Bakgrund: Internet och sociala medier är idag en naturlig del av människors vardag och företag lägger allt mer av sin marknadsföringsbudget på att synas i digitala plattformar. Sociala medier har blivit en viktig marknadsföringskanal för e-handelsföretag, vilket har visat sig innebära både möjligheter och hinder. Vidare har tidigare forskning lyft fram goda kundrelationer som en viktig komponent för företags framgång. Samtidigt som det har framkommit att det finns en skillnad mellan hur e-handlare gentemot den traditionella butikshandeln kan skapa relationer med sina kunder, då köpare och säljare aldrig får möjlighet till att mötas ansikte-mot-ansikte.Syfte:Avsikten med denna studie är att analysera hur e-handelsföretag använder sig av sociala medier och huruvida dessa medier möjliggör för e-handlarna att skapa och utveckla kundrelationer. Syftet med studien är även att bidra med rekommendationer för hur e-handelsföretagen kan skapa och utveckla kundrelationer via sociala medier, samt att identifiera och analysera de hinder som begränsar e-handlares användning av sociala medier.Metod:Författarna för denna uppsats har valt att använda sig av en kvalitativ forskningsmetod för att generera en djupare kunskap och analys för forskningsområdet.

This thesis treats lending figures of literature on religion at libraries in Vårgårda and Lerum.Formulated hypotheses are: The use of literature on religion is higher at the library in Vårgårdathan at the one in Lerum; In Lerum the most literature on religion is used by highly educatedpeople; Ethnic groups and librarians have an influence on the stock.The Christian literature has other patterns than other literature regarding selection criteria,reviews and distribution. The conclusions are: The fact that there are many members ofChurch and Chapel in Vårgårda, does reflect the number of loans of literature on religion in apositive way; Education does not influence, but distance between school and library; Thelibrarians' interest and therefore knowledge regarding religious topics has an impact on theirtreatment of religious books, while ethnic groups do not effect stock and use in either Vårgårdaor Lerum..

I detta arbete har studerats hur flödet i en flerstegs- bearbetningsprocess påverkas av stokastiska fluktuationer och störningar i de enskilda processtegen. Mera bestämt har analys utförts av hur de stokastiska variationerna i operationstiderna kan och bör modelleras vid simuleringsstudier. Även hur påverkan av valet av sådana stokastiska modeller kan tänkas ha på processen i sin helhet, till exempel avseende total genomloppstid.Examensarbetet syftar till att undersöka hur val av fördelning på parametern operationstid, påverkar resultatfaktorn genomloppstid vid flödessimuleringar. För att finna svar på denna påverkan har en fallstudie utförts, med utgångspunkt av indata från en produkt som tillverkas på Volvo Aero. Denna produkt genomgår en tillverkningssekvens innehållande 18 stycken bearbetningsoperationer innefattande tre olika processtyper (automatisk, halvautomatisk och manuell).

This thesis investigates how different Linux-distributions installation interface relate to the ISO 9241 standard, parts 12 and 13, and how they relate to the installation interface of Windows XP, with the hypothesis: "There is a Linux-distribution whose installation interface according to applicable HCIrecommendations is equivalent to that of Windows XP." With the checklists provided by ISO 9241 an empirical study has been made, and so comparable measurements of how well the Linux-distributions and Windows XP follows the recommendations of the standard was obtained. By comparing the results from the tests similarities and differences between the installation interfaces can be deducted. As the result and the conclusion shows there are Linux-distributions whose installation interface, according to the applicable HCI-recommendations, are equivalent to that of Windows XP..

Distribution av temperaturkänsliga livsmedel går ut på att lagra, hantera och transportera varor till så låg kostnad som möjligt med bibehållande av så stor del som möjligt av ursprunglig kvalitet och hållbarhet. För att klara detta krävs att alla aktiviteter sker under temperaturkontrollerade former, vilket benämns kylkedja.Denna rapport behandlar de aktiviteter som sker i flödet från grossist till detaljist, restaurang och storhushåll samt de aktiviteter som dessa aktörer ansvarar för. Målet med rapporten är att redogöra för hur dagens distributionssystem fungerar för kylda och frysta livsmedel i detta flöde, med särskild inriktning på temperaturhållning och hållbarhet. Kontroller, kvalitet, svinn, reklamationer och problem är områden som studerats särskilt.Väldigt få av de intervjuade aktörerna inom livsmedelsbranschen anser att det är något problem med temperaturhållningen. In the present case, the conception of policy hitchhiking gets evaluated in terms of its implications for democracy. Fieldstudys on 22 farms (23 silos) to study relationships between the actual particle size of the maize silage and the theoretical length of cut. The measure of theoretical length of cut were stated by the farmers and not measured by us. Particle size of maize silage was determined using the New Penn State Forage Particle Separator. SLU Skara made a special sieve for us, that had larger holes than de original sieves. The samples were shaken after instructions and then the material was weighted. We have also been taking out samples for microbiological analyses from the silos on 13 of the farms.

In this thesis a rural network in Norrbotten, Sweden, has been to designed and planned with the purpose of improving distribution reliability by exchanging existing overhead lines with underground cables. General network design considerations are discussed as well as the ones for the specific low voltage grid. The big change is a project where I created patterns on fabric. It is a collaborative project with Lotta Niemi. She studied fashion and textile designers and tailors from the Swedish School of Textiles in Borås and University of Technology in Sydney. The collaboration was to create designs on fabric for her upcoming clothing line for women, Fall / Winter 2013.
