BakgrundRegeringen ansåg trots införandet av 1994 års Skuldsaneringslag (1994:334) att man behövde en lösning på problemet att enskilda näringsidkare varken kunde bli beviljade skuldsanering eller företagsrekonstruktion för att på så sätt ha möjlighet att fortsätta bedriva sin verksamhet om de hamnat i ekonomiskt obestånd. 2007 tillsattes därför en särskild utredare som skulle utreda och lämna förslag om skuldnedsättning för enskilda näringsidkare. Rental rates and land prices have gone through substantial changes the last two decades. The prices have both gone up and down since 1990 but from 1995 to 2008 land prices increased with 272 percent and rental rates with 61 percent. What factors that have the largest impact on rental rates and land prices are hard to determine but factors that may affect the price are the desire to live in the countryside and the expected profitability in agriculture. Prices of products and inputs are factors that affect the profitability in agriculture, but the profitability is also affected by agricultural policies. The economic for Swedish agriculture have changed several times over the last 20 years as a result of changing agricultural policies.The agricultural policies largely affect farmers behavior and decisions.

Studiens syfte är att se hur gymnasielärare på en skola i Västsverige ser på kulturell mångfald och hur de arbetar med det. Vi försöker även klargöra för begreppet intersektionalitet och användningen av det synsättet. Undersökningen bygger på en kvalitativ metod och insamlandet av material grundas på en semistrukturerad intervjuguide. Sju gymnasielärare intervjuades med spridda ämnesförankringar och verksamhets år. Resultatet av hur lärarna tolkar kulturell mångfald mynnade ut i etnicitet eftersom skolan upplevs segregerad av informanterna.

På grund av stora stadsbränder under slutet av 1800-talet tilläts inga höga bostadshus med trästomme i Sverige fram till 1994. De byggnadsstadgar som innebar förbud mot att bygga högre än 2 våningar med trästomme ersattes 1994 med brandskyddskrav. I och med det fick flervåningshus med trästomme byggas. Vid byggande av flervåningshus krävs ett fungerande stabiliserande system och stabilisering mot horisontalkrafter. Ett sätt att stabilisera är genom skivverkan.

This paper will portray the differences and similarities that exist between students whoattended the Swedish School of Library and Information Science in Borås.The study is based upon quantitative information gathered from a survey which wasdistributed to first-year students in Borås in the auturnn term 1994. A total of 77 studentsresponded to the survey.We also do a comparative study of the students at all the library programs in Sweden.This is partially based on the findings by a thesis prior to this one by the authorsSvalstedt and Österdahl.We found that the students in Borås differ mainly in their personal histories and backgrounds.When it comes to their attitudes towards the profession and educationalmatters they are similar. Further we found the same to be tme in our comparison of thelibrary programs in total..

I kursplanen för Svenska B står att läsa att eleven ska ?ha tillägnat sig och ha kunskap om centrala svenska, nordiska och internationella verk och ha stiftat bekantskap med författarskap från olika tider och epoker? (Skolverket.se). Harold Bloom, författaren till Den västerländska kanon beskrev 1994 sin oro över vårt litterära förfall med orden ?Skuggorna blir allt längre i vårt aftonland och vi närmar oss det tredje årtusendet beredda på ytterligare mörker? (1994:28)Det finns med andra ord idag en motsättning mellan vad man som elev bör läsa och vad man som elev kanske vill läsa. Dilemmat tycks vara att många elevers uppfattning om en klassiker idag är ?tråkiga, svårlästa och föga inspirerande? (Bäcklund & Eriksson 2008:4).  I och med det senaste decenniets vampyrvåg har dock serier som Twilight och True Blood brutit ny mark hos ungdomar som tidigare inte hyst läsintresse.

My research interest in the upcoming paper is the increased need for promotion of schools. I. e. the individual school´s needs to be able to show its existence, in the huge flow and availability of information; schools and universities, study circles, streamed lectures on the Internet, public schools and private schools, different educational directions, et cetera. The schools? needs to market itself, make good PR and sell their pedagogical idea, and that has become increasingly important. My purpose is to clarify how music teachers, in the Swedish primary and secondary school, skills and competences are used in outreach activities within but also outside, the school premises.

Vi undersöker huruvida redovisningsharmoniseringen inom EU har ökat jämförbarheten av företags finansiella information. Detta har gjorts genom en replikastudie på en undersökning genomförd av Joos och Lang publicerad 1994 där de fann att någon konvergens mellan Frankrike, Storbritannien och Tyskland ej kunde konstateras.Länderna som undersöks är Frankrike, Storbritannien, Sverige och Tyskland under perioden 1995 - 2005. Genom att ta reda på hur ROE, E/P- och B/M-kvoterna utvecklat sig kan vi dra slutsatsen att viss konvergens har skett mellan länderna.En pris- och en avkastningsregression har även utförts men resultaten av dessa kan ej bevisa att konvergens mellan länderna har skett under vår undersökningsperiod..

I projektet deltar universitet från Finland, England och Mälardalens högskola i Sverige. Syftet i den internationella studien är att hitta likheter och skillnader i elevers förståelse i dessa länder av värdegrunden och hur den gestaltas i skolan. Värdegrunden är en del av skolans arbete och står på Lpo94 (Utbildningsdepartementet, 1994). Läroplankommitté slog fast år 1994 att skolan vilar på demokratins grund samt att skolan skall gestalta och förmedla olika värden.

After the storms Gudrun and Per, the areas became planted with new plants, mainly spruce, but also other tree species. Storm areas are now being invaded by naturally rejuvenated birch in the tilling tracks. Since the birch often is initially growing faster than the spruce it is inhibiting the growth and is also damaging the spruce. The purpose of this thesis is to study the new brush saw with chain and compare it with the conventional clearing saw, mainly in terms of performance and ergonomics. The results show that the new brush saw with chain is very good in almost all clearing operations compared to the conventional clearing saw.

This paper is about teachers ?attitudes towards their pupils, both today and in the past. It describes various events with Adam, Elsa and Kajsa which I have observed at my preschool. Via a retrospective analysis I have attempted to understand how teachers ?views of their pupils has changed from the beginning of the century to the present day.
