Med den relationella ansatsen som grund syftar studien till att unders?ka hur fritidsl?rare arbetar med relationer och omsorg i fritidshemmet f?r att skapa en trygg milj?. Genom en kvalitativ intervjustudie med sex fritidsl?rare unders?ks deras erfarenheter, perspektiv och strategier f?r att skapa en omsorgsfull och st?djande milj?. Fokus ligger p? hur fritidsl?rarna ser p? vikten av att bygga och uppr?tth?lla tillitsfulla relationer med barnen, samt hur de hanterar sv?righeter och utmaningar.

Vi har valt att genomföra en undersökning om elevernas och lĂ€rarnas uppfattningar om simundervisning. Under vĂ„r idrottsutbildning idrott och hĂ€lsa pĂ„ LĂ€rarhögskolan i Stockholm vĂ€xte intresset inom simundervisning. Vi insĂ„g hur viktigt det var med simning i skolan och vad konsekvenserna av att inte kunna simma kan bli. En nationell utvĂ€rdering visar pĂ„ att 0,5 % av alla deltagande elever i År 9 som har fĂ„tt MVG i Ă€mnet idrott och hĂ€lsa inte Ă€r simkunniga och med detta ville vi se vilka förutsĂ€ttningar skolor har för att kunna bedriva simundervisning. Studien som vi har genomfört syftar till att se hur idrottslĂ€rarna uppfattar deras resurser i form av tillgĂ„ng till simhall och tider för att bedriva simundervisning i År 9 samt att se hur skolorna fĂ„r stöd av kommunen och de olika styrdokumenten för Ă€mnet idrott och hĂ€lsa.

The concept of the work-first principle (arbetslinjen) might be considered old, but still serves as the main principle as well as an instrument in the Swedish labour market and social policy today. The original idea was that work and willingness to work was to be rewarded, especially due to a common opposition against the passive receipt of grants. The general definition of work, today, is that it is something desirable that should be achieved and that unemployed primarily will be offered training or work rather than grants and subsidies. When the Moderate party re-launched themselves as Sweden's "workers' party of today", in the beginning of the 2000's, the concept was brought back into the spotlight. In the elections of 2006 and 2010, the labour market was widely debated and become a controversial issue, with the concept of the work-first principle playing a major role.The purpose of this thesis is to analyse and problematize how the concept was presented and explained in the nationwide newspapers Aftonbladet and Svenska Dagbladet during the 2010 elections, this in order to increase the understanding of the concept?s contemporary definition and policy implications.

The aim of this study was to examine young adult cannabis users? attitudes towards cannabis and their perception of the normalization of cannabis. The purpose was also to explore how their views of cannabis correspond with norms regarding cannabis. This study is based on interviews with five young adult cannabis users. The theoretical framework is based on Parker?s normalization thesis, Goffman?s notion of stigma, Becker?s definition of outsiders and the definition of social identity developed by Stone.

The aim of this study was to understand how staff at residential homes for unaccompanied children experiences their professional role. The main focus of the study was on how the staff defines their professional role and how they handle the situation to be close and at the same time keep a distance towards the children in care. Five women and two men were interviewed at five different residential homes for unaccompanied children. By symbolic interactionism we are able to see that the professional roles are shaped through interaction with the children in care as well as in relation to colleagues. The main role for the staff is to build up a relationship with the children.

What we will examine in our essay will only be the two first mentioned components, multicultural and multiscientific programs and courses.We have also had the intention to do a comparison with an earlier essay from 1997 made by two economics students, and put our results in contrast to the earlier results since there were no previous research after this one.

The aim of this study is to better understand the Swedish concept of ?förebyggande socialt arbete?, preventive social work. I have conducted eleven qualitative interviews with different key persons and skaters, together with participant observation. During the process of analyzing the material I have used Randall CollinsŽ concepts of interaction ritual chains together with Jean Laves and Etienne Wengers concept of situated learning. The answers could be split up in three areas, first those who regard prevention work as building good things for the future.

Research about what differences and similarities exists between UNHCR and UNRWA in the opinion of a refugee?This examination focuses on a study between The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and THE United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA). Both organizations are UN-related and are in charge of refugees, however they differ by the fact the UNHCR controls all of the world?s refugees with the exception of the Palestinian refugees, for which UNRWA. The aim of this work will be to examine the definition of refugees as well as their entitlements and in what way they differ depending on which organization they belong to.As theory I have, among others, used Rainer Bauböck?s book ? Transnational Citizenship?.

År 2009 antogs för första gĂ„ngen en ISO-standard om riskhantering, ISO 31000:2009. Den Ă€r tĂ€nkt att kunna anvĂ€ndas inom alla samhĂ€llssektorer. Kunskapen om standardens utbredning, sĂ„vĂ€l inom privat som offentlig sektor Ă€r i dagslĂ€get lĂ„g. Denna uppsats syftar till att undersöka i vilken utstrĂ€ckning standarden anvĂ€nds av kommuner och landsting. Den syftar vidare till att undersöka hur dessa aktörers riskhantering i vissa avseenden förhĂ„ller sig till rĂ„den i standarden.

Detta Àr en undersökning med syftet att ta reda pÄ vad en groupie Àr, vad det Àr som driver unga kvinnor att bli groupies samt hur det har sett ut frÄn 1960-talet fram till idag. Detta dÄ groupies fÄtt dÄligt rykte som nÄgra som enbart Àr ute efter att ha sex med rockstjÀrnor.Jag har utifrÄn intervjuer och litteraturstudier av biografier samlat in empiri frÄn Lexa Vonn, Nikki McWatters och Pamela des Barres till undersökningen. Detta material har jag sen kopplat ihop med teorier om fans och fanskap för att komma fram till en slutsats. Resultatet visar att groupies drivs av kÀrlek till musiken och rockkulturen samt att de kÀnner en samhörighet med musikerna de beundrar. Deras egen definition av vad en groupie Àr stÀmmer vÀldigt bra överrens med Sandvoss definition av fans.

Syftet med studien Àr att söka förstÄelse för hur svenska smÄ och medelstora företag arbetar med CSR implementering pÄ en utvecklingsmarknad och vilka problem och möjligheter de möter i arbetet med detta.   .

Much of the everyday work of teachers in pre-schools, schools and youth centers is based on experience. This study is a qualitative interview study intended to make visible the experiences of pre-school teachers in situations when children are considered to be in need of special support. I have looked at pre-school teachers? descriptions of the kinds of situations in which a child is estimated to be in need of special support, what teachers look for in a child to identify it as a child in need of special support in a specific situation, and how the teachers define special support. Both this study and previous research show that children?s estimated need of support depends on the situation and context the child is in. The pre-school teachers in this study identify common situations where children are estimated to be in need of special support, namely: in interaction with others, in structured situations, during changes of activities and during free play.

Temporary architecture is an alternative urban planning concept which has been adapted in many cities worldwide during the last decade. There is however no common definition for temporary architecture and it is diversely labelled and applied. In 2013 it also became publicly introduced in Stockholm via the approval of the city's first architectural guideline. Temporary architecture is presented in the guideline as a potential tool for exploring public spaces among other architecture related themes. The ideas for temporary architecture are ambitious and promising. The problem is that they are vague and leaves questions regarding performance unanswered.

DÄ internrevision utförs finns det tre deltagande parter, bestÀllaren, den som utför tjÀnsten och mottagaren. Syftet med den hÀr uppsatsen Àr att kartlÀgga och analysera om intrycket av internrevision för de som Àr mottagare stÀmmer överens med den nya definitionen av internrevision. För att besvara syftet har fyra olika aktörer intervjuats. Personliga intervjuer har genomförts med bankcheferna pÄ de fyra storbankerna i LuleÄ: Handelbanken, Nordea, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken och Swedbank. Resultaten som framkom av studien visar att de aktörer som intervjuats upplever internrevision vÀl överrensstÀmma med den nya definition som Institute of Internal Auditors antog 1999.
