Vår studie handlar om läs- och skrivsvårigheter och dyslexi i grundskolan och hur man som lärare upptäcker och arbetar med de elever som har svårigheter, vilket också har varit vårt syfte genom arbetets gång. Det finns ett intresse för dessa elever med läs- och skrivsvårigheter eftersom det för dem innebär en stor problematik att dagligen handskas med detta ? både i vardagliga situationer och i skolan. Eftersom dyslexi och läs- och skrivsvårigheter är ett vanligt förekommande problem anser vi att vi, som blivande lärare behöver mer kunskap kring ämnet då vi med all säkerhet kommer att träffa på elever med dessa svårigheter, och när det händer vill vi kunna möta dessa elever med svårigheter på bästa möjliga vis. Vi har valt att bygga vår empiri på intervjuer med grundskolelärare, specialpedagog och speciallärare, där några intervjuer varit öga mot öga och en del via mail..

Det övergripande syftet med denna undersökning var att studera dans som verktyg för lärande. Studien fokuserar på dansens betydelse för lärandet i matematik samt lärares och elevers uppfattningar om dansmatte. I studien har vi genomfört kvalitativa intervjuer med elever, dans- och matematiklärare som arbetar med dansmatte samt läst relevant litteratur som rör matematik och lärande, estetiska lärprocesser och dans som verktyg för lärandet. Några av intervjuerna utfördes på en skola som arbetar med dansmatte och några via telefon och e-mail. Det centrala som framkom i studien var att alla, utom en medverkande elev, är eniga om att dansmatte är ett bra medel för lärande i matematik och eleverna påstod att de lär sig lättare genom att använda kroppen.

The use of insecure networks -such as the Internet- to send and receive information has made the need for preventing unauthorised people reading it yet more important. One of the easiest way to do this is through public key cryptography. However, the problem with this solution is how to tie a specific public key to a certain subject. This is solved by letting a trusted third party issue a certificate that holds, as a minimum, the name of the subject and the subject's public key along with the issuer's digital signature on the information. The rules we make for issuing, revoking and verifying of certificates and the entities that are being used to do so are called PKI - Public Key Infrastructure.

This study was made with the incentive to find out the view on advertorials in Swedish press today. Our exploration of advertorials refers not only to adverts that look like editorial texts, as per the definition in the oxford dictionaries, but also to ways that editorial texts use an advertorial style or language similar to adverts. We explored both these sides because we recognized that the existence of advertorials in press today has to do with material which is indistinctive in several ways, and to find out the views on this, we interviewed chief editors and publishers on six local daily newspapers in Västra Götaland, Sweden.Our theories were based in the fact that the press finds itself working in a commercialized landscape, at the same time as journalism has a democratic role to uphold in society.We also considered that there used to be a committee against advertorials in Sweden called Textreklamkommittén, which was disbanded in 2005. That committee had a mandate to govern and try cases of advertorials in the press, but today, the only thing that journalists have to consider is a guideline of publishing matters. The central part of our study was therefore to find out what actual issues journalists have to consider in their daily work, as they are exposed to various forms of advertorials.After conducting the interviews, we asked four analytical questions to our material using the ECA-method of analysis.

The aim in this bachelor thesis is to describe and analyze ritual performance and transference of religious traditions in some Hindu homes in Varanasi (India). In particular from the children?s perspective. The curriculum of Religious Education in the Swedish schooling system focuses on religious life, expression and practice. Thus, this thesis is about ?lived Hinduism?, ritual performance and religious practices.

Background: Urinary tract infections caused by indwelling urinary catheters causes unneccesay suffering among those it affects. These infections are also financially straining on the health care services. It is therefore of importance to gain knowledge about which evidence based preventive interventions that have the possibility to reduce the risk for bacteriuria and urinary tract infections among patients with indwelling urinary catheters. Aim: This study aimed to compile available knowledge concerning i) if silver alloy catheters does reduce bacteriuria in this patient group, ii) if aseptic catheterization does reduce bacteriuria in this patientgroup, iii) which routines for changing the urinary drainage bag reduces the risk of bacteriuria, iv) which routine genital hygenic care reduces the risk of bacteriuria? Method: Litterature was searched for in the data bases Cinahl, Medline and The Cochrane Library using the data bases? thesaurius combined with OR/AND.

Sammanfattningsvis kan vi dra slutsatsen att polisutbildningen tycks spela roll förpolisstudenternas socialisation. Detta ger sig uttryck i studenternas föreställningar om polisensagerande gentemot invandrare och polisstudenternas egen tolerans gentemot invandrare. Vi kan däremot se att utbildningen saknar samband med inställningen till ett riktat polisarbete samt att det istället är huruvida studenterna är födda i Sverige eller ej som har betydelse. Vi kan även dra slutsatsen att studier på högskola/universitet, vilket i tidigare undersökningar (se exempelvisEugene & Terrill 2007) har visat sig vara viktigt för polisens attityder, saknar relevans i dennastudie. Även faktorer som könstillhörighet och föräldrars utbildning saknar samband.

In my project, Cups on the run, I have studied the relationship between ceramic utility objects and different environments, when moving them off the table. My background as a potter has been the starting point. From there, I wanted to see if I could expand my craft to the space beyond. With the cup, which for most people has a clear function and a relation to us human, in repetitive structure I explored the spatiality and architecture in various environments. Life fascinates me through how everything is made up of tiny parts that together create the tangible and intangible.

BackgroundIncreased prevalence of obesity in children- and young adults and risk for diseases related to obesity will increase the burden on medical care. It is important to identify early risk factors that can be noticed by nurses in the daily work.AimThe aim was to investigate whether children- and young adults themselves perceive overweight as a problem and if there was a difference in the measured activity levels between overweight children- and young adults in families with different socio-economic family status.Method descriptionExisting survey from the Obesity Centre at the Akademiska Sjukhuset were examined together with the results from an accelerometer, where children- and young adults activity was recorded, compared to their perception of how active they were. The results were compared using a statistical software program and compiled with descriptive and non-parametric statistics.ResultsThe results do suggest that the majority of children- and young adults experiencing excessive weight have a problem in their everyday lives. Nearly half overestimate themselves as more active than what the actual measurements with accelerometer demonstrated. Much time is spent in front of the TV and computers.

The purpose of this study is to illustrate the impact on children's development around playing and how significance the formation of the schoolyards is focusing on how it inspire and calls to play within the children's. The study will also show how the youth workers experience the schoolyards and how they can incorporate the playground in their work to inspire the children's play and activities. The methods used in this study is based on both real conversations and by mail with educated youth workers and observations. The results shows that the schoolyard environment is very important for the children's play and development. The study reveals the importance of having nature like forest nearby and that the environment should be suited for everyone.
