Europeiska Unionen (EU) arbetar bland annat med att förebygga diskriminering mellan medlemsstaterna. Diskriminering kan förekomma när en person från en medlemsstat väljer att etablera sig i en annan medlemsstat. Diskriminering föreligger när två liknande situationer behandlas olika, vilket även är innebörden av likhetsprincipen som tillämpas när dessa situationer ska fastställas. En särbehandling kan bero på nationalitet eller hemvist. Diskriminering på grund av nationalitet benämns som öppen diskriminering och en särbehandling som grundas på hemvist kallas för dold diskriminering.

The validation involved evaluation of the assaylinearity, precision, stability and recovery.The method was proved to be linear for both TruLab control and Medinor control.

I en demokratiskt rättsstat som Sverige ska inte myndigheterna ges godtyckliga befogenheter utan detta ska klart och tydligt framgå av lag. Legalitetsprincipen och föreskriftskravet sätter gränser för detta då de måste ha lagstöd i sin myndighetsutövning. Då myndigheter fattar integritetskränkande beslut mot enskild måste det föregås av en noggrann proportionalitetsavvägning mellan myndighetens kontrollintresse och den enskildes skyddsintresse. Åtgärden måste således stå i proportion till ändamålet. Skatteförfarandet avseende tredjemansrevision är ett omdiskuterat förfarande.

During the last 50 years the production of milk per cow has increased. This has, however, been followed by a decreased reproductive performance. Shorter and more indistinct signs of oestrus make it harder for the Swedish farmers to discover when the cows are in oestrus. There is a need for ways to control reproduction. The use of pheromones could possibly provide means to satisfy this need.

This thesis examines a project that has been conducted at a software development company. The aim is to investigate which problems firms of this kind faces performing projects. We choose a theoretical frame consisting of a modern view on how to manage projects. The view argues that the management of each project has to be adapted to the situation at hand. This theory is divided into two separate streams of reasoning; one emphasize learning, delegation of responsibility and flexibility, while the other argues for control, time planning and the importance of keeping to the plans.When we compare the theories to the case we draw three main conclusions: A thorough phase of investigation is required to produce the necessary planning documents.

How does a corporation work during the recruitment phase to entice and motivate younger members to work for their organization?The aim is to examine in which grade corporations and organizations? recruitment needs to adapt to encounter Generation Y on the labour market.The base in our method is abduction and our research is based on a qualitative method. We have fulfilled interviews with corporations such as Scania, Skatteverket, Swedbank and Appelqvist & Ottoson HR AB.Corporations need in a sense change their recruitment and emphasis their resources to sell the whole corporation and its image to the young job applicant. The younger members demand a total impression of the corporation to implement an interest and to get motivated to work there. Together with our respondents we have realized that Generation Y has higher demands on their workplace than earlier generations..

Syftet med detta examensarbete var att utvärdera användbarheten hos gränssnitten i FDT Avance. Utvärderingen utfördes med hjälp av en enkät som baserades på Nielsens (1993) definition av användbarhet och Nielsen & Macks (1994) heuristiker. Resultaten visade att graden av användbarhet kan anses vara god. Vidare visade resultaten på de viktigaste heuristikerna och de viktigaste användbarhetskomponenterna, samt vilka aspekter hos gränssnitten i FDT Avance som kan behöva modifieras. .

Betydelsen för redovisning av immateriella tillgångar har på senare tid kommit att öka. Det beror mycket på att det anglosaxiska synsättet, som kräver att finansiella rapporter skall ge en rättvisande bild, har blivit allt mer utbrett. Immateriella tillgångar kan klassificeras i olika grupper, en av dem är intellektuella tillgångar som innefattar varumärken, patent och upphovsrätter. År 2005 infördes IAS-förordningen i Sverige. Det innebar att alla koncerner skulle tillämpa IFRS/IAS i sin redovisning.

This master thesis holds a modelling in Simulink for a physical model of a main battletank tower, a three-phase induction motor and some mechanics. The aim of this work is to connect an earlier project at AerotechTelub, named StabSim to another called Eldris. In StabSim it has been made a Simulink model of the align and stabilisation system in a main battle tank 122 and in Eldris it has been build a physical model of a main battle tank tower. In this thesis the models that differs between Eldris and a real tower is changed in StabSim, and the parts that only exist in Eldris is added, for example a torque generating system which purpose is to make the model to behave like a real tower in control application, although it only has half the inertia as a real tower. The thesis even includes proposing a calculation of the torque that the torque generating system will actuate at the model..

Transformation of inorganic mercury (Hg) to methyl mercury (MeHg) is a biotic process that is proposed to be conducted primarily by sulphate reducing bacteria (SRB). The formation of MeHg is of great interest because it is the mercury species that biomagnifies to the greatest extent in the aquatic food webs; about 90 % of all Hg in fish is MeHg. Our understanding of factors involved in the production of MeHg is very important for making a reliable risk assessment. The purposes of this study were to investigate the different factors that control the solubility of Hg and the production of MeHg in a contaminated lake sediment. The lake Ala-Lombolo, Kiruna municipality, is well-known to be contaminated by mercury from different sources. Sediment cores were sampled at three different locations (N, SW and SE) in the lake and divided in three different layers; 0-5, 5-10 and 10-15 cm.

This study is an investigation of how fa?adism can be understood as an act of conservation and compensation in Sweden, through the definition of fa?adism as the act of retaining or reconstructing an existing fa?ade with the construction of a new building behind the fa?ade. The study is executed through an investigation and analysis of the definition of fa?adism, arguments for and against fa?adism related to authenticity, and through an analysis of how current legislation, policies and charters regarding conservation and/or compensation can support or counteract fa?adism. The first part of this study is executed through a literature study of fa?adism on an international level.

This report describes the development of a sample loader for my diploma work at Q-linea AB in Uppsala. The sample loader will replace the process of loading fluid samples into Q-linea?s instrument for biomolecule analysis. The earlier process was done by hand and was a time consuming and inefficient task.The work was initiated with a design phase where an overview of the system was created. The sample loader will be receiving text commands from a PC that coordinates all the subsystems like pumps and lasers on the analysis instrument.

The aim of this thesis was to find out how the teachers I have interviewed, felt that they worked with and looked at conflict management. The aim was also to find similarities and differences in teachers' ways of working with conflict. With the help of my questions, I got answers to what I wanted to explore in my essay. I used these questions: What strategies do the teachers I interviewed for managing conflicts in preschool? What tools do the teachers I interviewed see as most effective in the process of conflict management? Are there differences and similarities in the way that the teachers I interviewed work with current conflict? What factors, according to the informants starts a conflict? What is the teachers? definition of a conflict and how does their definition affect their approach when working with conflicts?In my study, I have used a qualitative approach in the form of structured interview, to get material for my thesis.

Vår uppsats handlar om begreppet utanförskap och dess breda handlingsområde. Utanförskap är ett begrepp som under den senaste tiden blivit ett vanligt slagord i massmedier och i det offentliga politiska samtalet. I den politiska diskursen om utanförskap finns det ett bestämt sätt att prata om invandrare, bidragsberoende och kriminella som stående utanför samhället. Inom det sociala arbetet används utanförskapsbegreppet som ett symboliskt och metaforiskt begrepp för att beskriva olika slags sociala problem. Under 2014 kom det även ut flera samhällskritiska hiphop-låtar som hade begreppet ?Utanförskap? som rubrik.

Ordet attraktiv stad används dagligen, men själva begreppet är komplex och svårdefinierat. Å ena sidan den är stark kopplad till individens egen uppfattning och åt andra sidan rymmer den många olika faktorer. Utifrån litteratur som studerades så framkom det att ett fysiskt rum i detta fall en attraktiv stad är svår att planera om inte begreppet fastställs. Det finns många teoretiker som har försökt förklara begreppet och rymma in alla faktorer under en och samma definition. Trots detta allomfattande forskningen finns det idag ingen fastställd teori eller konkret definition på vad som utgör en attraktiv stad, varken i den nyare eller äldre litteratur.I examensarbetet undersöks begreppet attraktiv stad/ attraktiv småstad.
