Abstract (in English)The work that lead to a CE- marking and the creation of a total drawing foundation on an existing machine carried out on the company Polytec Composites Sweden AB in Ljungby. The company have design an machine that exist in six example that runs in the production. To be able to use the machine the company have to work out a CE-marking. The process that summed up all the document that needs for the machine to make a CE-marking. The Documentation includes a total drawing over the machine and a risk analysis performed by a group employers on the company.

SammanfattningStudiens syfte var att undersöka förskolans dokumentation utifrån relationen till barnet, verksamheten och det systematiska kvalitetsarbetet, samt hur detta relateras till utvärderingsarbetet. Syftet preciserade med följande frågeställningar: I vilken grad används olika underlag i förskolans systematiska kvalitetsarbete för att dokumentera? I vilken grad uppfattar förskolans lärare att det systematiska kvalitetsarbetet i dokumentation, utvärdering och analys utförs? Finns det några samband av förskolans lärares syn mellan utvärderingens analys till det konkreta utvecklingsarbetet?  Enkätundersökningen genomfördes genom att 14 förskolor besöktes och totalt 100 enkäter delades personligen ut till förskolans lärare, varav 78 besvarades. Enkäten bestod av olika påståenden utifrån syfte och frågeställningar, som förskolans lärare skulle ta ställning till. De statistiska analyser som används var univariat deskriptiv analys, ANOVA, multivariat variationsanalys faktoranalys.Studien utgår från ett postmodernt synsätt, där det förstås att det inte finns någon absolut kunskap i pedagogiska sammanhang, och där vår värld och kunskap kan ses som en socialt konstruerad process, där alla aktivt deltar.Resultatet visade att det underlag som förskolans lärare använder för dokumentation är verktyget ?foto? och att pedagogisk dokumentation ses som ett arbetsredskap, som synliggör förskolans verksamhet, och kunskapsområden.

In this essay I analyze the performative aspects relating to Marina Abramovi?'s The Artist Is Present, which took place in spring 2010 at MoMA in New York, from the context of the artist and work, institution and Documentation. To increase the quality in their products ABB is working towards a cleared order concept. That means that all customer specified options are to be known before they start with order calculations and construction. As it is today they use paper checklists to achieve this. One order may have several reactors, and for a reactor there can be several different alternatives. For each alternative a new checklist must be filled out.As of today all reading of the customer specification and checklist fill in with is done by hand by different persons, and sometimes the same data is read more than one time.

The aim is to describe the factors that influence nurses' assessment and measurement of pain in patients. Literature study based on 13 reviewed articles, searched in the Cinahl. Qualitative and quantitative articles were analyzed. Six themes were identified that can be seen as the factors that influence nurses' assessment and measurement. The themes were   pain education, nurses´ experience in the profession, nurses´ level of knowledge about pain relief, Documentation about pain, nurse´s perspective on the patient, and pain measurement.

Studies in Sweden have shown that the districtnurses had no time for health promotion. The Swedish government also indicate that there is a lack of health promotion and preventive care in Sweden. The purpose of this study was to describe into which extent the districtnurses in the middle and southwest area of Region Skåne worked with preventive care in their profession and into which extent they documented their achievement. The inquiry was answered by 45 districtnurses about background, present situation, preventive care, secondary prevention, tertiary prevention, health promotion and Documentation.
