Utformningen av ett förstärkt skruvförband på en differentialväxel i bandvagnen BvS10 : Analys av olika förband med hjälp av CATIA och MATLAB
This is a thesis presents a Differential gear which is found in a tracked vehicle called BvS10. The tracked vehicle is manufactured by BAE Systems Hägglunds AB in Örnsköldsvik, Sweden. The Differential gear has a bolted house. The Differential meets the requirement specifications, but the problem is that the bolts are sheared off because of the extreme torque that the Differential is exposed to resist.Previous report on the Differential show pictures of bolts which have been sheared off at the threads. This report is also includes three lists that explain seven different proposals which some are approved and some are not, and the report also presents the force, tensile, and shear stress.In a bolted connection there is both axial tension stress and radial shear stress, which can lead to wear out and broken bolts.
Fördelningsväxellåda med integrerad mellandifferential
Bandvagnen BVS-10 är ettmidjestyrt fordon och består av en fram och bakvagn.På grund av terräng kan vissa geometriska förhållanden uppstå mellan dessa vagnar,vilket leder till att inspända moment kan uppstå i drivlinan. För att jämna utdessa inspändamoment med en bibehållen drivförmåga under varierande terrängdär friktionen mellan mark och band förändras, kan en Differential integreras i fördelningsväxellådan.Rimligtvis bör samma Differential som sitter i slutväxlarna förrespektive vagn användas även i fördelningsväxellådan. Differentialen som sitter islutväxeln för respektive vagn är av typen TrueTrac.BVS-10 är även ett amfibiskt fordon och skall därför även kunna klättra frånsimmande läge till fast mark. För att detta skall vara möjligt med en Differential ifördelningsväxellådan behöver Differentialen vara låsbar så att allt drivande momentfördelas till framvagnen.Syftet med detta examensarbete är att undersöka omdet är möjligt att integreraen låsbar TrueTrac Differential i fördelningsväxeln och föreslå ett eller flera konceptför detta.Examensarbetet har drivits framåt somett produktutvecklingsprojekt vilket resulteradei ett slutkoncept innehållande en lösning med ett synkroniseringsdon.För att beräkna påfrestningar på lager, axlar och kugghjul i fördelningsväxellådanskapades en modell i beräkningsprogrammet KissSys, vilket resulterade i rimligaresultat.Efter handberäkningar går det att fastslå att låsningen av Differentialen inte börgöras under höga vridmoment då de krafter som krävs för detta är stora. Vid låsningstillfälletsom för övrigt varar under en kort tid bör istället ett lägre momentkrävas.Slutkonceptet är designat för testning och inte tillverkning, vilket betyder attförslag på bearbetning av nuvarande komponenter har gjorts och att antalet nyakomponenter har försökts att hållas nere.Det går att konstatera att en låsbar Differential av typen TrueTrac går att implementerai fördelningsväxellådan men utrymmet är begränsat.

Flow measurement is one of the greatest challenges in order to calculate efficiency in hydropower. Most hydropower plants in Sweden use Differential pressure methods for flow measurement. These methods are dependent on constant conditions in the waterways. A change in these conditions, like turbine improvements, prevents Differential pressure methods to verify efficiency improvements. Since efficiency improvements can?t be verified by one measurement system, another method, which isn?t affected by changing conditions, can be used.

As the 2010 Swedish election was closing in, there was a discussion about how the media represented the different party leaders in a Differential and unfair manner. This study aims to identify if there were any differences in how four of these party leaders, Lars Ohly, Maud Olofsson, Fredrik Reinfeldt and Mona Sahlin were treated in four individual questioning sessions on Swedish television. Utilizing conversation analysis the study focuses on identifying differences in the usage of interruptions between the four different sessions. The study also analyzes the aggressiveness of the journalists? questioning and how they designed their questions in the four different sessions.
Styrtransmission för bandfordon
The purpose of this master thesis is to construct a steering transmission, for a trackedvehicle, containing two hydraulic circuits which are connected. The steeringtransmission should be mechanical to avoid steer-by-wire.BAE Systems Hägglunds has in an earlier study examined a system with two hydraulicpumps and one hydraulic motor, but the safety of the system wasn?t sufficient.To achieve sufficient redundancy there must be two hydraulic motors, which arecontrolled separately. When the two systems are connected in one point, this point is acritical part of the system because it directly affects both circuits. If one of the hydrauliccircuits fails the other should be able to operate independently as a steeringtransmission.
Implementing a receiver in a fast data transfer system : A feasibility study
This report is an outcome of a master degree project at Linköpings University in co-operation with Micronic Laser Systems AB. The purpose with this master degree project was to investigate how to implement a receiver in a data transfer system. The system consists of several data channels, where every channel consists of three parts: driver, transmission lines and receiver. The driver send low amplitude Differential signals via the transmission lines to the receiver that amplifies and converts it to a single-ended signal. The receiver has to be fast and be able to feed an output signal with high voltage swing.
Värmebehandling av segjärn med hög kiselhalt
Bakgrunden till detta examensarbete var att Qumex Materialteknik vid ett flertal tillfällen konstaterat att material av typen SS 0725 har uppvisat bristfälliga härdresultat. Materialet, som är relativt nytt på marknaden, är ett gjutjärn av typen segjärn och utmärker sig gentemot andra segjärn på grund av sitt höga innehåll av kisel. Då segjärn enligt den nu gällande EN-standarden klassificeras efter sina mekaniska egenskaper uppstår ett problem gällande SS 0725. Materialet uppfyller de krav som är ställda för EN-GJS-500-7 och hamnar därmed under samma materialbeteckning som ett segjärn med betydligt lägre kiselhalt. Att två material med olika kemisk sammansättning hamnar under samma beteckning kan innebära problem.
Feldetektering för diagnos med differentialgeometriska metoder -en implementering i Mathematica
Diagnosis means detection and isolation of faults. A model based diagnosis system is built on a mathematical model of the system. The difficulty when constructing the diagnosis system depends om how the model is formulated. In this report, a method is described that rewrites the model on such a form that the construction of the diagnosis algoritm is easy. The model is transformed by two state space transformations and the result will be a system on state space form where one part of the system becomes easy to supervise.
Design of a Direct-conversion Radio Receiver Front-end in CMOS Technology
In this Master's thesis, a direct-conversion receiver front-end has been designed in a 0.18um CMOS technology. Direct-conversion receivers (DCR) have obvious advantages over the heterodyne counterpart. Since the intermediate frequency (IF) is zero, the problem of image is circumvented. As a result, no front-end image reject filter is required and the channel selection requires only a low-pass filter, which makes it easy to integrate directly on chip. However, the DCR also suffers from several drawbacks such as extreme sensitivity to DC offsets, 1/f noise, local oscillator (LO) leakage/radiation, front-end nonlinearity and I/Q mismatch.

Two haematological instruments intended for small animal clinic use were
evaluated at the Department of Clinical Chemistry, Swedish University of
Agricultural Sciences (SLU), Uppsala, Sweden. The QBC-V and Vet abc were
compared to a reference instrument, the Cell-Dyn 3500. Fresh blood samples were
obtained from canine and feline patients from the University Veterinary Hospital,
SLU. The QBC-V was used for 111 canine samples and 78 canine blood samples
were analysed with Vet abc. From cats, 23 samples were analysed with both
instruments.

African swine fever in Uganda : description of a recent outbreak and possible differential diagnoses
This study had two different aims. The main aim was to investigate the dynamics and impact of African swine fever (ASF) on a farm in Uganda during a recent outbreak through a case study. The second aim was to estimate the presence of two important Differential diagnoses of ASF: Classical swine fever (CSF) and Porcine Reproduction and Respiratory syndrome (PRRS).The field and laboratory based case study of the farm level dynamics of ASF virus during a recent outbreak (October-December 2010) on a farm in the district of Mityana, Uganda, was conducted, using interviews, ELISA and RT-PCR. The financial impact on the farm was also estimated. The impact of the outbreak was profound.
