Syftet med uppsatsen är dels att undersöka huruvida långsiktiga incitamentsprogram är lönsamma eller inte, och dels att ge förslag på hur långsiktiga bonussystemen bör vara utformade.Teoriavsnittet tar upp agentteorin där agentens och principalens roller beskrivs samt hur dessa aktörer effektivast kan samarbeta. Vidare fördjupas diskussionen kring hur företag enklast kanutforma incitamentsprogram för att kunna kringgå vanliga fallgropar. Avsnittet fortsätter sedan med att identifiera problem gällande programmens effekter på företagets långsiktiga utveckling. Slutligen diskuteras de olika räntabilitetsmåtten och alternativ till dessa som agerar måttstock vid bedömning av incitamentsprogram.Undersökningen är utförd genom en kvantitativ studie baserad på sekundärdata under sex år. Urvalet består av 20 företag inom industribranschen där tio uttryckligen har incitamentsprogram och tio som inte har incitamentsprogram.

Syftet med denna uppsats är att beskriva hur företag i logistikkedjan, rederi ? hamn ? åkeri, förberett sig inför de nya länderna, Lettland, Litauen och Polens inträde i den Europeiska Unionen den 1 maj 2004. Vi har även valt att undersöka vilka omvärldsanalysmetoder företagen använder sig utav, hur de i så fall tillämpar dessa och ge eventuella förslag på omvärldsanalysmetoder..

Syfte: Att nå förståelse för relationen mellan en byrå och en kund genom att analysera föreställningen om marknadsföring och reklam som något kreativt, samt beslutsfattande och makt i den kreativa processen.Frågeställningar: Vilken roll spelar föreställningen om marknadsföring och reklam som något kreativt i relationen mellan marknadsavdelning och reklambyrå, framförallt gällande beslut fattade i kreativa processer? Vari ligger makten över de kreativa besluten, och hur gestaltas den?Metod: Kvalitativ, tolkande metod baserad på intervjuer och autoetnografiSlutsats: Vi har funnit att föreställningen om reklambyråer som kreativa spelar stor roll i relation till kunden. Framförallt relaterat till vad vi valt att kalla kreativt kapital. Detta fungerar som ett sätt för byrån att erövra status och anseende på fältet, och samtidigt bygga tillit och legitimitet hos kunden. Vi har även funnit att den formella makten ligger hos kunden, men byrån sitter på en inte oansenlig indirekt makt genom att välja vad som presenteras för kunden.

There are three main purposes for this thesis; the first is to distinguish the possible violations that can occur in time of natural disasters. The second is to analyze if there is a correlation between political systems and how the effected country handles the aftermath of a natural disaster. The third purpose is to determine the role of the global community and what responsibility lies with them. The issue is often that the aid becomes the main object for discussion and analysis, but the focus rarely shifts to the effected State. Therefore the focus in this essay is the political system and how they cope with the human rights violations that can occur in a time of natural disaster.

Kvinnors kriminalitet har länge varit ett eftersatt forskningsområde, i synnerhet i Sverige. Den forskning som finns beskriver i stor utsträckning kvinnan som passiv och/eller som brottsoffer. Huvudsyftet med denna studie har varit att undersöka kvinnors syn på sin delaktighet i den egna kriminella karriären. Studien har också undersökt kvinnornas förståelse av sin kriminalitet, vilka möjligheter respektive hinder de har haft under sin uppväxt och om de anser sig fattat viktiga val som lett till kriminalitet. Fyra kvalitativa intervjuer har gjorts och analyserats med hjälp av Goldbergs stämplingsteori, Bergströms teori om kriminalitet som livsstil och till viss del utifrån tidigare forskning.

In recent years more and more people have been sick-listed due to stress and it has happened to more women than men. The purpose of this paper is to see if recoveringfrom stress related states of ill-health can be promoted through participation in a stress management course. Five women who were or had been sick-listed and had participated in the life management course were interviewed. The results show that the course was an important forum for expressing emotions. The participants were more positive about the future after than before they entered the course.

This thesis examines the everyday resistance, and its interaction with cultural hybridity, of the Saami population in the administrative unit of Torne lappmark during the period 1639?1732. To do this, the thesis uses theoretical concept of everday resistance as it has been described by JamesC. Scott and the theories of cultural hybridity as they have been described by Peter Burke. Primary source material used in this thesis consists of the court records from Torne lappmark, specifically from the courts at Jukkasjärvi and Enontekis.The results of this thesis present a picture of the everyday resistance in early modern Torne lappmark.

Syfte: Syftet med studien är att undersöka hur intern kommunikation används som strategiskt verktyg i norska IKEAs Corporate Social Responsibility arbete.Metod: I studien har kvalitativ metod tillämpats. Det empiriska materialet har samlats in genom personliga intervjuer. Dels med personal som ansvarar för kommunikationen av CSR och dels med personal som har andra arbetsuppgifter, exempelvis försäljning och kassaarbete. Materialet har kompletterats med observationer på varuhuset och och studium av styrdokument.Slutsatser: Personalen är överlag positiv till IKEAs CSR-arbete men har olika attityder till CSR, alla håller inte med de ansvariga för CSR om att både samhället och IKEA tjänar på att IKEA tar ansvar. Den viktigaste informationskanalen för internkommunikation av CSR tycks vara event marketing och kampanjer.

The main object of this master thesis is to examine whether domain-analysis could be used toorganize the collections in a library serving interdisciplinary studies, and in that case - howthat could be done. The thesis is based on a case study of a library for Asian studies, which alsoserves as a library specialized in that subject in the Nordic countries. The author has used, i.e.interviews and observations examining who the users of the library are and how these seekinformation. A theory part deals with some earlier studies of information users within arts andsocial sciences, and these are compared to the users of the examined library.The thesis states that one has to look at the different disciplines in which research is done (andcould be done) at the institute to which the library belongs, and that subject terms could beadded to the various documents from the view of those domains..

The swedish rule concerning the treatment of employee stock-options have changed and the new wording of the rule will be applicable for the first time in 2010. The previous wording of the rule stated that the employee shall be taxed for the stock-option when moving abroad, even if the option is not exercised. The Swedish Skatteverket and Regeringsrätten have found that this rule is in conflict with the free movement of persons within the European Union. The new wording of the rule states that the employee shall be taxed when the option is excercised, no matter where the employee is situated. In this essay we try to find explanations as to why Denmark went to war, to-gether with the United States and other nations, against Iraq. We have exam-ined several factors which we believe to be the most important for Denmark`s decision to go to war. In particular, we have looked at Prime Minister Anders Fogh Rasmussen and his belief system, Denmark`s recent domestic policies especially the immigrations policies, relevant parts of Denmark`s past foreign policies and Denmark`s role within international organizations like UN, NATO and EU. Throughout the essay our attention is focused on Rasmussen as a main actor in forming and pushing through Denmark`s policies..

The aim of this paper is to empirically examine the ideological trends and positioning of the Swedish liberal party with the Danish social liberal party. This paper also aims to analyze the reasons behind the trends. By examine the development in these two Nordic liberal sisterparties, this paper contributes to our understanding of why and how party change is initiated. The paper commences with an intuitive notion that the Swedish party has in fact, made a lurch towards the right, during the past ten to fifteen years while the Danish party has retained their social-liberal position in the centre of the Danish political spectrum. The questions then asked are: can this hypothesis be verified empirically? If so, how can this phenomenon of divergence, be explained?The method used in this thesis is process-tracing and the empirical material does to a large extent rely on interviews with central agents as they are specified in the theory of each party.
