Studien belyser Öland som turismdestination, där författarna har uppfattat en säsongsfokusering till sommarmånaderna. Syftet med denna studie är att presentera tre olika scenarier som visar hur Öland kan bli en destination med turistflöde året runt. Det görs genom att i huvudsak undersöka Öland. Det empiriska materialet i studien grundas ur nyckelinformantintervjuer med turismaktörer från Öland. Vid sidan av det undersöks även hur andra svenska turismdestinationer arbetar med säsongsindelning.

This bachelor thesis in tourism studies focuses on people's use of social media related to travel. The paper aims to provide a wider knowledge of tourist?s propensity to display destinations through social media and how they perceive others that display travelling. This is put in relation to the term of social status in order to find out if there is a possible link. The intention was to provide an insight into the phenomenon to contribute new awareness that destinations can exploit in their marketing.

Vi har genom att studera de olika delarna Servicemötet, Servicekvalitet samt Kabinpersonalens roll kommit fram till att kabinpersonalens roll har förändrats och att detta i sin tur inverkar på hur de interagerar i servicemötet. Faktorer som lett till våra slutsatser är bland annat den tekniska utvecklingen, som utgör en del i den interna effektivisering, vilket har bidragit till att servicemötet kommit att förflyttas in i kabinen. Detta ger kabinpersonalens roll en ökad betydelse i servicemötet. I och med att företagen ofta reducerar kringtjänster som tidigare varit gratis, måste kabinpersonalen ge mer av sig själva då de inte har möjlighet att erbjuda materiell service gratis. Kabinpersonalens arbetsuppgifter har även förändrats och de arbetar ofta mer och längre pass än förr.

AbstractIn my work on language development in preschool the purpose was to examine how and to what extent the pre-school supports children with special needs in their language development. Trough qualitative interviews with four preschool teachers, I wanted to see how they work with language development in preschool. In the study, Main questions asked in the inquiry :How do teachers and support children?s language development?What techniques, resources and tools available to facilitate language development? The conclusion that I made from my inquiry is that the primary language stimulation methods teachers use to encourage children?s language development are rhymes telling, books reading and song singing based on active selection of pieces that match the children?s maturity level.And how they are using different language stimulation techniques Karlstad model, TAKK (Signs of augmentative and alternative communication) and TRAS (Early registration of language development) to promote children?s language development. Keyword: Language development, language stimulation, treatment, communication, methods..

This study examines the differences between Bosnia and Herzegovina?s, Montenegro?s and Croatia's tourism development after the Civil War in the 1990s. In particular, this essay is about the town Neum, which is the only Bosnia and Herzegovina destination on the Adriatic, splitting the Croatian coast in two. Through information from books, the internet and interviews I´ve tried to find out why Neum is a special place to visit and how it differs from other destinations on the Adriatic coast. One of the findings is that many are not aware of Bosnia and Herzegovina having a small, but still, part of the Adriatic.

De symboler som en gång upplevdes som autentiska har blivit globaliserade och den traditionella souvenirens autenticitet ifrågasätts därför i dagens samhälle. Det finns således skäl till att diskutera hur giltiga de existerande definitionerna av souveniren verkligen är bland dagens och morgondagens resenärer ? åttiotalisterna.Syftet med denna uppsats var att undersöka souvenirens mening och innebörd bland åttiotalister.Med en kvalitativ metod genomfördes, med hjälp av snöbollstekniken, tio enskilda djupintervjuer med personer födda mellan 1982 och 1985. Dessa intervjuer tolkades från en hermeneutisk ansats. Åttiotalisters syn på souveniren överrensstämmer inte med de existerande definitionerna. Istället för att se en souvenir som ett föremål med uppenbar och synlig koppling till platsen har den emotionella aspekten blivit viktigare.

My aim with this diploma work is to find out if the students consider development deliberations as a good forum in order to promote their knowledge development or not. I have also examined if the development deliberation is experienced as giving for the pupil or not, what I have been studying from the pupil's perspectives.MethodI have implemented three qualitative interviews with three students from class nine in a compulsory education that lies in Botkyrka municipality. There, I have also an implemented questionnaire survey with two half classes from same class.Materials To my study I have linked literature where research aims himself in on how teachers have worked with development deliberations in the school.Results Students that I have interviewed does consider development deliberations as a knowledgep romoting forum, but most as a forum for clear about study results. The students in the survey consider development deliberations as giving only when the result turns out to bee good.Importance for teachers As each development deliberation is unique, you can not come to a certain implication that all deliberations are experienced in the same way as the result shows. But that can last stakeholder for the teacher is to see how one development deliberation can to be experienced of several students.

Vi vill även se vilka likheter och skillnader som finns mellan vilka faktorer som påverkar en traditionell resenär och en studentresenär. This is a final thesis on the landscape architecture program at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences. It is the end of five years of studies and comprises 30 ECTS. This thesis is about the camp area Sjöröd, located by Gyllebosjön (the Gyllebo Lake) on Österlen in Skåne, southern Sweden. The thesis results in plan for how the area could be used in the future. It also raises the questions; what scouting of today is, how it is to be developed for the future, what a camp is and which aims the scout movement has set up for itself and its activities. The thesis also treats what is typical for Skåne, for Österlen and for the area around Sjöröd as a starting point.

AbstractMy purpose of the investigation is to enter deeply into the knowledge of the Individual plan of the development and to examine how teachers, pupils and parents look at the Individual plan of the development and the purpose of the Individual plan of the development in school. My question of the main problem in this investigation was to examine the expectation on the Individual plan of the development from teachers, pupils and parents and if the Individual plan of the development has been influence the cooperation of parents and the influence of the pupils also how and if teachers, pupils and parents apprehend some kinds of changes.The review of the literature begin with a closer study about our document of control, witch are the curriculum of the compulsory school (Lpo 94), The National Agency for Education General Advice for the Individual plan of the development (2005), a study of the development of the cooperation of the parents and the influence of the pupils under the years of research about it.I have in my investigation used qualitative interview in different forms like the ordinary interview, interview on telephone and focussed group interview with teachers, pupils and parents. The result of my conclusion from the investigation is that the information and the knowledge of the Individual plan of the development are important to be able to increase the influence from the pupils and a different cooperation from the parents in the development of the school with the Individual plan of the development. My examination is small and not generalised but I believe that it still can represent the attitude of the Individual plan of the development. The consequence of the investigation shows that pupils and parents have vague idea of the Individual plan of the development.

En av turismindustrins största utmaningar är att identifiera potentiella målgrupper och sedan kunna tillgodose turisters varierade behov. En av de främsta målgrupperna inom svensk turismindustri är turister av tysk nationalitet. VisitSweden menar att de två mest betydelsefulla tyska målgrupperna i Sverige utgörs av WHOPS och barnfamiljer, men det finns ytterligare ett segment av turister vilka anses ha goda framtidsutsikter; nämligen unga turister. Under de senaste åren har det blivit tydligt att unga turister är ett allt viktigare segment inom turismindustrin och utgör en märkbar del av antalet inkommande turister till destinationer runt om i världen. Med en deduktiv ansats och kvantitativ metod har vi, med hjälp av ett snöbollsurval, genomfört en enkätundersökning på unga tyskar mellan 18-30 år. Utifrån teorier om resmotiv utfördes en studie för att öka kunskapen om unga tyska turisters uppfattning om Sverige som destination och unga tyska turisters resvanor.

Learning organizations and organizational development are interesting subjects that does not examine municipal organizations and private organizations an equal amount.  Furthermore, there exists little research on the effects of competence development for individuals in a leadership role within organizations. Because of this, we wanted to examine the impact of competence development in business modeling and how it affected local government activities. Competence development is used by organizations to develop their business and achieve a greater competitive advantage, but does competence development for individuals in a leadership role lead to organizational development? This paper examines competence development in the form of a business modeling course via the Bitstreamproject and the effects that occur within three municipalities as a result of the competence development. By interviewing three participants and four coworkers within different municipalities and studied the data from the Bitstream project, we can not conclude that competence development within business modeling leads to organizational development, only that it exists a tendency for it.

AbstractKryssningsturismen ökar i Östersjön, och har sedan år 2000 vuxit med mer än 3 miljoner resenärer. Medan marknaden expanderar har utvecklingen för destinationen Visby på Gotland varit nedåtgående sedan år 2005. Avsaknaden av en kryssningskaj i Visby har resulterat i att fartyg inte väljer att stanna till vid destinationen. Fartygen är hänvisade till att ankra upp utanför och transportera in kryssningsturisterna med mindre transportbåtar. Detta är tidskrävande och omöjligt att genomföra vid dåligt väder.Region Gotland har därför tillsammans med Copenhagen Malmö Port gjort en överenskommelse om att bygga en kryssningskaj i Visby till år 2018.

Abstract This paper focuses on whether individual development plans as well as action programmes are needed.Pupils in need of particular support get to be involved in an action programme ? the school needs to provide any particular support a pupil needs. However, the individual development plan does not substitute the action programme. Thus an action programme as well as an individual development plan will be provided to students in need of particular support.The individual development plan follows the pupil throughout the entire education, regardless of whether its content changes, whilst the action programme pertains to a limited period of time. Pupils that are not in need of particular support are not likely to need to set goals for themselves in addition to those already set outside of school.

Uppsatsens syfte är att kartlägga ÅRE Destination AB och arbetet i utvecklandet av barmarkssäsongen i ÅRE samt den samverkans- och förankringsprocess bland destinationsbolagets medlemmar som har kännetecknat detta arbete.För att få svar på uppsatsens syfte och frågeställningar valdes teoretiska utgångspunkter inom organisationsstruktur och nätverksteori, som tillsammans med den empiriska insamlingen har analyserats. Nio lokala aktörer och representanter inom ÅREs näringsliv valdes ut för intervju, där de har svarat på frågor som berör destinationsbolagets arbete, hur samverkan och den interna kommunikationen fungerar samt frågor om barmarksprodukten och dess utvecklingspotential i ÅRE.Resultatet visar att respondenterna anser att destinationsbolagets ledning har en viktig roll som samverkansplattform men att det finns brister i samverkansstrukturen och den interna kommunikationen. Respondenterna har en stark framtidssyn på att ÅRE ska bli en hållbar året runt-destination men framhåller även att det finns arbete att utföra innan man når dit. Författarna har undersökt ÅREs interna styrkor och svagheter med att utveckla en hållbar barmarkssäsong. Utifrån intervjuerna framkommer det strategiska frågor som kan relateras till insatser inom tre aspekter för att uppnå Vision 2020:s mål om en konkurrenskraftig barmarksprodukt.
