Enhetschefer och undersköterskors perspektiv på rapportering enligt lex Sarah inom kommunal äldreomsorg

The aim of this study was to examine the experience, knowledge and attitude to mandatory reports of mistreatments amongst first line managers and assistance nurses in municipal elderly care. The following questions were at the center of the analysis: how do the different professional groups view having to report their own organization? How can various factors affect the mandatory reporting of mistreatments? What knowledge do the different professional groups have of mistreatments and mandatory reporting? A qualitative research method was used to examine these questions in the form of semi structured interviews and a small document study. The interviews were carried out with assistance nurses and first line manages in elder care, we interviewed four respondents from both professional groups. The interviews were then transcribed and coded with help of a content analysis.

UPPLEVD MARKNADSKOMMUNIKATION OCH RELATION GENOM SOCIALA MEDIER

Syfte: Syftet med den studie är att få en djupare förståelse för hur den förändrade kommunikationsmöjligheten via Facebook upplevs av kunder och företag inom dagligvaruhandeln. Vidare är syftet att också få en djupare förståelse för hur dessa upplevelserpåverkar relationen mellan kund och företag inom dagligvaruhandeln.Metod: Studien bygger på både en kvantitativ och kvalitativ undersökningsmetod. Undersökningen har genomförts med både enkät och intervjuer, på två företag och 17 kunder.Resultat: Både kunder och företag är överens om att företag ska ha Facebooksidor, och det ärviktigt att företagen är aktiva på dessa. Däremot är de inte överens om vad huvudsyftet med Facebooksidorna faktiskt är, företagen respektive kunderna har olika önskemål. Båda tror att Facebooksidan kan bidra till en ökad relation men om det i praktiken gör det, varierar pågrund av personliga upplevelser och åsikter.Begränsningar: Resultatet är endast baserat på två svenska dagligvaruhandelsföretag och desskunder.

Värnamo Elnät owns and operates a ripple control system which is used to control loadsespecially when the grid is heavily loaded and for control of street lighting. This report aims atclarifying technical and economic aspects of the ripple control system?s future. The system wasinstalled from 1975 and onwards and its use was greater in those days when the controllableloads where greater then today, the current controllable load level is about 3 MW. The reporthighlights three different aspects of the ripple control system?s future ? retain the currentsystem, reinvest in a newer system or discontinue the system.In the report the author also discusses relevant connections to Smart Grids and future meteringsystems and tariffs.

Konvertering av CRM-system från ASP till ASP.NET

S2 CRM is a Customer Relations Management system built in classic ASP that runs on a web server servicing customers with varying needs. The purpose of this thesis work is to convert parts of the system to the web development environment ASP.NET. The purpose is also to gain knowledge of the framework itself. The ASP.NET environment is compared with another framework, JBoss Seam, in order to understand the differences and to evaluate the possibility of using another framework than ASP.NET, when building the new system. The outcome of this comparison is that although JBoss Seam is just as good, and in some aspects better than ASP.NET, the use of ASP.NET simplifies the continuation of development on the S2 CRM product.

Kartläggning av reparationsprocessen på Westermo Teleindustri AB : Identifiering av slöserier och förslag till förbättringar

This report is the result of a thesis performed at Westermo Industrial Ltd with its headquarters in Stora Sundby and it sums up the author's studies for University Engineering in Innovation, Production and Logistics at Mälardalen University.The main goal of the thesis was to identify problems and suggest actions that lead to the reduction of the repair time from 3 weeks to 2 weeks. The key questions that were answered in order to achieve the thesis objectives are: What are the biggest challenges that make the repair process time last for 3 weeks? What are the necessary means and measures in order to reduce the repair length to 2 weeks? The author adjusted the work to the Swedish repairs, repair issues that arise from sell unit Westermo Data Communications AB with its office in Västerås and performed the status report by mapping the repair process, through using observations, interviews and bibliography research studies. A flow map of four sub-processes (Inbound Delivery, BackOffice, Repair Department, and Logistics) was made and each section was observed, where also the employees were interviewed. Data that has been collected was analysed by the author and the decision to execute a workshop that affects Repair Department and Logistics was made.

Store Image Perceptions in International Retailing: an Empirical Comparison of IKEA?s

It has been found that customers in the home market perceive the retailer?s store image more positively than customers in the host market, even though this study has found that theretailer?s store image is generally perceived very positively by customers in both examined markets. In addition, this thesis has found that there is a significant difference in how IKEA?smanagement and customers perceive its store image. It can also be concluded that IKEA management perceived store image more positively than customers.

SammanfattningDet förekommer dagligen företag som anordnar tävlingar och lotterier på Facebook utan att ta hänsyn till lagar och regler. Företagen saknar allt som oftast lotteritillstånd och bryter därmed mot 9 § Lotterilagen. Det kan även ifrågasättas huruvida de tar hänsyn till bestämmelserna i Marknadsföringslagen (MFL). Marknadsrättsliga regler om god marknadsföringssed, reklamidentifiering och vilseledande marknadsföring är frågor som kan komma att bli aktuella vid en marknadsrättslig bedömning.Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka huruvida det är förenligt med gällande rätt (de lege lata) för företag att lotta ut gåvor på Facebook genom att användarna skall gilla och dela en statusuppdatering. Samt att undersöka på vilket sätt det kan tänkas strida mot gällande lagstiftning för marknadsföringsåtgärder.Det är idag tillåtet för företag att anordna pristävlingar, det som då krävs är att deltagarna genomför en viss motprestation.

The inventory is based on material gathered from Sandviken Municipality archives and from Göransson Arenas' own archives. The archives consist of such things as board meeting protocols, annual reports, bookkeeping, drawings, photographs and more. The method is based on Foucault's discourse analysis, focusing on his archaeological period.Results & conclusion: The archives show how business ideas, theories, and expressions can be seen in the two arenas. The results show how the concepts of customer, company and association are present in the design of the two arenas in different ways.

Reglering av naturgasdistributörer : En undersökning av benchmarking på marknaden för naturgasdistribution

This paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of using different benchmarking models to measure and compare the efficiency of Swedish gas distributors. It also discusses to which extent the results of a benchmarking study should influence the revenue-cap which will be implemented in the gas distribution sector in Sweden from year 2011. The discussion is based on arguments from both theory and practical applications of benchmarking. The results suggest that benchmarking Swedish gas distributors against distributors in another country using a parametric model is most favorable, but the reliability will be increased if non-parametric models are used also. Partial and total productivity measures could be used to confirm results of other benchmarking analyses.

Customer Relationship Management : En studie om företags uppfattning om CRM och dess implementering.

Customer Relationship Management, CRM, är ett väletablerat begrepp inom marknadsföring och företags hantering av kundrelationer. Företag liksom akademiker riktar ett stort intresse mot just CRM, men samtidigt visar forskning att många implementeringar ute på företagen inte ger resultat som är tillfredställande. Anledningen tycks vara att företag tenderar att fokusera på den tekniska aspekten av CRM, istället för att se CRM som en helhetsansats för att hantera kundrelationer. CRM förenar relationsmarknadsföringens grunder med IT för att skapa lönsamma och långsiktiga relationer. För en lyckad utkomst av CRM anses själva implementeringen vara viktig och forskning belyser att utan planering, tydliga syften och förståelse för själva organisationsförändringen mot en ökad kundorientering som en CRM- implementering innebär, finns det risk för att initiativet misslyckas.  Studien syftar till att beskriva, diskutera och analysera CRM utifrån implementeringsfasen och faktorerna Ledning, Strategi, Medarbetare, Organisation, Kultur och Teknik för att skapa förståelse för hur företag uppfattar CRM och dess implementering. Studien har en deduktiv ansats där faktorer som i tidigare forskning definierats vara viktiga vid en implementering av CRM har legat till underlag för den empiriska studien.
