En gymnasieklass i spanska som modernt språk, steg 4, fyllde i tre enkäter om hur dialogen kan fungera som en didaktisk resurs för en gemensam läsning av skönlitterära texter, i detta fall en microberättelse/kortprosa. I studien är begreppet dialog centralt och förstås som en didaktisk resurs för att skapa ny kunskap och innebörd av texten utifrån en kontinuerlig interaktion mellan elevläsare, dvs. läsare som är elever och läser i ett skolsammanhang. Studien omfattar relevanta aspekter av den fiktiva texten och dess läsning ur ett dialogiskt perspektiv, relationen mellan läsning och dialog för förståelse och tolkning av den fiktiva texten, elevläsarnas motivation, deltagande och delaktighet inom de olika faserna av läsningen och dialogen samt hur det didaktiska sättet att använda den fiktiva texten i undervisningen påverkar elevernas tolkning.Resultatet visar att ett dialogiskt samarbete minskar svårigheter i läsningen av skönlitterära texter. Elevläsarnas mål med läsningen är att lära sig nya ord samt att uttrycka sig på spanska och i mindre grad tolkningen av själva texten utifrån kultur och författarens kontext.Dialogen ses som en adekvat strategi för att underlätta svårigheter i läsningen av texten när det gäller i översättning, förståelse och tolkning.

The purpose of this thesis is to explain one aspect of how and why the development in the third world is lagging behind. The precondition is that development through an agricultural revolution is necessary and that all countries benefit from trading. But these two conditions are not met today. By using the urban-bias and the world system theory I have analysed how the situation appears to be according to the precondition. It appears that both the urban-bias and the world system theory are essential to understand how and why the situation in third world still has not reached the same development phase as most other countries.

Cloud computings framväxt har möjliggjort tillhandhållande av datorresurser online och erbjuder två väsentliga egenskaper, dels upplevda oändliga resurser och dels betalning per resursförbrukning. Lärplattformar används idag i stor utsträckning av de svenska universiteten och högskolorna som studieverktyg. Detta medför bättre möjligheter för distanskurser och e-inlärning. Att kombinera cloud computing med en lärplattform är idag möjligt och bör därför ge skolorna fördelar. Om lärplattformen driftas som molntjänst av extern leverantör bör också kraven se annorlunda ut.Syftet med uppsatsen är att utreda om det finns några incitament för att hyra en lärplattform som molntjänst och även att utreda om kraven ser annorlunda ut på en hyrd molntjänst.

Jag vill i min uppsats främst lyfta fram dem som internaliserat omgivningens språk trots att det nedvärderar dem. De får möta och lyssna till det språk som Anne-Louise Eriksson formulerat genom främst "Kvinnor talar om Jesus, "Kvinnan som subjekt i feministisk teologi" och "När var och en hör just sitt språk talas". För att ge dem som internaliserat omgivningens språk konstnärlig gestalt och på det viset belysa dem och göra dem mer gripbara har jag använt mig av Toni Morrisons roman "De blåaste ögonen". På detta vis byter jag ut Erikssons målgrupp svenska kvinnliga präster mot en mycket utsatt familj i ett rasistiskt samhälle i Ohio på 1940-talet. Detta gör att jag prövar hennes språk mot en helt annan kontext än den hon vänder sig till.

In this essay we discuss how the decentralisation of the Swedish school system affects the concept of ?equal opportunity school?. We investigate the development from both a historical and contemporary perspective, in order to identify changes over time. The central question of the essay is how the decentralisation of the school system affects the teacher?s perspective and experiences of the government?s framework about ?equal opportunity school?? The analysis is based on four qualitative, semi structured, direct interviews with respondents both active in municipal schools situated in the Malmö council and with more than thirty years of experience in their profession. Our analysis of the interviews show that both respondents experience the overall situation in the schools has deteriorated from an equal opportunity aspect since the decentralisation of the school system.

The purpose of this master thesis is to construct a steering transmission, for a trackedvehicle, containing two hydraulic circuits which are connected. The steeringtransmission should be mechanical to avoid steer-by-wire.BAE Systems Hägglunds has in an earlier study examined a system with two hydraulicpumps and one hydraulic motor, but the safety of the system wasn?t sufficient.To achieve sufficient redundancy there must be two hydraulic motors, which arecontrolled separately. When the two systems are connected in one point, this point is acritical part of the system because it directly affects both circuits. If one of the hydrauliccircuits fails the other should be able to operate independently as a steeringtransmission.

IT exist and are needed in larger organisations today, this creates possibilities for new applications. It has become more frequent with IT within HRM which has developed new concepts like e-HRM and HRIS which links IT and HRM together. We have through qualitative content analysis of interviews investigated how IT-tools affect HR-workmanship. The purpose is to create a basis for describing how employees experience their work with HR within a PA-system. The basis of the PA-system will then answer if it contributes or limits the employees and their activities.

The aim of this thesis was to investigate the possibility of integrating an item tracking systemwith a monitoring system currently under development at Fifth Generation Technologies (P) Ltd.A literature study of RFID technology and the networks ZigBee and MiWi was done. Based onthe literature study a concept for a distributed system was developed.The concept is to have several RFID readers placed in the area where tracking is to be performedand allow them to communicate with each other through wireless communication. The RFIDreaders shall be able to form zones and filter the data that is forwarded from the zones to theservers and thus perform some of the work that the server would normally have to do. Theconcept has been evaluated by prototype development and testing. The prototype uses an ultrahigh frequency RFID reader and a MiWi network.The test indicated some limitations with the selected technologies.

Systemutvecklingsmetoder har funnits för att utveckla system ochprogramvaror sedan vattenfallsmodellen gjorde sin introduktion på dentiden då IT kallades för data processning. Sedan dess har det funnits ettantal metoder, vissa av dem används än idag. Gemensamt för de flestametoderna är att de är anpassade till mycket komplexa system som användsinom stora organisationer. Inom det Svenska samhället så fanns det år 2005över 890 000 småföretag (0-49 anställda) enligt statistiska centralbyrån.Det är lätt att förstå att småföretagen är viktiga för Sverige. För att Sverigessmåföretag skall kunna överleva i en allt tuffare konkurrenssituation så ärdet viktigt att de hela tiden effektiviserar sina verksamhetsprocesser medexempelvis innovativa IT lösningar.

Allt fler människor använder sig av sociala medier för att upprätthålla och skapa nya relationer. Det har medfört att även organisationer och företag börjat se möjligheter med att vara närvarande i de sociala medierna. Studien syftar till att identifiera de främsta utmaningar och möjligheter för organisationer aktiva i de sociala medierna när det gäller kundrelationer. Vårt empiriska material har inhämtats via kvalitativa djupintervjuer med stöd från en enkätundersökning med huvudsakligt syfte att generera idéer och frågeställningar. Intervjuerna genomfördes med flera olika respondenter ansvariga för sitt företags medverkan i de sociala medierna.

Vid framtagande av en plan eller olika typer av förslag sker en komplicerad och ibland omständlig process som kan ta alltifrån dagar till år att genomföra. En del av den processen är insamlandet av synpunkter från en specificerad målgrupp. Insamlandet av synpunkter är viktigt i planarbete, främst för Sveriges kommuner men även i andra sammanhang där det dock inte sker lika frekvent. Detta arbete är baserat på litteraturstudier, studier av svenska webbplatser samt en undersökning genomförd bland ett urval av Sveriges länsstyrelser, kommuner och företag inom GIT-området. Syftet med arbetet är att få inblick i intresset och behovet av ett användande av Interaktiva karttjänster för insamling av synpunkter vid olika typer av planprocesser samt undersöka utbudet av dessa tjänster.

The purpose of the project was to make a system that could extract data from a mobile eye tracker and make it comparable with data from visual stimuli. The produced system was programmed in Java and provided all the necessary parts that were required to achieve the purpose. This provides a foundation for further research to determine whether the eye tracker is sufficiently accurate to diagnose Parkinson?s disease..

Chalmers University of Technology today have numerous computers which are never powereddown, at the same time there is a need for more computation power for researchers.Hence, we have investigated the possibility to use the computers for computing power andsecondly, if there is no work to be done, to put them into power saving mode.We have made a thorough study where we compared different distributing systems andin the end HTCondor was chosen as the best to implement. HTCondor is an excellent systemfor opportunistic use of computing power, i.e. make use of computers that no one elseis currently using. The system is used at several universities around the world with goodresults and would be excellent at Chalmers, where there is a need for such a system.Our implementation shows that HTCondor is well capable of handling unused computingpower. HTCondor can handle most file types that may be run on the system.
