke these fatigue failure by rapidly heating and cooling test subjects in cycles, was ordered.Design and manufacturing of the equipment was handled internally at LIU.The equipment was built using a furnace that is lowered and raised over the table where the test subject is placed. To keep the temperature of the furnace a lid slides in place to close the downward facing opening of the furnace when it is in the raised position. On this door there is nozzle that is used to cooling of the test subject by air.To make sure that the equipment can work independently you need an automation controller that can evaluate if movement can occur without danger of collisions. The control system also needs to monitor that all elements are performed according to plan.This degree project is based on a modular system from OPTO 22 and includes the configuration of a PLC that will be supplied with logic and a user interface.The degree project resulted in a graphic interface in which a user can set desired values for different parameters and get information about current values for them.

Lufttätheten hos Aquavillor : lösningar, åtgärdsförslag med hjälp utav trycktäthetsprovning

De flytande hus som producerades av Aquavilla AB i början av sekelskiftet har problem medotätheter i konstruktionen. Detta har gjort att boende i Aquavillorna i förekommande fall harklagat över drag och att värmen inte går att få upp ordentligt i husen. Frågeställningen för dettaexamensarbete blir således:Hur ska man göra för att få en erforderlig täthet i nästa generation Aquavillor och hur får manin en kontroll av tätheten i produktionen?Metoden som användes var trycktäthetsprovning på tre Aquavillor för att få en uppfattning omhur pass otäta de är och med en värmekamera ta reda på var otätheterna finns. Utöver dettautfördes även en litteraturstudie och diskussioner med personer erfarna inom lufttätningfördes för att kunna föreslå förbättringar i konstruktionen för att förhindra luftläckage.I en byggnad med FTX-system som är otät kommer inte ventilationssystemet kunna utnyttjassom det ska, då frånluften istället för att värma upp den inkommande kalla uteluften, kommeratt passera genom otätheter i klimatskalet.
