Abstract Utsagor om vilka yrkeskategorier som bör tjänstgöra i förskolan ur olika intressenters framtidsperspektiv. Författare: Jessica Rosberg och Jessica Schubert Möller Yrkesrollsdiskussioner mellan barnskötare och förskollärare har länge förekommit i förskolans värld och syftet med denna undersökning är att ta reda på vad denna diskussion egentligen står för samt hur man tänker kring bemanningen på förskolan i framtiden. För att få en bakgrund till diskussionen har vi valt att göra en tillbakablick på aspekter kring de båda yrkesrollernas historia. Sammanfattningsvis kan vår huvudfråga formuleras som: Hur kan diskussionen om barnskötares och förskollärares yrkesroller förstås i ett historiskt och nutida perspektiv: ? Hur motiverar barnskötare/förskollärare sin roll i förskolan igår, idag och i ett framtidsperspektiv? ? Vilka utsagor om yrkeskompetenser i framtidens förskola finns hos politiker/chefer/fackliga representanter? Eftersom vår undersökning handlar om två yrkeskategorier med olika utbildningsnivå som ska utgöra ett arbetslag har vi kopplat till följande teoretiska utgångspunkter: bröderna Dreyfus femstegsmodell från nybörjare till expert, och Bourdieus begrepp fält, kapital och habitus. Vår undersökningsgrupp består av sammanlagt sexton intervjupersoner med olika utbildning och yrkesutövande i Hörby kommun.

This degree project deals with the concept of creativity and the creative output based on howSwedish upper-secondary design teachers within the Technical Engineering Programexperience this from a student's perspective. The project discusses how the concept creativityis interpreted and how the creative output is regarded by educationalists and professionaldesigners and how this then can be related to literature on the subject and in the steeringdocuments. The purpose of this degree project is to visualize the interviewees' viewpoint oncreativity and the significance of experience, skills, and environment for the creative outputand within the field of design. This in order to, in the pedagogic and didactic situation, enablethe improvement of teaching so that creativity and its output come to show. Moreover, theproject aims to create a ground for discussion of the view of the importance of these skills inthe pedagogic/didactic situation.In order to reach this aim, I have read literature on creativity from several perspectives andcarried out eight qualitative structured interviews: both with three educationalists withoutexperience within the design profession, and with two educationalists who are or have beenactive within the design profession, as well as with three professional designers.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the understanding of the diagnoses ADHD and DAMP within different professional categories in the educational system, how it is being addressed and how this affect their work with children diagnosed with ADHD or DAMP. We also wanted to shed some light on the debate between Kärfve and Gillberg, about whether the diagnoses of ADHD and DAMP are social constructed problems or biological and genetic disorders. More specifically, our study was of a qualitative nature and consisted of interviews with seven persons working in six different professions within the educational system. The respondents all worked in school environments but with varied roles and thus varied experience of children with ADHD/DAMP. The interviews and literature studies revealed the complexity of ADHD and DAMP and also the diversity of the debate regarding the diagnoses.

När företagsskandaler har inträffat har ofta revisorerna i företagen hamnat i fokus eftersom de inte ansets ha lyckats genomföra sitt granskningsuppdrag. Vid en revision kan ett objekt anses vara mer eller mindre viktigt att granska och vid en revision kan bedömningen ske på två skilda sätt. Revisorn kan antingen förlitar sig på tillgänglig programvara eller göra egna bedömningar av vad som ska granskas.Syfte: Uppsatsens syfte är att förklara om svenska revisorer gör enhetliga bedömningar, av omständigheter som kan orsaka oegentligheter, med tanke på att de tillhör en profession eller om bedömningar och arbetssättet skiljer sig åt med hänseende till revisorers erfarenhet och/eller byråtillhörighet.Metod: Studien har använt en deduktiv ansats vilket innebär att vi utgått från tidigare forskning för att generera hypoteser som sedan testats empirisk.

Introduktion: Karies är en kronisk och multifaktoriell sjukdom som uppstår av samspel mellan bakterier, föda och tandytan. I Sverige har kariesförekomsten tydligt minskat, men det är fortfarande vanlig sjukdom hos individer med utländsk bakgrund. Syfte: Syftet är att undersöka kost-, munhygien- och tandvårdsvanor hos en grupp med utländsk bakgrund.         Frågeställningar: Hur ser kostvanor ut för individer med utländsk bakgrund?   Hur ser munhygiensvanor ut för individer med utländsk bakgrund? Vilka tandvårdsvanor har individer med utländsk bakgrund?    Metod: Enkätundersökning genomfördes i två svenska mindre städer och studien inkluderade totalt 44 deltagare från Svenska för invandrare (SFI) i nivå C & D.    Resultat: Alla deltagarna besvarade att de rengör tänderna minst en gång per dag.

The aim of this study was to illuminate critical factors that facilitate respectively obstruct the novice nurse's development during her first year in the profession. The method used was a systematic literature review according to Goodman's model. The 8 qualitative scientific articles were scrutinized by using a form developed by Pedersen and Sigling (2002). The result shows that cognitive factors, stress, social factors as well as affective factors are critical during the novice nurse's first professional year. Operationspersonal är en grupp som behöver ha ett bra teamarbete med varandra, speciellt när det gäller att jobba för en säkrare vård för patienterna. I en operationssal jobbar ett multiprofessionellt team, där tillvaratagande av varandras kompetenser är en förutsättning för ett bra resultat. Operationssjuksköterskan, med sin unika kompetens, har tillsammans med resten av teamet ett ansvar för att bidra till ett gott och välfungerande teamarbete inne på salen. Syfte: Syftet med studien var att belysa operationssjuksköterskors upplevelser av att arbeta i ett team på en operationssal.

In Stockholm there are currently five women, out of a total of 102 employees, working in public sports arenas. In sports arenas men are numerically superior amongst the workers as well as the visitors. These arenas are in many ways male dominated, masculinized environments. In this essay I investigate the reasons behind the uneven distribution, in terms of gender, among sports arena workers. I do this by interviewing seven female sports arena workers (the five current and two former), and by observing their workplaces.

Studiens syfte var att utifrån ett professions perspektiv, undersöka samverkan mellan idrottslärare och sjukgymnaster, i förhållande till idrottsundervisning för elever med funktionsnedsättning. Syftet var också att belysa vilka konsekvenser denna samverkan har för elevers delaktighet i ämnet idrott och hälsa enligt idrottslärare och sjukgymnaster.  Kvalitativa intervjuer genomfördes med fem idrottslärare och fem sjukgymnaster. Intervjuerna transkriberades, analyserades innehållsmässigt och kategoriserades. Bearbetningen mynnade ut i 15 teman som beskriver idrottslärarnas respektive sjukgymnasternas subjektiva uppfattningar om idrottsundervisning för elever med funktionsnedsättning, om respektive profession uppdrag/förväntningar samt om samverkan mellan idrottslärare och sjukgymnast.
