Folkbokföringen har gamla anor som tidigare sköttes av kyrkan. Våra äldsta kyrkböcker är från 1600-talet. Mantalsskrivningen blev ett viktigt instrument för beskattningen.

Den svarta marknaden kostar staten ca 70 miljarder kr eller ca 4% av bruttonationalprodukten. Ekonomisk brottslighet i sin helhet är ett omfattande och aktuellt problem. Kontantbranschen är den bransch som främst berörs av detta. Restaurangbranschen är en av de omtalade branscherna där manipulation av kassaregister pågår. Detta brott sker på många olika sätt, vilket dels kan bero på att det idag inte existerar någon regel som innebär att samtliga ska ha ett kassaregister.Syftet med denna uppsats har varit att ur empiriskt underlag öka kunskapen om del mängden av manipulation av kassaregister.

This rapport is about how often private forest owners follow the measures proposed in their forest management plan. The survey is made in cooperation with the forest-owners association Norrskog. The private forest owners are relatively satisfied with the forest management plans and with the measures proposed. There are some differences between those who live on or near their property and those who live many miles away. The forest owners who live on their property are those who follow the proposed measure of precommercial thinning to the largest extent. That group also values precommercially thinned stands higher than thinned stands. The complete opposite is the case for the group that lives far away from their property. Almost all of the respondents thought that the forest management plan would be or had been a good help in the decision making about the forest..

The effect of climate change places demands on how we build cities. Cities have to be built denser to meet the objectives of sustainability but as a result of this densification city green areas are at risk of exploitationand disappearing. För att det ska vara tillåtet att behandla personuppgifter ska behandlingen ha anknytning till visst ändamål. Den personuppgiftsansvarige; Skatteverket eller Kronofogdemyndigheten, ska se till att de personuppgifter som behandlas är adekvata och relevanta i förhållande till ändamålen med behandlingen, att personuppgifterna är riktiga och, om det är nödvändigt, aktuella och att alla tänkbara handlingar vidtas för att rätta, blockera eller utplåna sådana personuppgifter som är felaktiga eller ofullständiga med hänsyn till ändamålen med behandlingen. Detta framgår av 9 § PUL som följer föreskrifterna i EG-direktivet 95/46 artikel 6. Hur långt sträcker sig rättelseskyldigheten enligt Personuppgiftslagen (1998:204) (PUL) jämfört med den annullerade rättelseregleringen i gamla Datalagen (1973:289)? Följderna av denna otydlighet är att väldigt många restförda personer saknar möjligheten att få rättelse av missvisande registrerade uppgifter.

I spåren av finanskrisen har under de senaste åren genomförts flertal större nyemissioner, bland annat för att rädda företag som har gjort stora förluster. Det har blivit vanligt att fysiska personer vid nyemissioner ställer upp som garanter och får ersättningar för sina garantiåtaganden i form av garantiprovision. Garanter i nyemissioner berättigas ersättning för sina garantiåtaganden i form av garantiprovision som överstiger marknadsräntor.  Garantiprovisionerna uppgår normalt till 5-6 procent av det garanterade beloppet men kan i vissa uppgå till upp till 12 procent. Ett relativt stort intresse vid många nyemissioner gjort att garanter sällan tvingas införliva sina åtagande för vilka de får relativ hög ersättning för utan att teckna aktier i nyemissionen.  Enligt 44 kap. 31§ andra stycket IL är ersättningen skattepliktig i inkomstslaget kapital som beskattas med en statlig skatt om 30 procent.

The aim of this Master´s thesis in Art History and Visual Studies is to examine the existence and theexpressions of openness and interior space in the contemporary Swedish architecture of singlefamilyhouses. Research has focused on open-plan housing with open connections between kitchenand living areas, large windows, walls of glass, high ceiling heights and entresol or loft levels, usingtwo case studies and analyses of seven reference objects. Interpretation is based onphenomenological theoretical perspectives.Houses that are more or less transparent permit views from both the inside and the outside. The starting point of this paper has to do with rapid changes within the information technology and the need for agile and fast systems. The primary goal is to investigate what happens with recordkeeping practices in agile environments like service oriented architecture (SOA). It is in the possible transfer between IT architecture and digital archive the area of this paper resides. The paper relates to the Records Continuum model by which records will be considered historical and active at the time of creation. In the Records Continuum model recordkeeping practices and archival requirements will have to be taken into account at the time of creation.This paper concerns SOA from the perspective of Archival and Information science.

The aim of this diploma work was to obtain a review of the appeal process in Sweden under the Planning and Building Act and the possibilities of appeal in the planning and building permit process. The work was intended to identify potential problems surrounding the appeal process and possible efficiency measures. The goal was to form a report that provides a satisfactory overview of the appeal process in theory and practical application as well as provide relevant concrete proposals on how the appeal process can be streamlined.Background and facts surrounding the work were taken from different types of literature and through several interviews with representatives in government, industry and politicians.The main problems related to the appeal process are in the long processing times and the high number of appeals. There is a great interest to streamline the appeals process and the government is going to launch studies in which possible future actions will be investigated.It is possible to appeal for up to two instances before you need a so called ?leave to appeal? in order for your complaint to be passed on to the next instance.

För beräkning av foderstater till mjölkkor används idag det så kallade AAT/PBV-systemet. Detta kommer inom kort att ersättas av ett nordiskt fodervärderingssystem, NorFor. Den del i NorFor som behandlar foderstater kallas NorFor Plan. Stora skillnader mellan systemen är till exempel att AAT/PBV-systemet ger varje fodermedel ett konstant energi- och proteinvärde men i NorFor-systemet varierar detta efter foderstatens storlek och sammansättning. NorFor tar hänsyn till fler kemiska fraktioner i fodermedlen, fodrets nedbrytning och passagen genom djuret.

The forest property Fagerdal 2:10 was donated to the Swedish University of Agriculture in 1995 by Erik Rönnberg. The dominating species is Norwegian spruce (Picea Abies) and the average age is high due to selective cutting. The aim of this study has been to analyze how the forest on the property should be managed and demonstrate how a better estimated forest data affects the future management. The impact of the management on the carbon stock of the property was also examined. A forestry plan established in 2009 by Skogssällskapet was used as a basis for the analyses.

On the first of January 2012, a new public authority was formed in Värmland, due to a new legislation on public transport. The first task for the new public authority was to produce a plan for the development of public transport. In order to do so, it had to execute an extensive consultation process about the long-term goals of public transport. The purpose of the thesis is to investigate how a public authority can use a consultation process as a means to clarify accountability and produce unified goals. To answer that, I have done a case study about how the new regional public authority in Värmland for public transport has acted in the process of writing a plan for the development of public transport.
