Thesis purpose: This thesis will through a case study of a recently rebranded bank ?Jyske Bank?, seek to research deeper within the field of service sector rebranding. The internal communication used in connection to the rebranding, will be analyzed in order to investigate what initiatives Jyske Bank?s organizational leaders launched to implement the rebranding and furthermore whether the initiatives have worked. The research questions are: - What are the critical initiatives behind the re-branding process, and have these initiatives been successful?- Furthermore, to determine the success: To what extend does the intended image, created by the organizational leaders of Jyske bank, in relation to the rebranding, correlate with the identity held by the organizational members? Methodology: This thesis employs a mix of quantitative questionnaires and qualitative semi structured interviews.Theoretical perspectives: Corporate rebranding framework (Daly & Moloney, 2004) and a conceptualization of the employee branding process (Miles & Mangold, 2005)Empirical data: The empirical data was collected from in depth interviews with management and questionnaires from employees.

Background and Problem discussion: Strategic evaluations are important as they providecrucial information regarding Swedish development assistance and recommendations on howto face problems and inadequacies found in the evaluations. Therefore, the follow up ofrecommendations is of great significance as well. Unfortunately, SIDA?s ManagementResponse system for follow-up of strategic evaluations has not been functioning in asatisfying way and needed actions have not been taken. Thus, Swedish developmentassistance has been criticised for the lack of implemented actions and the public has startedto question the work carried through by the organisations.

During the work at Gateway Security AB in Motala I began examining available antenna models to get a wider perspective, this have given knowledge of their structure, and an understanding of their function. All my necessary fact is based on my observations and notes of these measurings. New antenna models, and available models were examined where measurements at different heights and different distances on the antenna were performed with the help of an oscilloscope and a measure probe, peak ? to - peak was brought on the signal. The measurements are presented in a line diagram.

This quantitative study, with qualitative elements, intended to investigate the empathic ability among students and its change during social work education in Sweden. The study used a self-assessment form in the form of a questionnaire sent out to 8 of the 15 universities around the country. Respondents who participated in the survey studied in semester 1 & 2 and semester 6 & 7. The instrument which were used, measure the empathy level of the respondents and was a Swedish translation of the instrument, the Interpersonal Reactivity Index (IRI) which is a proven self-assessment form. IRI consists of 28 questions divided into 4 areas (subscales), which together provide a score, where a higher score corresponds to a greater capacity for empathy.

Det här arbetet har som syfte att genom en jämförelse av olika analysmetoder för clickstream-data kunna fungera som en vägledning när en metod ska implementeras. Metoden som använts vid jämförelsen är litteraturstudie i och med att de analyseringsmetoder som ska undersökas redan är framtagna och kunskap om dem fås genom att studera litteratur i vilka de förekommer. Ett antal kriterier används sedan vid själva jämförelsen, anledningen till detta är att metoderna ska jämföras utifrån en gemensam grund.De metoder som uppfyllde kraven för de olika kriterierna bäst var page events fact model och subsession fact model. Subsession fact model kan dock upplevas som det bästa valet i alla lägen men samtidigt är den kanske lite överdriven om clickstream-datan bara ska användas till att se hur besökarna använder varje individuell sida för att användas i designsupport syfte. ?För ett automatiserat återskapande av inbyggda systems funktionella arkitektur från källkod ochprodukt data?Den ökade komplexiteten i inbyggda system inom fordonsindustrin tillsammans med de striktaresäkerhetsrestriktionerna som infördes av ISO26262 standarden, kräver bättre kunskap ochkännedom om produktarkitekturen. Men, för befintliga produkter som inte var utvecklade enligt enväldefinierad arkitekturmodell, så måste en modell återhämtas.Syftet med detta examensarbete är att automatisera återhämtningen av funktionella arkitekturenför fordons inbyggda system, vilket är ett krav för många av ISO26262 aktiviteter. Dettaexamensarbete föreslår och beskriver två modeller för det inbyggda systemet i ett fordon, och visardess användning för att bland annat generera användarvänliga vyer. Återhämtningen av modellernasker genom att tolka den inbyggda C-koden och bearbeta fordonets data såsom inblandadestyrenheter, deras adresser och CAN buss detaljerna.Två modeller har föreslagits för att fånga den återskapade informationen om inbyggda systemet iett fordon: en produktmodell för inbyggda system och en mjukvaruarkitektur modell för deninbyggda mjukvaran.

Background and aim: Asperger syndrome is a neuropsychiatric disability which is essentially characterized by impairments in social interaction. Little is known about how these individuals experience social interaction and more distinctly close relationships. Therefore the purpose of this present study is to explore how initiating and maintaining close relationships could be facilitated for individuals with Asperger syndrome. Furthermore how these individuals would like others to behave towards them. By assuming an insider perspective the empirical data is based on the participants own descriptions of their experiences, thoughts and ideas about close relationships.Findings: Most respondents state that they experience difficulties initiating social interaction, the main reason being that they don?t know what they are expected to say or how to act in this type of situation.

The tomato is an important crop worldwide, and in recent years it has received great attention due to its rich content of carotenoids, which in studies indicate to have health benefiting properties. Many studies have been done in this area of research and in how to optimize the carotenoid content in tomatoes and tomato products. The objectives of this essay were to summarize present data in this field. The results were as follows:There are nine different carotenoids identified in tomatoes. Lycopene and ?-carotene are the ones that have been given the greatest attention.

För att erhålla kostnadseffektiv produktion har kombinationen människa robot visat sig vara framgångsrik.Examensarbetets syfte var att ta fram underlag åt ITT Water & Wastewater för att ta beslut om frigörande av indirekt personal vid line 15:s isoleringsstation på Elmotorverkstaden. Syftets uppfyllande stöttades av de underbyggande syftena att försöka höja robotens utnyttjandegrad samt reducera isoleringsmaskinens omställningstid.Arbetet bygger på kvalitativa och kvantitativa data i form av mätningar, intervjuer och egna observationer. Med stöd av erhållen data lyftes fyra olika förslag fram. Förslagen understryktes bland annat av integrering av arbetsmoment, förhöjd automatiseringsgrad och outsourcing..

EDI står för elektroniskt utbyte av data från dator till dator och sker mellan kända affärspartners. När EDI införs i en relation mellan två organisationer anses relationen bli mer komplex än tidigare. Syftet med detta arbete är därför att undersöka hur EDI påverkar interorganisatoriska relationer.Undersökningen utförs genom att studera affärsrelationerna mellan en offentlig förvaltning och tre av dess leverantörer. I dessa relationer studeras speciellt hur förhandlingsstyrkan, flexibiliteten och tillförlitligheten har påverkats av att EDI har börjat användas för den offentliga förvaltningens inköpsprocess.De slutsatser som dras är att de undersökta faktorerna förändras i takt med att EDI blir alltmer integrerat i affärsrelationerna. Initialt byggs vissa omställningskostnader upp, som ökar leverantörernas förhandlingsstyrka.

The government regulations for energy use in buildings will be tightened in the future. At the same time the interest in environmental classifications and certifications of buildings is increasing. This has meant a new situation for solar energy. The designs of solar heating systems are often based on experience and/or rules of thumb, rather than calculations and simulations. This thesis examines whether simulation tools, in this case Polysun, are useful in this work.

This thesis builds on the core problem: What Factors Affect IT-related Group Communicationwithin Oragnizations? With sub-questions: How does the daily communication in the workplacepresent itself? How can the individual affect communication? The purpose of this paper is toinvestigate which factors influence group communication positively and negatively, andhow communication affects the daily work in an organization. For this study, the fourinterviewees, from four different organizations, have been selected to participate in astructured interview conducted with the help of an interview guide. To analyse thequalitative data derived from interviews, a method of creating patterns and themes wasused. This is presented by selected quotations from the interviews in order to provide aricher depiction of the collected data.The result could indicate large gaps in both formal and informal communication, whereemail turned out to be one of the biggest single problems.

'Hir in the box' is a study about the gender perspective in packaging design and how it is today. The study deals with the product category razors, for both women and men, to examine and compare products with the same function but with different designs. Based on an analysis of how packages are designed for different sexes, information should be given on how gender-neutral packaging can be designed and used in the future to reach the market. The purpose of the study is also to contribute to future research on the subject. To fulfill the purpose of this study, nuanced and in-depth data is collected by means of a small-N-study and a qualitative study in the form of open group interviews where the survey units are reviewed and discussed.
