Jag har valt att utreda förändringen av regleringar för tidsbegränsat anställda. Mot bak-grund av att detta är en grupp arbetstagare som växer och som har ett sämre anställnings-skydd än tillsvidareanställda, anser jag att det är ett intressant område att undersöka. Eftersom Sverige numera följer direktiv från EU är mitt syfte att analysera hur svensk arbetsrätt, med fokus på visstidsanställda, har påverkats av EG-rätten. Frågeställningen blir därmed; på vilket sätt har svenska lagar och regler för tidsbegränsat anställda reformerats under Sveriges medlemskap i EU och varför har det skett en förändring? För att besvara frågan har jag valt att göra en litteratur- och dokumentstudie.

The subject of this thesis is the position of the story or activity rooms at the main libraries in Skåne, a province in the south of Sweden. The questions that are asked and answered are: Which of the main libraries has a story room? What do the rooms look like? How are the rooms used? Which is the relation between the form and the function of the rooms? and, finally, How do the libraries themselves present and describe their story rooms?.

Bacillus anthracis is the causative agent of anthrax, a serious and globally distributed zoonosis affecting a wide range of wild and domestic animals, invariably also humans. However, although known to humans since biblical times, much remains to be elucidated concerning the ecology and transmission of this bacterium. Of particular interest is the Bacillus anthracis spore, the uptake of which is the predominant way to contract anthrax and which is legendary for its resilience in the environment and thus crucial for persistence and spread of the disease. Hence, the aim of this study is to review the natural transmission of Bacillus anthracis and investigate potential means by which soil persisting Bacillus anthracis spores reach concentrations sufficient to infect susceptible hosts. When reviewing the literature, three different theories can be distinguished. Firstly, ?the incubator area? hypothesis suggests that favourable soil factors, possibly in association with amoebas, may constitute an environment supporting repeated spore-bacterium-spore cycling, thus increasing the local amount of spores.

Arbetsgivarens fria anställningsrätt är en allmän rättsgrundsats som kan härledas till Decemberkompromissen år 1906. Då kom SAF och LO överens om bland annat arbetsgivarens rätt att fritt anställa. Denna rätt har sedan begränsats genom lagstiftning. En arbetsgivare bestämmer huruvida det finns behov av arbetskraft och om anställning är det rätta sättet att tillmötesgå detta behov. Inför ett slutgiltigt bestämmande om anställning måste dock arbetsgivaren beakta ett antal rättsfrågor.

Jag kommer med denna uppsats behandla den juridiska konflikten vid distansförsäljning av alkohol i Sverige med koncentration på det rättsfall vars utgång kan komma att förändra Sveriges alkoholpolitik ännu en gång. Sedan Sverige trädde in i EU har de kvoter på den mängd alkohol som får föras in vid så kallad resandeinförsel höjts. Idag finns inga egentliga kvoter utan mängden bestäms utifrån begreppet ?eget bruk?. På grund av EG-rätten har Sveriges monopol på partihandel av alkohol avkaffats men detaljhandeln genom Systembolaget har fått bestå.

Länsstyrelsen i Stockholms län hade en projektidé som gick ut på att det skulle skapas en Internetbaserad ansökan för körkortstillstånd med behörighet B, inklusive hälsodeklaration. Även en optiker skulle kunna fylla i ett synundersökningsformulär via webben. Dessa skulle sedan knytas ihop för behandling av den Länsstyrelse där den sökande bor. Alla personer som skall använda tjänsten måste inneha ett personligt medborgarcertifikat som används för elektronisk signering av ansökan. Optikern behöver ett företagscertifikat för att identifiera sig. Vi utvecklade två interaktiva användargränssnitt samt ett gränssnitt där administratören kunde hantera all data som inkommit.

Upplevelserummet blir alltmer viktigare. Tidigare undersökningar om upplevelserummet har enbart fokuserats på de fysiska faktorerna. Men vad som även behöver undersökas är vilka faktorer utöver de fysiska som kan påverka en människas uppfattning om upplevelserummet och beteendet. Vårt syfte är att undersöka vilka faktorer som främst påverkar samt hur dessa påverkar kundens kvalitetsuppfattning av upplevelserummet..

During the period of this project I have programed a web site in php4, and also built the database in MySQL. The purpose with the projekt is to create a common web site for the various activities in the different churches located in the area of Örnsköldsvik. In my project I have chosen to try to find a structure of programming that fits my needs as a dyslexic. Rift Valley Fever (RVF) is a disease caused by Rift Valley Fever virus (RVFV), which is an arbovirus. An arbovirus is a virus that is transmitted by an arthropod vector, in this case a mosquito. The virus is a member of the Phlebovirus genus in the family Bunyaviridae. It was first identified in the Rift Valley in Kenya in 1930. The disease is a zoonosis but mainly affects domestic ruminants inducing massive abortions and a high mortality among young animals.

Background: Because of the high unhealthy rates among women in the com-mune a project to reduce it have begun. For this reason we have been given the mission from the commune of Sotenäs to study the character of these women's health. Objective: To study the health among permanent employed women in the commune of Sotenäs. Method: Quantitative method. The data have been collected through question-naire survey.

Allt eftersom kommunikations- och informationstekniken utvecklas, blir det vanligare att människor integrera med varandra på elektronisk väg. Information skickas och det har uppstått ett behov av att kunna säkra att den person som integrationen sker med också är den som han eller hon utger sig för att vara och att de uppgifter som skickats inte blivit förändrade på något sätt, samt att inga obehöriga tar del utav den. De traditionella metoderna att säkerställa ett dokuments innehåll och avsändarens identitet, där underskriften haft en central betydelse, har kommit att appliceras på den moderna tekniken. Rättsliga aspekter har diskuterats och för att hålla takt med den snabba tekniska utvecklingen och för att överbrygga landsgränserna inom EU, har det uppstått regleringar på området i syfte att skapa en ökad säkerhet när det gäller elektroniska överförda dokument och de underskrifter som kan finnas på dessa. För att kunna skapa en säkerhet för den överförda informationen och en tillit för den som ska förlita sig på dokumentets innehåll, finns det i lag (2000:832) om kvalificerad elektronisk signatur regleringar som avser åtagandet gällande en tredje man, en s.k.

Today, "the digital library" is the common way of describing a managed collection of information, with associated services, stored in digital formats and accessible over a network. Digital libraries have mainly been developed at research libraries, but during the last few years public libraries have started to offer similar services.The aim of this Master's thesis is to study how the Swedish public libraries plan to develop their digital libraries according to their mission statements, and in what way they have implemented them at their web sites. 21 public libraries, the largest in each Swedish county, were investigated.The library mission statements are investigated to find out in what terms the digital libraries are described and to what extent. The library websites are examined with respect to what kind of digital services are offered, to what extent they supplement or replace the physical library, and if there are new digital services not found in the physical library.In most mission statements the digital library is referred to in sweeping terms like "IT activities" and "new media". However, a few of the libraries clearly regard the digital library as an important part of the future operations, speaking of it in well defined and extensive terms.The public library websites are relatively homogeneous when it comes to services supplementing physical library activities, like web access to the library catalogue and links to other library catalogues.

Purpose: The aim of this study is to inquire into the congruency of store image perceptions, projected by Ikea and Ilva, and how Danish and Swedish consumers perceive the aforementioned stores? images in their respective domestic market. Also, the aim sets out to evaluate the success of these stores? images on consumers and on transference to host markets. Further, the aim is to discern specific store image attributes captivating Swedish and Danish consumers.
