Syftet med den här studien är att utreda hur redovisningsmarknaden skulle kunna påverkas av högre gränsvärden för frivillig revision samt vilka effekter det skulle medföra. För att undersöka detta har vi valt att utforma en kvalitativ intervjustudie där respondenterna har bestått av auktoriserade revisorer, auktoriserade redovisningskonsulter samt tjänstemän inom Upplysningscentralen, Bolagsverket samt Skatteverket.Studien har inspirerats av de gränsvärden som presenterades i det nya EU-direktivet som kom år 2013. Vi har diskuterat en eventuell höjning av gränsvärdena med respondenterna för att se hur detta skulle kunna påverka den svenska redovisningen.Studien har inspirerats av grounded theory som innebär att jämförelser sker löpande under undersökningens gång och studien har analyserats utifrån ett principal- och agent förhållande. I studien har vi kommit fram till att för kort tid har gått för att det ska synas några tydliga resultat men samtliga respondenter är över lag positiva mot högre gränsvärden och de tror att gränsvärdena kommer att höjas på sikt..

 During our education time, we have heard on several occasions how the high changing rate in the society also influences the education area. That changing process mainly originates from the transform that a school underwent, i.e. the decentralization meaning a delegation of responsibility from a national to local government and the particular school. The main idea that started a changing process goes under the slogan ?a school for everyone?.

After the fall of the Iron Curtain the European Union was challenged partly by an institutionalized organization of the union, as well as by a socio-psychology awareness concerning the meaning of the European Union. The increase in European integration has generated a political collaboration where national understandings in identities are constantly being exposed for reconstruction. This results in a collective European identity where states are united in diversity.National identities are created when boundaries are set up in a relation to other states. In these identity constructions there are thoughts and questions raised such as who we are and who we are not. Ukraine and the European Union has, during a long time, had diversified preconceptions concerning who has been the others.

As in society in general, exclusion of individuals takes place in the school system. Even though schools ? according to the curriculum ? are supposed to cherish diversity, many children are left outside of the community formed during school activities. In order to gainknowledge of how schools can prevent and inhibit exclusion, this work aims to study how the problem is interpreted and managed. The study included six pedagogues: three pre-school teachers and three 1?7th grade teachers.

Detta genom att samla in åsikter från restaurangägare samt en representant från Skatteverket. Metod: För att besvara uppsatsens syfte har vi använt oss av kvalitativ metod genom intervjuer med åtta restaurangägare i Gävle och en skatterevisor på Skatteverkets kontor i Gävle.

The purpose of this Bachelor?s thesis is to examine university librarians? perceptions of information literacy, of students? information literacy and of education in information literacy. The focus is on how they perceive the students? information literacy development during their university studies. Also of interest in this study is how librarians think that their teaching in information literacy should be included in the students? other courses. Three librarians at a Swedish university library were interviewed using qualitative interviews.

Bakgrund:Palliativ vård innebär lindrande åtgärder, vilket innebär att effekterna av sjukdomen lindras men själva sjukdomen botas inte. Denna vård är en helhetsvård som bygger på en vårdfilosofi med syftet att bevara livskvalité när bot inte längre är möjligt. Oavsett diagnos och var människan vårdas ska palliativ vård omfatta alla människor. Frågor kring demenssjukdom och palliativ vård har problematiserats dels på grund av dess komplexitet och dels på grund av bristande kunskaper inom områden både hos närstående och hos vårdpersonal. Människor med demenssjukdom är en sårbar grupp, deras autonomi är begränsad och förmåga att fatta egna beslut varierar.Syftet:Med denna studie var att beskriva sjuksköterskans erfarenheter och upplevelser av att upprätta individuell vårdplan (IVP) vid livets slut för personer med en demenssjukdom.Metod:Resultatet bygger på åtta intervjuer med sjuksköterskor yrkesverksamma inom äldrevården med demensinriktning.

The need for second language learning is increasing in today?s multicultural and globalized society, and adult studies are becoming more common. Teachers must encourage all students, and all schools need to promote equality. Motivation is one of the most important factors for positive learning and progress, and it can be helpful for second language teachers to know more about this subject. The aim of this study was to examine which motivational factors that influence adult immigrants to learn Swedish through SFI education in Sweden.

This thesis examines the relationship between recognition of prior learning and the aim to increase social and ethnical diversity in higher education. Recognition of prior learning is a result of educational politics aiming to broaden social and ethnical recruitment to higher education. By examining if recognition of prior learning rather can, and shall, be seen as part of what Pierre Bourdieu calls educational social reproduction I try to question whether it fulfils education policy goals or not. My results show that persons responsible for recognition of prior learning rather recognise knowledge from prior educational institutions than knowledge gained outside the educational system. Considering this, recognition of prior learning does not quite live up to the aims.

The aim of this study is to describe and analyse an elderly care team?s prerequisite to anchor a salutogenic perspective and approach in an elderly care team in Kalmar municipality. The study identifies factors that could impede or promote the anchoring and examine how the organisation aims to work in a single direction even if the multidisciplinary team processes a diversity of knowledge, education and abilities. The study is based on qualitative semi-structured interviews from representatives of all professions in the multidisciplinary team; social workers, paramedical professions, nurses and care-givers. The theoretical frame consisted of a translating perspective, leadership and ideas of interaction and power.

Uppsatsens har till syfte att genom en litteraturstudie utreda den debatt som föregått de olika stegen av avskaffandet av revisionsplikt för små aktiebolag i Storbritannien. Vidare är syftet att undersöka olika intressenters ståndpunkt inför ett avskaffande i Sverige för att möjliggöra en jämförelse av debatt och effekter mellan Storbritannien och Sverige. Tillvägagångssättet är deduktivt då utgångspunkten är existerande teorier inom revision och revisionsplikt samt gällande lagstiftning på området. Det empiriska materialet har samlats in med hjälp av intervjuer med tre revisionsbyråer: Ernst & Young, SET och BDO samt med tre intressenter, Handelsbanken, Ekobrottsmyndigheten och Skatteverket. Debatten och effekterna av ett avskaffande har analyserats med hjälp av empirin och valda teorier.

The purpose of this essay is to examine progression in user education atprimary and secondary school levels, specifically the role played byschool libraries, librarians and strategy documents in securingeducational progression. Progression is examined in the user educationprovided by the five schools, part of the same municipal schoolmanagement area which share the same strategy plan. The area, NorraFäladen, was awarded School Library of the Year in 2011 for its work,making it particularly interesting for this essay's purpose. The studycombines interviews with the area's three school librarians, who dividetheir time between the five schools, with an analysis of the strategydocuments that regulate user education within Norra Fäladen. Theanalytical framework is based on: AASL's model of progression in usereducation (Standards for the 21st-century learner); Ekström's model forsuccessful and active strategy documents; Kuhlthau's theory of thelibrarian's role in the information search process; and Limberg'staxonomy of the role of the school library.The study shows how a number of concurrent factors and prerequisitesinfluence how goals for progression in user education are met.

The object with this work was to create a simple feeding program for beef cows. Another object was that I could learn more about the properties and functions of Excel and Visual Basic. I used parts of a program I designed a few years ago. This old program was neither user friendly nor had it an appealing layout. Initially I decided how I wanted the new program to appear and on which foundation it should be built. I designed various forms into a spread sheet, such as lists and multiple choice buttons. Using VBA (Visual Basic for Application) I could create macros, which used the information chosen in the lists and with the multiple choices to calculate the feeding requirement or the feeding plan.

Syftet med denna studie har varit att utreda och föreslå strategier för hur bolagsstyrelser kan öka sin mångfald och bli mer diversifierade. Vidare var syftet att undersöka och presentera hur styrelsearbetet skulle påverkas av den ökade diversifieringen. Vi har utfört en kvalitativ studie och använt intervjuer för datainsamling. Det insamlade empiriska materialet har sedan analyserats med utgångspunkt i de valda teorierna. I våra slutsatser kommer vi fram till att styrelsesammansättningen påverkar beslutsfattandet och att en ökad diversifiering ger positiva effekter på styrelsearbetet.

Borgen är en vanlig företeelse som förekommer hos privatpersoner och i kommersiella förhållanden i samband med lån. Ett borgensåtagande kan anses vara näringsbetingat då åtagandet har ingåtts i syfte att öka eller bibehålla intäkter, eller minska kostnader, i den näringsverksamhet som bedrivs av borgensmannen. Skatteverket gjorde 2011-03-17 ett ställningstagande angående avdragsrätt för förlust på näringsbetingade borgensåtaganden. Enligt ställningstagandet kunde borgensåtaganden som klassificeras som näringsbetingade vara avdragsgilla enligt inkomstskattelagen. Uppsatsen kartlägger vilka kriterier som krävs för att vara berättigad till avdrag för förlust på näringsbetingade borgensåtaganden.För att utreda avdragsrätten för näringsbetingade borgensåtaganden har främst rättsfall analyserats.
