Performance measurement systems are important tools for achieving the policies set out within an organization, measuring and evaluating performance is a way to see where improvements in efficiency may be necessary in the business. Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is one of several measuring systems, where the focus is on measuring non-financial performances.

Ett viktigt område inom arbetsterapi är att stödja personer att finna aktivitetsbalans i sin vardag. Personer med de neuropsykiatriska sjukdomarna ADHD och Aspergers syndrom har ofta svårigheter som kan kopplas till detta. Syfte med denna studie var att beskriva hur arbetsterapeuter resonerar och arbetar med aktivitetsbalans med personer som har ADHD eller Aspergers syndrom. Åtta halvstrukturerade intervjuer genomfördes med arbetsterapeuter som arbetar med dessa diagnosgrupper. Datan analyserades med hjälp av kvalitativ innehållsanalys och resulterade i tre kategorier: Balans och obalans påverkar aktivitetsområden; Personen och omgivningens betydelse för aktivitetsbalans; Att möjliggöra aktivitetsbalans.

The survey aims to highlight and describe how the schools' teaching strategies look like in the work of pupils from the neuropsychiatric disability AD/HD (Attention Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder). The pedagogical strategies have been investigated in an integrated and segregated teaching method. The study is qualitative in nature where the interviews conducted, first with a student who has been diagnosed AD/HD but also with teachers from each school who is well versed in student teaching and work. The results of the study show that knowledge and commitment about AD/HD is crucial to students' role and function in school. If knowledge and commitment is sufficient for the student teaching tailored to student needs and the risk of misunderstandings occur decreases. Security is a key factor for students who have been diagnosed AD/HD and learning form in itself is no guarantee that students will feel safe. Students have in the two teaching methods stressed that they feel safe at school and with their education and therefore has no teaching method preferred.

Föräldrar till barn med ADHD lever med dagliga utmaningar, de behöver stöd och information. En förutsättning för detta är att vårdpersonalen har kunskaper om ADHD. Syfte: Syftet var att belysa hur föräldrar till barn och ungdomar med ADHD upplevde mötet med vårdpersonal. Metod: En allmän litteraturstudie genomfördes och nio artiklar granskades, analyserades och inkluderades i studien.

In my paper I have examined the United Nations role in the democratization of Kosovo. In order to complete this purpose I have asked two questions? Syftet med arbetet är att presentera en handlingsplan för lärare som vill använda sig av studieteknik i historieundervisningen. Genom att sammanväva teorier om inlärning, utveckling, studieteknik, historiemedvetande, identitet, lärobokstexter, minnet och hjärnan presenteras dels en förberedande handlingsplan dels en utförande handlingsplan. I den förberedande handlingsplanen är målet att eleverna skall bli effektiva i sitt användande av studieteknik. Syftet med denna studie var att, utifrån ett lärar- och elevperspektiv, undersöka olika faktorers betydelse för inkludering av elever med ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) i skolan. I studien lades fokus på tre faktorer som, enligt tidigare forskning, har betydelse vid inkludering av elever med ADHD i skolan: förväntningar och bemötande, den fysiska miljön samt anpassat arbetssätt. Som undersökningsinstrument valdes i denna studie kvalitativa individuella intervjuer med sammanlagt sex informanter: tre tidigare elever med ADHD samt tre lärare. I svaren från eleverna framkom att lärares låga förväntningar på elever med ADHD samt den negativa stämplingen på eleverna påverkade utfallet av skolgången negativt. Den fysiska miljön hade betydelse för elevernas koncentrationsförmåga men lärarnas och elevernas uppfattningar kring de viktigaste distraktionsfaktorerna i klassrumsmiljön skiljde sig åt. Lärarna i studien ansåg att anpassning är av stor betydelse för att inkludering av elever med ADHD ska få ett lyckat utfall.

The purpose of this examination paper has been to examine the situation for Swedish as a Second Language Programs in relationship to their interaction with the parents of the stu-dents. This case study was performed at two schools in the county of Stockholm. A com-parative analysis of both national and local documents for school governance was used to analyse the contents for incidents of parental involvement in schooling. Furthermore, qualitative semi-structured interviews were carried out with five staff-members holding key positions. The findings of the study are that schools tend to practice parental involve-ment only to the level that it is recommended in the national documents.

This thesis is largely about museums and their role and development in and for society. With a field/case study of the District Six Museum in Cape Town, we try to encapsulate a modern function for museums within a context of 1) the current worldwide discussion on museums and their future, and 2) the development of a new democratic nation in South Africa, and museums possible role in that process. Through analysis of interviews made with concerned people within and outside the District Six museum weintend to get a picture of the views on this particular museum and its role and function, for its community and society at large, plus for other museums, as a possible role model. The purpose of this essay is to analyze the ideological development of the former communist parties and the contemporary left-wing socialist parties of the Nordic countries. It is aimed at the two decades that have passed since the collaps of the Berlin wall and the parties at hand are; the Norwegian Sosialistisk Venstre, the Danish Socialistisk Folkeparti, the Swedish Vänsterpartiet and the Finnish Vasemmistoliitto. Since the 1960´s these parties have undergone major ideological changes with reference to a widening of their political agenda to an inclusion of democratic ideals as well as the new ideologies of feminism and ecologism. Thus reforming them into modern left-wing socialist parties at different times. The main hypothesis is formulated from the idea that there must be a connection between the startingpoint of reformation and the degree of modernism/traditionalism they show today.

Syftet med litteraturstudien var att beskriva hur kvinnor med typ 2-diabetes upplever att leva med sin sjukdom.  Dessa upplevelser påverkar hur kvinnan kan sköta sin egenvård men också ge information om hur sjuksköterskan kan stödja kvinnan. When a combined heat and power plant produces heat and power it often faces a deficit of heat load during the summer or other periods of time. This heat is often unnecessarily cooled away or the power production has to be reduced or shut off. If it is possible to store heat from periods with low heat demand to periods with high heat demand one can get many benefits. Among these benefits are: increased power production, decreased operation with partial load, uniformly distributed load.To be able to store heat in situations like this long-term thermal heat storages are needed. In this thesis five different types of stores are presented: rock cavern storage, tank storage, pit water storage, borehole storage and aquifer storage.
