Internal communication is an important factor in organisations today. For many system development teams it?s critical that the communication works well. Without communication, success would be impossible. This study aims to highlight the effect communication has on the members of agile project teams.

Aim The aim of the thesis is to explain the factors that affect the auditor's recommendation concerning audit services to customers who are not subject to mandatory auditing.Background and problem In 2010 mandatory auditing for small companies was abolished. It is common for the auditor to provide recommendations re-garding whether or not a customer should chose to retain the audit. The question is which factors can explain the auditor's recommendation.Method and empirics This thesis uses a deductive approach with inductive elements and a combination of qualitative and quantitative data is used. The qualitative data consists of a pilot study and the quantitative data consists of a questionnaire survey. The analysis of the empirical data was performed using regression analysis.Theory This thesis applies an eclectic approach where the starting point is legitimacy, institutional theory, professional theory and decision making theory to develop a model.Results and conclusions The notion of the recommendation as well as the extent of the recommendations can be explained by factors related to the auditor's agency affiliation and the auditor's personal qualities..

SammanfattningSyfte: Syftet med uppsatsen är att utforma nyckeltal som ska användas för uppföljningssyfte samt förbättringssyfte och ska vara uppbyggd ur Swedwoods egna strategi och vision. Nyckeltalen ska byggas upp nerifrån och uppåt i organisationen, det vill säga från individuellamätetal på arbetarnivå ända upp till nyckeltal på ledningsnivå.Metod: För uppsatsen har fallstudiemetoden använts. Företaget som valts är Swedwood AB i Älmhult. Vår uppsats kommer vara av den kvalitativa forskningen då syftet med den kvalitativa forskningen är att utforma en teori som kan införas i just det valda fallföretaget.Data kommer att samlas in främst genom egna observationer och intervjuer med diverse chefer och anställda. Därav är det främst primär data som ska användas.Empiri: I empirin så studerades Swedwoods nyckeltal och uppföljning för att se var problemen uppstod och hur dessa skulle kunna lösas.

The aim of this study is to analyze how two different education books produce christianity and islam. The analyzed books is from 2003 and 2008 and the books are adapted for the last years of primary school. The meaning and translation of words is often a problem and can get the reader wrong understaning of the religion. The analyze include the perspective of this meaning and how the sacred things are described in each religion.The textanalyze is made with different criterias; the context, the pre- understanding and if the text is objectiv is some of the most important. The language is important too.

Kosmologiska gammautbrott är bland de mest energirika fenomen som observerats i universum. Ursprunget för dessa kraftiga blixtar av gammastrålning är idag relativt okänt, men tros komma ur kollisionereller kollapser av tunga stjärnor.  Efter analys av data från detektorerna ombord på Fermi Gamma Ray Space Telescope visas  i detta arbete att spektrumet från GRB 080916C beskrivs väl av den enkla Bandfunktionen (två sammanlänkade potensfunktioner) och därför troligtvis kommer från en enkel strålningsprocess. Den starkaste kandidaten är synkotonstrålning, även om modellen idag inte till fullo kan förklara spektrumet på ett tillfredsställande sätt. GRB 080916C:s isotropa energi mäts till den extremt höga nivån ~ 9 x 10 (upphöjt till 54) erg. vilket är bland de högsta  som uppmätts för gammautbrott..

The aim of this study was to investigate if a mechanical recruitment process could be a useful tool for employers to avoid discrimination. National and international law protect jobseekers from discrimination during the recruiting process. Despite this individuals frequently report that they are treated unfairly when they apply for a job. In line with this research shows that some individuals do not have the same opportunities in the labour market as the rest of the population. This study focus on discrimination based on ethnicity, age, gender or disability.Today most of the hiring decisions are based on employers professional judgement.

The aim of this bachelor thesis has been to examine and develop our own understanding about how young people in Sweden (16-29 years of age), take part in cultural activities. As librarians it is important to know what kind of activities and interests this particular group has. With Pierre Bourdieu?s theoretical framework towards habitus and capital we are interested to see if there is a connection between one?s cultural use and background, if different access to capital with or within groups has an affect or not. With both statistics and interviews with people within our target, we believe this data has been sufficient enough to conduct a good and valid study.

Den aktiva investeraren köper och säljer sina värdepapper mer frekvent för att dra nytta av dess upp och nedgångar, jämfört med den passiva investeraren som köper värdepappret på lång sikt.En aktiv investerare analyserar ständigt marknaden och dess utveckling, försöker utläsa historiska mönster för att förutspå hur framtiden kommer att utveckla sig. Att studera historiskt kursdata för att förutspå framtida mönster kallas teknisk analys . Två vanligt förekommande analysmetoder inom teknisk analys är glidande medelvärde och Relative Strength Index.

The Swedish do-it-yourself (DIY) market has expanded in recent years and is today a SEK90 billion market. Competition is fierce, however, and the DIY retail chains compete over market share with extensive marketing campaigns. Advances in computer technology have made it possible to acquire and compile huge quantities of point of sale data. However, due to a lack of economic theories and statistical methods, this data cannot be effectively utilized and the effects of the campaigns are not measured in any detail. In this study a new method was used to examine the effects of marketing campaigns in the DIY consumer market.

Bakgrund: Sedan introduktionen i början av 1990-talet har utvecklingen av volymen nyemitterade aktieindexobligationerna totalt sett varit positiv vilket tyder på att produkten blivit en populär sparform hos svenskar. Detta tillsammans med det faktum att det finns få studier gjorda kring aktieindexobligationer som sparform där ett större perspektiv tas i beaktande gör ämnet intressant att studera.Syfte: Uppsatsens syfte är att kartlägga och analysera för vilka privata investerare aktieindexobligationer passar som sparform ur ett livscykelperspektiv med utgångspunkt i (i) bransch- och rådgivningspraxis, (ii) finansiell riskhanteringsteori med fokus på portföljvalsteori och (iii) historisk data avseende risk och avkastning.Genomförande: Studien har genomförts med hjälp av att intervjua privatrådgivare, kapitalrådgivare och personer som arbetar med strukturerade produkter på storbanker och hos mindre finansiella aktörer. Fem stereotyper har använts som diskussionsunderlag vid intervjuerna. För att kunna föra en djupare analys kring produkten som sparform för privata investerare har en portföljoptimering genomförts för att ta historisk data gällande risk och avkastning i beaktande.Slutsats: Studien fastställer att produkten passar privata investerare som befinner sig i den senare delen av konsolideringsfasen och inte är de mest riskbenägna. Studien visar att det främst är kredit- och marknadsrisken som är kopplade till aktieindexobligationer samtidigt som risken i produkten bedöms som låg.

This study is a formative evaluation of a prototypecollaboratory for sharing data collection instruments inlibrary and information science (LIS). The aims were to findout: how the study participants, five hospital librarians,experienced the interaction with the prototype while workingwith predetermined tasks; and their views on the differentfunctions of the prototype collaboratory.Methods used for data collection was as a survey; followedby a think-aloud session where the participant verbalisedhis/her thoughts during the interaction with the prototype;and finally a semistructured interview. The survey wasanalysed with a frequency distribution, while the data fromthe other methods were analysed qualitatively by extractingthemes from the transcribed sessions.The results show that although the librarians expresseddifferent problems while working with the interface, mainlyrelated to the language in the prototype collaboratory anddifficulties with the page for applying metadata, all of themwere confident in being able to learn the system after using itfor a while. The librarians had a positive attitude towardssharing data collection instruments as well as comments inthe prototype collaboratory. At the same time, they wereaware that students and researchers might have differentabilities or incentives to work and share information.

I denna uppsats använder jag den interpersonella metafunktionen inom systemisk-funktionell grammatik för att undersöka sex av Karin Boyes dikter, detta med syfte att se huruvida en sådan här analys kan säga något av intresse om diktjaget. Analysen genomfördes enligt Holmberg och Karlssons modell i Grammatik med betydelse, där subjekt och finit tagits ut varpå språkhandlingar markerats och modalitet kommenterats. Dikterna är hämtade ur Boyes Samlade dikter. Av min analys framgår att jaget behandlar sig självt som visare och mer klarsynt än en vanlig människa, men samtidigt är slav under ett mänskligt känsloliv. Jaget framställer sig självt som en auktoritet på lidande och en konstnär med kontroll över sin penna.

The purpose of this essay is to examine when teachers choose to discuss mathematics withstudents rather then just talk about mathematics. A definition where used to distinguish betweenan interaction that is not a discussion and an interaction that is a discussion. This definition hasbeen created by drawing ideas from other works into making a quite simple definition whichtherefore is easy to observe. This Master?s Thesis aims to illustrate in what ways the two Swedish environmental assessment tools, the Environmental Load Profile and EcoEffect differ and if performed valuations gives different results and environmental goals.The built urban environment causes about half the environmental loading in Sweden. The society?s ambition towards sustainable development has resulted in demands reducing the environmental load. One way to accomplish this change is with the assistance of tools for environmental assessment of the built environment.
