Hälsofrämjande och förebyggande arbete rörande barn och elevers hälsa och utveckling berör en rad olika arenor i samhället, jag har i min studie valt att koncentrera mig på skolan och de förebyggande program som kan finnas där. Mitt syfte med studien var att belysa hur valet av dessa förebyggande program går till, vem beslutar att de ska användas och vem efterfrågar programmen. Jag har i en kommun genomfört kvalitativa intervjuer med aktörer på olika nivåer i skolsystemet, ordföranden i barn- och utbildningsnämnden, förvaltningschefer i skolnämnderna samt tre rektorer, alla med rätt och förmåga att fatta beslut i sin verksamhet. Att jag valde de olika nivåerna i skolsystemet beror på att skolan ofta ses som en generell institution istället för det mångfald av olika organisationer som den faktiskt är (Karlsen & Persson 2004). Jag har därför valt att i min studie utgå från Gunnar Bergs (2003) teoriSkolan som institution och skolor som organisationer samt ett struktur- och aktörsperspektiv som en grund för att belysa det i förhållande till mitt syfte.I kommunen där jag genomförde min studie så var användandet av ICDP (International Child Development Programmes) och SET (Social och Emotionell Träning) utbrett.

It is in society's interest that news is conveyed in a correct and memorable manner. News contributes to general knowledge and increases awareness of other people's life situations. Because of news the population is able to follow and be a part of the political debate. Therefore, it is important that one remembers what one has seen, both in long and in short term, i.e. memorability is a critical aspect when it comes to news.The aim of this work was to study the news form a memorability perspective, that is, how long one remembers the news after watching them.

Detta examensarbete fokuserar på planering i en stad där tillväxt inte är det mest troliga scenariot. Staden i fråga är Söderhamn i Hälsingland som under de senaste 40 åren har genomgått en oavbruten befolkningsminskning. Orsakerna till detta är många och i dagsläget är det framför allt ungdomar som lämnar orten för möjligheter till arbete och utbildning i större städer där en hel del väljer att stanna kvar. Den långtgående stagnationen har satt sina spår i invånarnas attityd till Söderhamn och många av ortens unga upplever att det inte finns något där som tilltalar dem. Vid tiden för detta examensarbete arbetade Söderhamns kommun med att ta fram ett program för att utveckla stadens centrum.

In Europe, the central governments are the ones to coordinate the international standards and strategies regarding GPP; Green Public Procurement. However in Spain a GPP program was introduced late and only applied to the Central Government Institutions, (AGEA) (BOE nr. 027, 2008). These means that smaller administrations, such as, Autonomous Regions, Municipalities and Town Councils were not included in the program. The absence of a national program which excludes those governments made them introduce their own criteria for GPP, and the difference in criteria varies from one government to the other.

Syftet med denna examensuppsats är spegla hur det kan vara att undervisa på ett estetiskt program med bildinriktning på gymnasiet. Mina huvudfrågor har varit: Hur är det att arbeta som lärare med bild på ett estetiskt program med bildinriktning? Var diskuterar lärarna bildens roll i samhället? Vilka mål har eleverna? I min studie har jag intervjuat lärare om deras syn på sitt arbete och sina elever. Intervjuerna har sedan tolkats och jämförts med olika teorier inom den pedagogiska litteraturen. Resultatet visar att lärarna ser sig som förlösare av det inneboende personliga uttrycket, de vill lära eleverna se och förverkliga sina idéer.

Marks do not only work as an acknowledge of the effort that has been made under a long period of time, but also as a receipt for eligibility to further studies. Within the political debate, marks have often caused a big discussion among the political parties. That is due to the obvious difference between the political parties on the left, and their counterparts on the right. However, there is one thing that they all have in common. Everyone of them have plans of measure within their political agenda, regarding the use of marks.The aim of this study has been to try to understand the way pupils think about marks.

This study aims to examine Business Intelligence research conduct within Swedish government agencies and workplaces in order to understand the recent debate regarding Business Intelligence research ethics and thus answer the following question: Does Business Intelligence praxis in Sweden meet ethical guidelines recommended by international field experts? A theoretical analysis of relevant and also recent publications, including a Business Intelligence method review, was conducted using qualitative content analysis. In order to validate the results from my theoretical analysis I conducted a series of interviews with a number of professionals who useBusiness Intelligence research in their work and decisionmaking process..

Då Lpf 94 ersatte Lgy 70 förändrades gymnasieskolan genom att alla program blev treåriga. Kärnämnenas införande innebar att alla utöver karaktärsämnena läste gemensamma ämnen med gemensamma kursplaner. För yrkeslinjerna innebar detta att undervisningen teoretiserades i högre grad än tidigare, eftersom kärnämnena till största delen är teoretiska. Tidigare forskning visar att elever på yrkesprogram oftare är negativt inställda till kärnämnena. Vårt syfte i detta arbete har varit att undersöka några fordonselevers förutsättningar i en gymnasieskola, för att problematisera betydelsen av det de möter i sin vardag.

 This report is an evaluation of Peab's purchase and call-off system, PIA.PIA is used to order goods for Peab's construction sites. The background to the work is that users of the system have understood the system cumbersome to use when purchasing goods for construction sites. The evaluation was carried out by the interviews and tests with users of the program, in this case, supervisors and site managers at the company. Ten users of the system were interviewed and eleven people have carried out a test order.The focus is primarily on the test order that users have implemented, which has been clocked and analyzed for time and cost. The evaluation is also a user analysis concerning how the users perceive the program, mainly in terms of usability, functionality and benefits.The result of this report shows that PIA is economically profitable to use for the purchase of goods for construction sites.

The goal of this master thesis is to show the benefit of using computer games of the type First Person Shooter, FPS in the field of military simulations. The main focus in this is around a couple of topics. Creating the AI that controls the behaviour of the computer-controlled characters, the bots. Create an environment where it is possible to supervise the bots and also design a framework that enables cooperation between a group of bots, a squad. The result is Total Unreal Studio, TUS, a program where it is possible to add bots to a squad, connect them to a game server and inspect what the bots are doing.

This thesis investigates how teachers in political science work with global issues in their teaching. It investigates the implementation within a specific area. Implementation is a problematic concept and in debate it is often accused of not working.This thesis finds out whether dissatisfaction exists among teachers when it comes to how municipal schools work with global issues.The investigation consists of three interviews made with teachers in political science, all from municipal upper secondary schools, in three different cities.The result shows that dissatisfaction exists among the teachers. Lack of time and lack of dialogue between the teachers and the principles are described as the main hindrances to reach the goals of the implementation. Föreliggande kandidatarbete har till syfte att undersöka fenomenet Webskrapning. Webbskrapnings-program (också kända som Web Wanderers, Crawlers, Spiders eller skrapare) är program som söker igenom webben automatiskt för att extrahera information från webbsidor. Ett exempel på web skrapning är när ett företag samlar in data om prissättningar på en vara eller en tjänst och sen använder informationen för att producera billigare erbjudanden. Detta ger företaget en fördel så att de kan fokusera mera på att marknadsföra sin sida/tjänster. Utöver detta så blir de utsatta företagens servrar också hårt belastade med trafik (skrapning) från ?icke kunder?.

Syftet med studien är att undersöka effekterna av en läs- och språksatsning. Fokus ligger på att identifiera faktorer som påverkar skolor att delta, huruvida dessa har förbättrade elevresultat samt läs- och språkutveck-larnas upplevelser av förändringar i undervisning, lärarkompetens och elevernas måluppfyllelse. Undersök-ningen omfattar två extremgrupper; dels åtta skolor som deltagit, dels åtta skolor som ej deltagit. Data kommer från Skolverkets databaser samt från en enkät ställd till skolornas läs- och språkutvecklare. Den teoretiska ramen utgörs av en pedagogisk samspelsmodell.

The goal with the project was to make the graphic for Djungeltrumman.se´s upcomingwebb-TV. Djungeltrumman.se is a clubguide on the internet and as a magazine.Their target group is people in the age between 18-34 with an interest for culture and nightlife that lives in a city where Djungeltrumman.se is active. The purpose of the project was to make a graphical frame that had the feelling ofDjungeltrumman.se. The feeling should capture the interest of the target group and make them care more for Djungeltrumman.se.The graphics will contain an intro, information frames and presentations for the different parts in the program. In this project I focused on making the intro for the program.

The purpose of this paper is to identify and analyze success factors in the integration of students with special needs in regular schools. This will be done through the case study of a nine year old autistic student in a small town public school ? a fairly representative case for the Swedish school system. The data collection methods used in the paper are; three participant observations of the student, and a qualitative interview with two of the student?s teachers.
