To what extent can the customer influence the brand image and the perceived value?? Who has control over the brand, the customer or the company? For this study we have used a qualitative approach in which we have conducted eight personal interviews with brand consultants and the editor of the magazine Dagens Media which has given us the foundation for our analysis.

Vänner med förmåner : positiva effekter av interaktion mellan människa-hund
The aim of this review was to examine scientific literature to determine what kind of physiological and psychological benefits derive from human-dog interaction, as well as attempt to uncover a possible mechanism behind these benefits and whether or not they are mutually beneficial.
A growing body of research indicates there are physiological and psychological benefits associated with human-dog interaction. Significant cardiovascular benefits have been linked with human-dog interaction, as have lowered blood pressure, cortisol and heart rate. Interaction with dogs is often associated with a feeling of social support and well-being, and dogs also seem to facilitate social interaction between people. Dogs? ability to buffer and reduce stress is also well documented.
A strong indication was found regarding a relationship between physical contact and benefits associated with human-dog interaction.

The study aims to understand the underlying factor why McDonald's customers return despiteprevious failure customer experiences. Why do customers come back to the company thatcontributes to the former dissatisfaction? McDonald's attempt to maintain unceasingpurposeful emergence fail at the local level, where the customer contact occurs. McDonald'sofferings and customers' bounded rationality results in that customers are satisfied with an"ok" experience, which adds to their low expectations of McDonalds. This makes clear thatMcDonald's does not have to make an effort through constant adaptation at the local level toachieve a "great" level of satisfaction.

Transportlogistik : vad påverkar åkeriföretagens konkurrenskraft på en tillväxtmarknad.
All inclusive travel has become a popular way to travel abroad. When tourists pay for everything in advance their need for contact with the local people will be reduced. The consequences of this can be dissatisfaction from the local people as they are left out and do not share the financial benefits created by tourism. During the purchasing cycle of an all inclusive travel, it is possible that the tour operator can influence a sustainable development. The aim of this paper is to compare how a large and a small tour operator in their purchase of all inclusive holidays interacts with local players to create sustainable development, thereby creating a surplus value to the customer. The hypothesis is that the amount of knowledge and application of this knowledge regarding sustainable development differs in the purchase process between large and small tour operators. This paper was carried out as a case study.
TaS - Take a Seat
Humans have always been fascinated by the thought of bringing non living objects to life. We
wanted to explore the possibilities of trying to create an artefact that the audience would
consider possess emotional states and have a life of its own.
TaS is a interactive chair that functions as a social entity. The idea is to try and enhance the
bond between human and artefact, based upon the emotional connection. We try and produce,
enhance and maintain this bond through curiosity based interaction.

Skapa och leverera kundvärde i ett teknikkonsultföretag /
The increased specialisation and complexity in products and services has
created the need for Swedish companies to focus more on their core businesses.
This has resulted in them opting to buy services and products that lie outside
of their core business from consultancy businesses or other types of suppliers.
When companies describe their offers in internal and external marketing it is
done often in terms of company or service attributes that are not based on
customer value or offered value for the customer. The reason for this is that
companies have not adapted their services to the different needs of their
customers. As a result of this, they run the risk of offering the same services
as their competitors and communicate values that the customers either do not
understand or experience as value adding.
By using the theory on the data collection from the case company we have an
understanding and shown how the customer values can be developed from a service
company?s internal and external prerequisites and competitive advantages.

Titel: e-Commerce and Relationships ? Customer Relationship Management This bachelor thesis is brought together to analyze the transformation from traditional marketing to Customer Relationship Management. The development in the technology world has made the marketing focus shift from products and their functionality to customers and value creation. Because of the tougher competition that developed from new channels of communication, corporations had to generate new sources of value for their customers in order to establish lasting relationships with them. Therefore we found it interesting to investigate how companies within the e-commerce business handle the transition towards customer relationship management.
