Background: Do our elder starve? A good nutrition state gives a good health and comfort. The research displays that is it exists shortages in energy and nutrition needs for the older. Aim: The aim with this study was to elucidate the mealorder and the mealsituation for the elder and how the nurse handles this. Method: This litterateur review was based on teri research studies.

It was finished in the middle of 2009 and the staff has been very pleased with the in-door climate.

The number of data centers and their capacity is increasing throughout the world. Theenergy used in these data centers and the emissions from the use are increasing at thesame rate. The total use of energy will double from 2008 to 2011 based on the trends indata centers use. Research in this area says that the emissions from data centers willhave surpassed the level of airline traffic in 2020. Bakgrunden visar att hembesök till nyblivna föräldrar är en bra och väletablerad metod för personal vid barnavårdscentralen och är en del av det nationella Barnhälsovårdsprogrammet som erbjuds alla barn och deras föräldrar. Syftet med föreliggande studien var att genom intervjuer med distriktssköterskor vid barnavårdscentraler belysa deras arbete med och reflektioner kring hembesök hos nyblivna föräldrar. Metoden var en kvalitativ ansats med en beskrivande design. Åtta distriktssköterskor som arbetar vid barnavårdscentraler runt om i ett län intervjuades med hjälp av semistrukturerade intervjuer. Resultatet visade att samtliga av de intervjuade distriktssköterskorna ansåg att det var viktigt med hembesök till nyblivna föräldrar, då det gav en möjlighet att skapa en relation på ett helt annat sätt än vid enbart besök på mottagningen.

Background:It is estimated that one in ten children witness domestic violence. It is of importance that children grow up in a safe environment. When they grow up with domestic violence they can lose very important skills which can be hard to gain back. Children respond to domestic violence in different ways depending on their age. Aim: The aim of this study was to enlighten children's experiences of domestic violence in their home.

Gunsta is situated about 10 km east of Uppsala. Today there are plans to establish 1000 new households in Gunsta before year 2030. The required energy for heating houses and water would be distributed via a district heating system, which also includes 200 existing residences. The annual required energy, according to this study, would be 16.2 GWh with a maximal peak effect of 6.9 MW. To meet this need, the study suggests a system with heat pumps to upgrade the 31?C water from a 1.8 kilometre deep borehole.

Background: Delirium is a common condition among elderly patients who are being treated in a hospital environment. However, a large number of patients are wrongly diagnosed. The highest risk categories to develop delirium are elderly people and postoperative patients. By understanding the patients´ experiences the nurse can formulate the care to make it easier for the patient. Aim: The aim of the literature review was to illuminate elderly patients´ experiences of delirium in connection with a hospital visit.

Bakgrund: Andvändning av komplementära metoder har ökat i Sverige. Det efterlyses ökad kunskap om komplementär och alternativmedicin (KAM) inom primärvården i mötet med patienterna. Tidigare forskning har visat att reflexologisk behandling kan helt eller delvis lindra bland annat huvudvärk, rygg- nackbesvär och stress hos en del patienter. Huvudvärk är ett stort folkhälsoproblem i många länder. Förutom att orsaka patienten lidande är det en stor kostnad för samhället.

Syftet var att beskriva distriktssköterskans erfarenheter och inställningar till FYSS samt förskrivning av FaR vid hälsocentraler med hög respektive låg förskrivning. Sjutton distriktssköterskor deltog från två topplistplacerade hälsocentraler och en icke topplistplacerade hälsocentral i ett län, i Mellansverige. Datainsamlingen gjordes genom semistrukturerade intervjuer och analyserades utifrån kvalitativ innehållsanalys. Analysen gav två kategorierOrganisation och Individ för de topplistade hälsocentralerna respektive den icke topplistade hälsocentralen samt sex underkategorier vardera. Kategorin Organisation inom de topplistade hälsocentralerna innehöll underkategorierna ledningsstöd, utbildning samt uppföljning och ekonomi.

Cooling down the indoor air can be done in several ways. One way is desiccantcooling which will be used at the Stockholm Arena. This method is used in airhandling units that use temperature changes and moisture fluctuations in the air. Oneof the steps is to add heat during the cooling process in order to reduce the relativehumidity of the exhaust air. The air passes thru an adsorptions rotor which thenabsorbs moisture from the supply air.

It?s known that the drug information patients get at discharge from hospital is often insufficient. Patients? ignorance of which drug they use and how to take them can lead to drug related problems, can cause suffering and heavy expenses.The aim of this study was to shed light on the patients? understanding for drug information, which was given at discharge from hospital. The literature survey was used as a method and based upon a systematic choice of scientific articles, which were found in different databases during the period of April 1 to May 31, 2008.

Bakgrund: Studier visar att spädbarnskrik är påfrestande för föräldrar och tillgång till stöd kan bidra till att föräldrar klarar denna påfrestning bättre. Distriktssköterskan inom barnhälsovården i Sverige har en unik möjlighet att ge stöd till föräldrar, få studier beskriver dock vad distriktssköterskan ger för stöd till föräldrar som lever med just ett skrikigt spädbarn. Syfte: Att beskriva distriktssköterskans stöd till föräldrar som lever med ett skrikigt spädbarn. Metod: Studien har en kvalitativ ansats där semistrukturerade intervjuer genomfördes med tio distriktssköterskor. Intervjumaterialet analyserades sedan med hjälp av kvalitativ innehållsanalys.
