During the latter part of the 20th century the situation for people with intellectual disabilities in Sweden changed and developed. Clients have the right to participation and self-determination in society and in applied measures under the law of individual rights legislation; LSS. The purpose of this study is to describe and understand how team-leaders and managers in day-centres in a municipality works with participation and self-determination for clients, and what the professionals consider affects the client's possibility to self-determination and participation. The research questions intended to be answered are:? How does the team-leaders and managers work to enable self-determination and participation of the users in the public day-centres?? What does the team-leaders and managers describe and understand as enabling and limiting factors for the client?s possibility to self-determination and participation?The study is qualitative and interviews have been held with eight interviewees, which I contacted through snowball sampling.

Vi riktar detta arbete till människor som i sin profession kommer i kontakt med individer som har neuropsykiatriskt funktionshinder. De som företrädesvis har hjälp av rapporten är de som jobbar inom områden som berör samtal och vägledning. Vi har intervjuat sju personer som har neuropsykiatriska diagnoser och två personer som jobbar professionellt med samtal och vägledning av neuropsykiatriskt funktionshindrade. Vi har även använt egen relevant litteratur, obligatorisk kurslitteratur, manuell sökning av lämplig litteratur på bibliotek i Vetlanda, Tranås och Ydre samt sökt lämpligt materiel via Internet, vi har även talat med personer som är berörda av vårt ämne. I vårt resultat kom vi fram till att personer med neuropsykiatriska funktionshinder behöver bestämda ramar, konkreta och tydliga mål som är nåbara, samt relevant information som är förklarande i sitt sammanhang.

Uppsatsen är en litteraturstudie som syftar till att definiera begreppet dyspraxi och kartlägga de faktorer som ger upphov till dyspraktiska svårigheter. I arbetet framgår hur svårigheterna manifesteras i individens vardag samt hur man på bästa sätt kan möta och stödja individer med dyspraxi. Det som framkommit av vår studie är att dyspraxibegreppet är ett mångfacetterat begrepp med olika definitioner beroende på i vilket land man befinner sig. Det är i hjärnan och nervsystemet man kan finna de bakomliggande faktorer som ger upphov till svårigheter i främst tre specifika områden nämligen: perception, motorik och sensorisk integrering. Det har visat sig att det neuropedagogiska synsättet är ett ypperligt sätt att se på individens svårigheter men även att lyfta fram individens starka sidor och potentiella utvecklingsmöjligheter.

Husaberg provided the project group with a task of developing an entirely new way of operating the sequential transmission that can be found in today?s motorcycles. The target was to bring the product from idea to a functional prototype ready for further tests. Umbrella organizations, organizations that have other organizations as members, are in previous research described as arenas of conflicts with problematic decision-making and contradictory parallel action towards political decision-makers. However, the research within this subject is limited, and therefore the aim of this paper is to add knowledge to how such organizations in fact work. After conducting a case study at the trade association ESTOC this thesis challenge previous statements about umbrella organizations and conclude that there, under certain circumstances, may exist harmony within an umbrella organizations. The main implication, thus, is that we have to readdress umbrella organizations in quite another way to be able to make a more realistic interpretation of collaborations in umbrella organizations..

Denna D-uppsats handlar om entreprenörskapets innersta väsen: Hur superentreprenörer använder sig av marknadsavkänning för att skapa, bibehålla eller utveckla verksamheten. Uppsatsen är uppbyggd kring intervjuer med tre mycket framgångsrika entreprenörer som berättar om sin företagsamma resa: Kim Traumer, Yngve Bergqvist och Hans Fält. Traumer bedriver en verksamhet som är avknoppad från landstinget och vars huvudsyfte är att behandla ungdomar med ADHD-, Damp- och Aspergersdiagnos medan Bergqvists Icehotel är verksamt inom upplevelseindustrin och Fälts Fältelektronik lutar mera åt hårdvaruhållet. Vi har tagit till oss dessa tre entreprenörers klokhet för att i en induktiv anda, svara på uppsatsens syfte. Vi har valt att utföra en kvalitativ fallstudie med aktörsynsätt för att fånga upp entreprenörernas personligheter på ett förhoppningsvis målande sätt.

The study aims to examine how the people who have received special needs education during their schooling have experienced it.Since I wanted to take advantage of people's experiences of special needs education, I chose to conduct qualitative research interviews. Five people in the ages of 21-26 years old participated in the study.A summary of the work says that special needs education creates mixed feelings, feelings of joy and alienation. The positive as described in the work is that the special education teaching has created a classroom that is aligned along the pupil's needs and circumstances. All informants have expressed that their negative experiences is about them having to leave the common classroom.Keywords: exclusion, inclusion, special needs education, student needs.

Jag har studerat hur man hjälper de elever som har DAMP/ADHD till en bättre chans att lyckas med skolan. Jag har både undersökt vad som står om detta i litteraturen och så har jag varit på två skolor och intervjuat två specialpedagoger och en lärare om hur de arbetar med dessa barn. Resultatet blev väldigt olika på de två skolorna. På den ena skolan gjorde specialpedagogerna allt för att eleverna skulle klara sig så bra som möjligt, medan de elever som hade svårigheter och som gick på den andra skolan knappt fick någon hjälp alls och fick vara i helklass hela dagarna. Jag har också studerat diagnosernas roll, om de är avgörande för om eleverna ska få hjälp eller inte.
