Today we are living in a knowledge-society where knowledge sharing is of utmost importance for companies in order to keep their competitiveness. Therefore, it is a much debated issue - in both the academic and the corporate world - in what way one should handle the knowledge which continuously is created within companies. The aim of this study is to describe how practitioners share tacit knowledge within a large knowledge company. By that we aim to get an answer to how the chosen theoretical models regarding tacit knowledge relate to the empirical world. In this study we will focus on tacit knowledge in contrast to explicit one.

This thesis aims to respond to the need of adjust GMO politics for meeting the demands of the late-modern society and the changed condition that follows from an accelerating complexity. The central objective for this study is to contribute with a narrative understanding of Sweden?s GMO politics with the purpose of examine an alternative possibility for formulating and assessing the politics of biotechnology. This is done by investigate Sweden?s politics of GMO through a narrative approach.

Skyltfönster är en form av visuell kommunikation, och fungerar som företagens ansikte utåt och det skapar ofta en första bild hos mottagaren om företaget.  Enligt köpbeslutsprocessen är reklam den mest förekommande informationskälla som påverkar konsumenten i köpbeslutet. Denna studie kommer att utgå från Kotler och Kellers modell av köpbeslutsprocessen, som följer kunden före, under samt efter köpet. Modellen består av fem steg, problem erkännande, informationssökning, utvärdering av valmöjligheter, köpbeslut och efter köpbeteende.

My objective for this project was to create a short but thrilling 2D-animation intended as promotion for an online comic book. The purpose of the project was to learn more about animation and graphics, to further my artistic skills and to learn how to work in Adobe After Effects. I also wanted to learn more about scheduling, project methods and how to handle stress. During the ten weeks of the project I have created the story, the storyboard, the character design, the backgrounds and the animation. The voice over was recorded with the help of a fellow student who also made the music and the sound effects.

Detta arbete behandlar frågeställningen vilken beslutsalgoritm som är bäst lämpad att för att använda till ett artificiellt ekosystem i ett spel. Två beslutsalgoritmer jämförs, en dynamisk som bygger på maskin inlärning och en statisk som inte är kapabel att lära eller minnas.

The purpose of the study was twofold: to describe the audiologist's working process and to explore patient records written by audiologists according to structure, content and comprehensiveness. Method. Out of rules and regulations, code of ethics and literature concerning audiological rehabilitation from the audiologist's point of view, a model for the audiologist's working process was developed.

Scania is constantly trying to improve their product development process, the PD-process.The company, along with others, is optimizing their development process in order to gainadvantage in terms of shorter lead times and larger market shares. For this to happen, a wellorganized process is required.The PD-process is divided into three different phases that are linked together by a hand-overprocedure. Scania Bus has experienced problems that stem from a lack of hand-over routines,and as a result the product development process has been slowed down. This has a number ofconsequences, one of them being the complication of new project initiations.The main purpose of this master thesis was to review the hand-over procedure. The aim was also to identify which stages of the recruitment process that was vulnerable out of a gender equality perspective.

AbstractThis study examines the conclusions made by Roland Paris in his case study of fourteen major post-war reconstruction efforts following the end of the Cold War, and applies them to the current reconstruction process in post-war Iraq. Paris found a common denominator of the fourteen cases ? a belief that a rapid liberalization process, turning war-torn states into liberal market democracies, would foster sustainable peace. Idag går majoriteten av eleverna vidare från grundskolan till gymnasiet. Valalternativen är många och eleverna ställs inför ett beslut som kan vara svårt att ta. Studien handlar om gymnasievalet och beskriver skolan under 1900-talet samt karriärvägledningsteorier och socialpsykologiska teorier som kan appliceras på elevernas beslutsprocess.Syftet är att undersöka faktorer som påverkar eleverna i deras val för att ge ökade kunskaper och insikt till studie och yrkesvägledningens profession. I en undersökning med elever från det naturvetenskapliga programmet på gymnasiet har en kvantitativ metod använts. Parallellt har även en litteraturstudie bidragit med uppgifter från tidigare forskning inom området.

As my final project I planned to animate a movie. Usually I work with illustration and I see animation as the next step in my design work, to investigate how illustration and movement can collaborate. The purpose with my project was to develop my technical skills, improve my design process and broaden my work to eventually be able to work with animation. My ambition was to make an abstract animation and my focus was mainly on my personal process and knowledge. I also wanted to explore how much one can abstract a movie while still communicating a story or message..
