Med anledning av försvarsmaktens omstrukturering ställs det nya krav på förbandens ledningsstrukturer. Som en viktig del i sammanhanget ligger behovet av att kunna leda och samordna förbanden så att största möjliga effekt kan uppnås. Begreppet områdesansvar används som ett begrepp för att på slagfältet bland annat definiera ansvarsfördelningen mellan chefer. Dagens definition av områdesansvar och dess innebörd kan ifrågasättas med anledning av försvarsmaktens utveckling. Syftet med uppsatsen är att mot bakgrund av genomförd omstrukturering enligt regeringspropositionen 1999, definiera begreppet områdesansvar på det framtida slagfältet.

This is a discourse analysis concerning the visions for Malmö's future. Three concepts are studied to see which meaning these are given in the Malmö context. The studied concepts are ? development (utveckling), industry (näringsliv) and citizen (befolkning).The meanings of these concepts are studied against a backdrop of theories of inclusion/exclusion in general and inclusion/exclusion in the city more specific. Michael Foucault´s notion of a discourse which stigmatizes those not following a behaviour which is defined as being right and normal is central to this.

This survey aims to investigate and analyze how six teachers on a high school in Stockholm reflect on pedagogical aspects of problem based learning( PBL). The survey focuses on ana-lyzing how the teachers relate to the benefits and problems of PBL and how they reflect on the students development. The survey was conducted on a high school and the method used for the study was interviews, each taking 30-45 minutes. The outcome of the survey indicates that the teachers sees problem based learning as an alternative to what they define as tradi-tional education regarding its epistemology. They indicate that PBL allows the students to define their own questions, to be carriers of knowledge and to evolve analytic skills in relation to the basegroup.

Att känna hopp när en närstående är sjuk kan upplevas som en berg och dalbana. Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att beskriva närståendes upplevelse av hopp när en person drabbas av sjukdom. Litteraturstudien är baserad på tjugotre vetenskapliga artiklar som analyserats med en manifest kvalitativ innehållsanalys. Analysen resulterade i fyra kategorier: Hopp påverkas av information, Andlighet och alternativa metoder ger en känsla av hopp, Relationer med andra människor ger hopp och Hopp är under ständig förändring. Det framkom att information och kunskap om sjukdomen bidrog till att närstående kände hopp, men att information inte alltid gavs ut rätt eller att det uteblev helt..

Vi har valt att genomföra en undersökning om elevernas och lärarnas uppfattningar om simundervisning. Under vår idrottsutbildning idrott och hälsa på Lärarhögskolan i Stockholm växte intresset inom simundervisning. Vi insåg hur viktigt det var med simning i skolan och vad konsekvenserna av att inte kunna simma kan bli. En nationell utvärdering visar på att 0,5 % av alla deltagande elever i År 9 som har fått MVG i ämnet idrott och hälsa inte är simkunniga och med detta ville vi se vilka förutsättningar skolor har för att kunna bedriva simundervisning. Studien som vi har genomfört syftar till att se hur idrottslärarna uppfattar deras resurser i form av tillgång till simhall och tider för att bedriva simundervisning i År 9 samt att se hur skolorna får stöd av kommunen och de olika styrdokumenten för ämnet idrott och hälsa.

The concept of the work-first principle (arbetslinjen) might be considered old, but still serves as the main principle as well as an instrument in the Swedish labour market and social policy today. The original idea was that work and willingness to work was to be rewarded, especially due to a common opposition against the passive receipt of grants. The general definition of work, today, is that it is something desirable that should be achieved and that unemployed primarily will be offered training or work rather than grants and subsidies. When the Moderate party re-launched themselves as Sweden's "workers' party of today", in the beginning of the 2000's, the concept was brought back into the spotlight. In the elections of 2006 and 2010, the labour market was widely debated and become a controversial issue, with the concept of the work-first principle playing a major role.The purpose of this thesis is to analyse and problematize how the concept was presented and explained in the nationwide newspapers Aftonbladet and Svenska Dagbladet during the 2010 elections, this in order to increase the understanding of the concept?s contemporary definition and policy implications.

The aim of this study was to examine young adult cannabis users? attitudes towards cannabis and their perception of the normalization of cannabis. The purpose was also to explore how their views of cannabis correspond with norms regarding cannabis. This study is based on interviews with five young adult cannabis users. The theoretical framework is based on Parker?s normalization thesis, Goffman?s notion of stigma, Becker?s definition of outsiders and the definition of social identity developed by Stone.

The aim of this study was to understand how staff at residential homes for unaccompanied children experiences their professional role. The main focus of the study was on how the staff defines their professional role and how they handle the situation to be close and at the same time keep a distance towards the children in care. Five women and two men were interviewed at five different residential homes for unaccompanied children. By symbolic interactionism we are able to see that the professional roles are shaped through interaction with the children in care as well as in relation to colleagues. The main role for the staff is to build up a relationship with the children.

SammanfattningBakgrund: 1995 års psykiatrireform har inneburit en förändring där den psykiatriska vården numera bedrivs till största del inom primär-/ öppenvården och från patientens hem. Anhöriga till personer med psykisk sjukdom har fått en ny roll, från att ha varit utestängda från psykiatrin ska de numera ses som en resurs och vara en del av sin närståendes vård. Konsekvensen av detta har medfört att anhöriga känner ett stort ansvar för deras nära som är psykiskt sjuk.  Att dela vardagen med en närstående som är psykiskt sjuk kan medföra en påverkan på det dagliga livet i form av konstant oro och stress men även påfrestningar på familjerelationerna.Syfte: Syftet är att belysa upplevelser hos anhöriga till personer med psykisk ohälsa samt deras erfarenheter av kontakten med den psykiatriska vården.Metod: Litteraturöversikt bestående av 12 stycken kvalitativa artiklar granskade enligt Fribergs (2012a) steg för analys. Funna likheter har sammanställts i teman och subteman. Den teoretiska utgångspunkt som valdes är Joyce Travelbees mellanmänskliga relation då den beskriver mötet mellan människor och förklarar etablerandet av en vårdrelation.Resultat: Anhöriga upplevde sig ha ett behov av bekräftelse, få tydlig information, känna delaktighet och bli erbjudna stöd för att lindra bördan.

The aim of this study is to better understand the Swedish concept of ?förebyggande socialt arbete?, preventive social work. I have conducted eleven qualitative interviews with different key persons and skaters, together with participant observation. During the process of analyzing the material I have used Randall Collins´ concepts of interaction ritual chains together with Jean Laves and Etienne Wengers concept of situated learning. The answers could be split up in three areas, first those who regard prevention work as building good things for the future.

Research about what differences and similarities exists between UNHCR and UNRWA in the opinion of a refugee?This examination focuses on a study between The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and THE United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA). Both organizations are UN-related and are in charge of refugees, however they differ by the fact the UNHCR controls all of the world?s refugees with the exception of the Palestinian refugees, for which UNRWA. The aim of this work will be to examine the definition of refugees as well as their entitlements and in what way they differ depending on which organization they belong to.As theory I have, among others, used Rainer Bauböck?s book ? Transnational Citizenship?.

År 2009 antogs för första gången en ISO-standard om riskhantering, ISO 31000:2009. Den är tänkt att kunna användas inom alla samhällssektorer. Kunskapen om standardens utbredning, såväl inom privat som offentlig sektor är i dagsläget låg. Denna uppsats syftar till att undersöka i vilken utsträckning standarden används av kommuner och landsting. Den syftar vidare till att undersöka hur dessa aktörers riskhantering i vissa avseenden förhåller sig till råden i standarden.

Detta är en undersökning med syftet att ta reda på vad en groupie är, vad det är som driver unga kvinnor att bli groupies samt hur det har sett ut från 1960-talet fram till idag. Detta då groupies fått dåligt rykte som några som enbart är ute efter att ha sex med rockstjärnor.Jag har utifrån intervjuer och litteraturstudier av biografier samlat in empiri från Lexa Vonn, Nikki McWatters och Pamela des Barres till undersökningen. Detta material har jag sen kopplat ihop med teorier om fans och fanskap för att komma fram till en slutsats. Resultatet visar att groupies drivs av kärlek till musiken och rockkulturen samt att de känner en samhörighet med musikerna de beundrar. Deras egen definition av vad en groupie är stämmer väldigt bra överrens med Sandvoss definition av fans.

Syftet med studien är att söka förståelse för hur svenska små och medelstora företag arbetar med CSR implementering på en utvecklingsmarknad och vilka problem och möjligheter de möter i arbetet med detta.   .
