Internal communication is an important factor in organisations today. For many system development teams it?s critical that the communication works well. Without communication, success would be impossible. This study aims to highlight the effect communication has on the members of agile project teams.

Syfte: Undersökningen syftar till att genom observationer av grupper i Facebook beskriva hurföretag i nuläget ska använder sig av denna kommunikationsmöjlighet. Med stöd av teorieroch datamaterial, leder mönster i kommunikationen fram till förslag hur företag kan förbättrasin kommunikation och genom detta nå fram till bättre resultat.Teoretisk referensram: De teorier som ansetts relevanta för undersökningen är kundlojalitet,CRM och CIM.Metod: Insamling av primärdata sker genom observation av sex företags grupper påFacebook. En urvalsdiskussion har lett till valet att undersöka tre större företag och tremindre. För att lättare hantera kvantitativa data används ett verktyg för att bedöma gruppernasaktivitetsnivå. För att strukturera hanteringen av kvalitativ data, har materialet delats in i olikakategorier.

Uppsatsen bygger på en analys av en exit-nod i Tor-nätverket i syfte att efterlikna ett tidigare experiment från 2007. Experimentet går ut på att analysera den information som kommer genom nätverket för att leta efter okrypterade lösenord. Experimentet görs i syfte att påvisa de brister som finns i nätverket och i användarnas säkerhetsmedvetande. Arbetet utgår från frågeställningarna:Går det att utvinna känslig information från en exit-nod i Tor-nätverket.-       Går det att utvinna okrypterade lösenord från en exit-nod i nätverket?-       Vilka typer av tjänster tillhör lösenorden som uppkommer i analysen av den insamlade data?För att kunna besvara mina tre frågeställningar har jag valt att göra ett experimentellt arbete för att ta reda på om användarna skickar okrypterade lösenord, och till vilka tjänster lösenorden tillhör.

Background: The development of the IT-industry, where new technologies and new services continually arise, has led to new players with different specializations. The increased degree of specialization means that these players need to cooperate with each other in different types of projects.Problem definition: What factors are important in a project to achieve the objectives as quickly as possible? More players should lead to cooperation difficulties, how can you coordinate in the best possible way? Today, it is desirable for all parties in the project to shorten down the lead time.Purpose: The main purpose is to explore the different factors that affects the project's lead time concerning broadband installation. The part purpose, is to analyze and assess the conditions for cooperation between different players in the project for broadband installation and to provide a recommendation.Method: In order to answer the problem definition, the paper is structured around a qualitative approach with interviews to obtain data. Mostly, the used data comes from primary sources with an extension of secondary sources.Theories: Theories that are used in the paper are: Communication Process, Communication Plan, Project Planning & Project Plan, Efficiency through collaboration, Communication in a network.Empiric: Empirical data consists of primary data collected through interviews.Analysis: The analysis is based on the variables from the theoretical frame of reference; Communications, Planning, Interaction & Information.

Camera surveillance can provide good protection against certain types of crime, but it can also invade our privacy. The County Administrative Board monitors compliance with the rules by visiting those places to which the general public has access. They have to issue permits before general camera surveillance to those places which the general public has access. In certain cases, in stores for example, general camera surveillance is permitted only if the Country Administrative Board is notified in advance. The Data Inspection Board is a public authority and responsible for the camera surveillance for those places to which the public not has access.

Mobiltelefoni har blivit allt vanligare i dagens samhälle och konkurrensen mellan operatörerna har ökat. Det är då viktigt att operatörerna har ett stabilt och kvalitetssäkert nät. För att åstadkomma ett kvalitativt nät är planeringen bakom viktigt. Idag sker planeringen med hjälp av ett framtaget predikteringsprogram, TEMS Cellplanner, som är ett beräkningsprogram. TEMS Investigation är ett program som används då kontroller av nätet görs ute i fält.

Undersökningen behandlar problem som tidigare forskning har uppmärksammat kring användandet av standarden XMI. XMI är avsedd för utbyte av modeller mellan modelleringsverktyg. Problem som uppmärksammats i användningen av XMI är att information om modeller inte alltid utbyts korrekt mellan verktyg. Detta kan resultera i att viktig information om modellerna går förlorad.Undersökningen har till syfte att undersöka huruvida det är möjligt att extrahera data från modeller sparade i XMI-format utan tillgång till DTD eller XML-schema. En sådan möjlighet skulle kunna användas för att rädda information om modeller som annars skulle gå förlorad.Den metod som har används för undersökningen är litteraturstudie, experiment och implementation samt hypotesprövning.

Att ha kontroll över informationen och se till att denna är korrekt är numera en förutsättning för att kunna bedriva en effektiv verksamhet. Utöver detta kräver en effektiv organisation även att man har kontroll och överblick över de processer vilka finns i organisationen.Dessa processer måste kunna beskrivas och åskådliggöras för att på så sätt kunna se vart informationen skapas och om detta är ett bra tillvägagångssätt.För att kunna göra detta har jag således studerat litteratur kring information och informationssystem för att på så sätt kunna redogöra för hur data bör hanteras för att kunna omvandlas till korrekt och bra information vilken kan användas såsom beslutsunderlag. Utöver detta har litteratur kring processbeskrivningar studerats för att på ett så korrekt sätt som möjligt kunna åskådliggöra de processer vilka finns i organisationen. Med detta som grund kunde sedan organisationen studeras för att finna problem i hanteringen och skapandet utav data och information.Aller Tryck AB uttryckte tidigt ett önskemål om att erhålla en processbeskrivning över sin produktion och de informationsflöden vilka kan synliggöras här. De efterfrågade även en kontroll utav den data vilken ligger till grund för mycket av arbetet i produktionen och dennes planering.En processbeskrivning gjordes således samt att en fallstudie genomfördes för att kunna påvisa de faktorer vilka påverkar den data vilken misstänktes för att vara inkorrekt.Resultatet påvisade stora brister i mätmetoderna och hanteringen av denna information.

The purpose of this study is to use a qualitative approach to get an understanding of what is expected of social workers targeted towards women managers in social services. Nine social workers were interviewed. The empirical data was then analyzed on the basis of gender theory. Respondents did not see their supervisor as a manager but more as a social worker with special tasks. Our empirical data indicates that there is a strong belief that men and women possess different properties.

On commission of the County administrative board in Värmland County a method was developed for analysis of the occurrence of artificial land use at lakes and watercourses. With artificial land use is meant land significantly affected by man. Two bases have been used to carry out the analysis. In one of the analysis the vegetation database and in the other GSD¹-Marktäckedata (land cover data) was used (this method has been used by County administrative board in Jönköping County).The analysis comprises all watercourses within Alsterälven river basin. The digital water bodies are created by the Swedish Meteorological and Hydrological Institute on the basis of GSD-Översiktskartan (general map).

The questions we asked ourselves in this study is whether there is any differences?Purpose: The purpose of the study is to from a leadership perspective see if there are any differences between organizational structures, leadership and communication depending on whether it is a traditional or a new bank.Method: In this study, primary and secondary data was used to best obtain comprehensive information, which was analyzed on the basis of a set of question. In order to obtain our raw data, interviews with staff from Swedbank and IKANO bank were conducted.

Detta examensarbete behandlar problemet med att testa inbyggda system i kontorsmiljö. För att göra detta och därigenom kunna göra anrop på det inbyggda systemets API, måste detta anrop skickas som ett seriellt datapaket över en seriell kommunikationslänk som TCP/IP.Detta möjliggjordes genom att först upprätta en kommunikationslänk med protokollet TCP/IP, där användningen av POSIX-sockets tillämpades. För att packa ner och packa upp funktionsanropen till seriell data implementerades ett protokoll som följdes när detta utfördes. Hantering av data i samband med överföring över TCP/IP sköttes av ett protokoll vid namn BGSFP, ett protokoll som bygger på det tidigare protokollet TSFP..

Volvo Human Monitoring (VHM) is an ongoing project at Volvo Cars where they measure, amongst other parameters, inhalation and exhalation through a device called Respiratory Inductance Plethysmograph (RIP), on drivers. RIP measures changes in the cross-sectional area of the chest and abdomen. When the driver is in motion, such as when she is turning the vehicle, the cross-sectional area changes and noise in the RIP signal may arise.The noise results in a large number of manual adjustments in the analysis of the RIP signal, which is very time consuming and the validity of the device for measuring inhalation and exhalation is questioned.The purpose of this study was to improve the efficiency of the analysis of the RIP signal. The goal was to create a new data processing tool in Matlab that automatically detects inhalation and exhalation from a RIP signal with higher validity compared to the previous data processing tool.In this study, nine tests were performed on drivers while they were driving in different scenarios such as highway, country road and in city traffic. Inhalation and exhalation was measured using a RIP, a pneumotachograph with a tightly sealed facemask and a thermocouple placed between the nose and mouth, which was used as reference to the RIP.The result of this study was a data processing tool that automatically detects inhalation and exhalation with higher validity compared to the previous data processing tool.
