Bullying is something that is often times talked about in relation to school, in spite of that it's still something that is a very common problem. It is also rarely ever clearly defined, and is subject to a heap of different definitions. In order to prevent something, we must first understand it, and therefore define it. With that the purpose of this study is to examine swedish preschool-teachers definitions of bullying. How do they define bullying? Do their definitions differ from one another?The investigation was qualitative and used qualitative interview methods to interview four pre-school teachers about their deifnitions of bullying.

The purpose of this thesis is to describe property definition and special boundary demarcation and to analyze the differences between the two cadastral procedures. Property boundaries, especially unlawfully determined boundaries created through unofficial parcelling, can create conflicts between landowners and make it diffi-cult to know which land that a property contains of. It is possible to clarify the boundary conditions through a property definition or through a special boundary demarcation re-establish boundary marks.The methods used are: (1) A literature review to collect background information, (2) A case study to summarize court cases and (3) A questionnaire study to collect opinions from cadastral surveyors.The result is summarized in two comparisons. Firstly between restoration of landmark and special boundary demarcation (which replaced restoration of landmark in a legislative change in 2010), which demonstrated that the change in the law is considered positive because special boundary demarcation gives a legal effect on the boundaries. Secondly between property definition and special boundary demarcation which demonstrated that the two procedures are similar to each other.

Bakgrund: Allt mer av den palliativa vården bedrivs i hemmiljö. Sjuksköterskor träffar ofta närstående som vårdar svårt sjuka och döende personer i hemmet. Vården idag tar inte vara på de närståendes möjligheter och kunskaper. Vårdpersonalen fokuserar på den sjuke och glömmer bort de närståendes behov. Syfte: Var att belysa närståendes erfarenheter av att leva nära en svårt sjuk och döende person i hemmiljö Metod: Metoden som användes var en självbiografistudie, där materialet analyserades med en narrativ metod.

The establishment of loan-based structures within a group of associated enterprises with the purpose of lowering the group's taxes by using deductible interest payments to transfer money has become increasingly popular in Sweden during the past few years. The legislator has therefore implemented new laws which restrict the amount of interest payments that are deductible within a group of associated enterprises. As a consequence the definition of associated enterprises has become of high importance. The definition has been criticized and is perceived by many as vague and difficult to interpret. The purpose of this thesis is to examine the definition of associated enterprises in Swedish tax law with the aim of clarifying its scope and meaning.

The purpose of this thesis is to examine whether the concept of permanent establishment, as defined in Article 5 of the OECD Model Tax Convention on Income and Capital, is applicable to electronic commerce and if so whether the current definition is able to appropriately deal with the challenges of electronic commerce.In 2003, the OECD added a new section to the Commentary on the Model Tax Convention on Article 5. The new section is a clarification on the application of the permanent establishment definition in electronic commerce.The current definition of permanent establishment in the Model Tax Convention relies on the physical presence of a foreign corporation as the threshold for source taxation. Att drabbas av obotlig sjukdom och invänta döden påverkar en person på många sätt. Syftet med denna studie var att beskriva en persons upplevelse av att som obotligt sjuk invänta döden. En självbiografisk bok analyserades med kvalitativ manifest innehållsanalys. Analysen resulterade i sex slutkategorier. Resultatet visade att sjukdomen och den väntade döden förändrade personen så att livet inte kunde levas som förut.

Denna studie beskriver hur hela familjen med dess olika familjemedlemmar, påverkas på olika sätt när en förälder drabbas av en cancersjukdom. Föräldrarnas erfarenheter omfattar både deras syn på hur föräldrarollen och parrelationen påverkas samt hur de uppfattar att barnen, tonåringarna och/ eller de unga vuxna påverkas när den ena föräldern är sjuk samt vilken betydelse eventuellt erbjudna samtal har haft.  Även barnen, tonåringarna och de unga vuxna som anhöriga i åldrarna 10-25 år, har givit sin syn på hur de upplever att de själva och föräldrarna påverkats av att den ena föräldern har/har haft en cancersjukdom och vilken betydelse eventuellt erbjudna samtal har haft.Denna studie visar bland annat att partnern skattar högre påverkan för sig själv och sina barn än föräldern som är patient, och att de unga vuxna är mera påverkade av förälderns cancersjukdom än vad föräldrarna tror.   .

Until the 1st of January 2003 there were thirteen processed meat products provided with name protection in Sweden. These products had to contain a certain amount of meat and/or a certain amount of fat to be allowed to carry a recognized name. Among these thirteen products, one could find, for example, meat balls (köttbullar), liver pâté (leverpastej), and Falun sausage (Falukorv). While imports of these products started to increase, the system with name protection lost its ability to guarantee a certain quality for all products sold in Sweden and the legislation was removed on December 31st 2002. At the same time, a common definition of meat was adopted in the European Union.

Det råder delade uppfattningar hos sjukvårdspersonal angående närståendes närvaro vid det akuta omvårdnadsskedet. Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att beskriva närståendes upplevelser av att närvara och de speciella behov de har i samband med akut omhändertagandet av kritiskt sjuk anhörig. I studien inkluderades 12 artiklar som analyserades med kvalitativ innehållsanalys. Resultatet visade att närstående hade en stark önskan att få närvara vid akut omhändertagande och upplevdes ofta bidra till positiva effekter för hela familjen, men också stressande och otäckt då upplevelserna växlade mellan hopp och förtvivlan. Närstående hade behov av god kommunikation, information, personals engagemang och tillgänglighet till den sjuke och personal.

This essay concerns medical- and dental tourism. The main purpose with the essay was to study which factors that affects Swedish choices to seek medical- and dental care abroad and therefore reach an understanding for Swedish medical- and dental tourism to other countries. The aim has also been to try to reach an insight in how Swedish medical- and dental tourism might develop the future. The study is based on qualitative interviews with five officials who were well-grounded in the field. The theoretical framework concerned the need of travel, push- and pull factors, Maslow?s hierarchy of needs and the thinking about needs within business activities.

Nearly half of the worlds population is individuals under the age of eighteen. The UN Convention on the Rights of the Child state in its first article that a child is ?every human being below the age of 18 years?. Our aim and purpose with this essay is to problemize this broad definition. Our hypothesis is that the definition brought by the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child is too wide and therefore brings difficulties when children of different ages beneath eighteen should and shall be treated the same.

In this paper I propose a definition on what right-wing populism is, by comparing three right-wing populist parties; the Swedish Democrats in Sweden, the Danish Folks Party in Denmark and the Progress Party in Norway. This is also my question formulation. I have used the idea analysis to straighten out the concept of right-wing populism. The purpose of this paper is to make a definition of the concept of right-wing populism, since one seldom speaks of what right-wing populism is but rather only uses it with parties who want to decrease immigration. However is it much more to a right-wing populist party than just the immigration question.      I begin by discussing the previous research about populism and right-wing populism to see what conclusions previous researchers have made.

AbstractIn 1998 the United Nations held a diplomatic conference on the establishment of an International Criminal Court in Rome. In the end of the conference the negotiating states adopted the Rome Statute by which an international criminal court was established. The court, which entered into force on 1 July 2002, has jurisdiction over the crimes of genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes. The court also has jurisdiction over the crimes of aggression but the court will only be able to exercise its jurisdiction of this crime category when the member states of the court have found a definition of the crime.In the draft statute, which was prepared before the conference, acts of terrorism were a proposed crime. With the starting-point in the Rome conference this essay studies how the working-definition of crimes of terrorism was elaborated in the draft statute and how the state delegations viewed the crime.

Barn som växt upp med en psykiskt sjuk förälder har i dag, efter åratal av osynlighet, fått alltmer utrymme och uppmärksamhet i massmedia. I detta examensarbete undersöktes, genom en litteraturstudie, hur barn till psykiskt sjuka föräldrar har påverkats med avseende på sårbarhet, friskfaktorer samt samhällets del i processen för en sund utveckling hos dessa barn. Löper dessa barn större risk att själva drabbas av en psykisk sjukdom och i sådant fall är den biologiskt eller socialt betingad? Det talas om ?maskrosbarn?, det vill säga barn som överlever en traumatisk barndom och klarar sig över förväntan bra. Hur kommer det sig att inte alla dessa barn drabbas av psykiska men? Hur gör samhället för att skydda dessa barn? Vilka teoretiska förklaringar ges för att beskriva de effekter som de psykiskt sjuka föräldrarna har på sina barn?
